LT06 enhancement - How to update Storage type and Storage section

Hi,
My requirement is to update Storage bin, Storage type and Storage section, while creating Transfer order from through LT06. So I used the enhancement MWMTO003 to update Storage Bin in LT06 and it is also working.
Similarly I need to update Storage type and Storage section using userexit or BADI.
Is there any way to update Storage type and storage section in LT06?

I'm not sure if I understand your question entirely. The colors you see in iCal are determined by the color of the calendar you choose for each of the calendars displayed on the left hand side of iCal. If you would like to change the color of one of the calendars, click on it's name once to highlight it and then go to Edit > Get Info. Click on the color picker square to choose a color. Dear KV LMR,
For IT0584, IT0585, IT0586 mass upload you have to go for BDC . LSMW will not fulfill the purpose as different employees has different number of data set available in these infotypes and data is not uniform like your IT581 or PAN number or Emailid upload.
First you have to prepare template for IT0585/IT0586 and speak with your ABAPer to prepare the required BDC program.
If you are comfortable with BDC, you can do it by yourself. If required drop a mail at [email protected] . I can provide you the BDC template /code snippet.

we are using SAP since more than one year.
now tDS rate is change , so i would like to know How many new tax type and Tax Code is created in our system
and also like to know At what percentage i will crete that new tax code.

In the planning book-dataview, you will assign the time bucket profile, and will be on rollling basis. if you want the forecast profile on rolling basis, maintain the forecast and history horizon as periods then that will also be on rolling basis.

There is an issue where user wants to change material type and industrial sector of the exsisting material .Is it posible to do so??
IF not ,how can we delete that material from material master so that another material with same number and required material type and industrial sector can be created.

Hi Rohit,
You can change the material type in MMAM trxn code if the material dosenot conatain any open purchase requisitions, open reservations & open purchase orders. Also material stock should be zero.
Remember the new material type should have same attributes same as old material type.

It is not possible to change Industry sector once created.
If you want to delete the Material, you can flag it in MM06 trxn code.

I wonder how to update the following query to make it weekend day aware. My boss want the query to consider business days only. Below is just a portion of the query:

This query is written for a data warehouse application, the CBWP_MV2 will be updated every day evening. My boss wants the condition in the query to consider only business days, for example, if (Trunc(Sysdate)-1)-39 falls in weekend, I need to move the range begins from next coming business day, if (Trunc(Sysdate)-1)-37 falls in weekend, I need to move the range ends from next coming business day. but I should always keep the range within 3 business days. If there is overlap on weekend, always push to later business days.
Question: how to implement it and avoid performance issue? I am afraid that if I use a function, it greatly reduce the performance. This view already contains more than 100K rows.

You are already using a function, since you're using TRUNC on invdate and whendate.
If you have indexes on those columns, then they will not be used because of the TRUNC.
Consider omitting the TRUNC or testing with Function Based Indexes.

How to update tables T156M and T156S

Hello,
In my company, there are a few custom movement types that were created sometime back. There is another custom program which uses the tables T156, T156M, T156S to determine, quantity addition or removal in a particular inventory status depending on the movement types and quantity strings.
The problem is that these tables do not contain the entries for the new movement types, hence the program cannot interpret whether to add or remove quantity and in which inventory status, for these new movement types.
Can someone please let me know a standard SAP program which we can run, in order to update these tables, so that these tables contain entries for the new custom movement types. I am not comfortable with maintaining the entries in these tables manually.

The note that you recommended, I had already checked, but that note only mentioned what needs to be maintained in the table, not how to maintain it. I mean, I know I can manually maintain entries, but I don't want to do it, unless it is the only option. Hence, I am looking for a standard SAP program, which when executed, will pull the information from OMJJ and update the tables T156M and T156S.

I have created one itab with document type as drop down,when user wants to create PO,he is going to change documnet type to based on requirment ex.Itab is displayiing Doc type as DB but he want to change Doc type as ZNB.but myproblem is iam unable to update this doc type . the same previous value it is taking.iam using BAPi to create PO.it is taking doc type as DB only.but i want to get it as ZNB.how to update Itab after displaying data.

Set user command or Function COde(in case of dialog program) for the drop down and in user command modify your itab.

RegardsRECORD type is supported only in PL/SQL for SQL you need to use OBJECT type.

How to update Spry-table and present the updated table in a div element?

I am using a very interesting AJAX-framework called Spry when designing a web page. Here the web page is: Link.
I need some help.
Every time a new project or shift is added, the changes are written to an xml-file. When the page is reloaded, Spry reads data from xml-files.
This is caused by this code:

I call this function that I have written: loadProjectsIntoDivElement ().
This function does the following: [See attached code.]
It iterates through the Spry-datastructure and puts the data in a table inside of the div-element called 'projectsList'.
Now, when I add a new project, I want it to be inserted into the Spry-datastructure and then cause the new data to be written into the div element called 'Specials_DIV'.
I have found out how to update a Spry-datastructure (e.g. dsProjects above), but I don't know how to update the table containing the data without refreshing the page. This should be done using Spry.

I don't succeed with the implementation in any browser.
I have found a way to it, but I would like a way that updates the data quicker and without reloading all of the page. After all, I am only adding one row on the end of the data structure, so there should be no need to read in all data again.
Now I do it like this:
When a project is added, do this:
1. Store a new row in the project file through a php script.
2. When the post-call to the php-file returns, do refresh of the whole page.
Then the newest version of the xml file will be read in.
However, I don't want to read the data from a xml file each time that a new project is created.
I know how to add the new data to a Spry-datastructure [in my code 'dsProjects'], but I don't know how to display the updated data without reloading the whole page.
I have tried some various ways to do it, but haven't succeded.

This is a functional setting , and should be done by some functional guy. The setting can be done by NACE.
Just follow the path : NACE - > Select V3 for Billing - > Press Output type Button Just above - > Assign Output Type and
then Assign Output program and form in PROCESSING ROUTINE comes into left. Set this output type for immediate print.
Whenever You create a billing document by BAPI with this document type , the print out will be fired immediately.

What errors are you getting with this? From experience you don't need a loop to put the records into the ref cursor its usually done on block.

The document which i post is development system is posted to FAGLFLEXT table properly along with the transaction type and trading Partner; however in the quality and production the document is getting posted in the table FAGLFLEXT but the transaction type and Trading partner fields are not getting updated for these documents it is coming as blank.

I got it. Just ask BASIS to Open the QAS system client and delete all scenarios which was assigned in DEV and transported in to QAS system and reassigned itand saved in QAS system and then its worked. all fields are getting populated.
Go to IMG Fin Acc (New) -> Fin Acc Global Setting (New) -> Ledgers -> Ledger -> Assign Scenario

u can go to iqo2 and click class overview and assign the class type ,class and description.but u need to maintain class for this first.
it would be helpful for u to read iut 221 for work management
for creation of class,service object etc.and understand the concept .
