i bought my 520 2 months ago, now it has auto touch...........
some times touch is working on its own, but some times it work smoothly......
tried the software change but still its there, is there any solution for this.........?

i have same problem in my nokia lumia 520. touch auto working i give nokia care to check this problem but problem is still. in my phone os windows phone 8 software Lumia Black. i can work at phone please help me its too urgent.
Give me fast replay its toooo urgent your last touch update is not working & tell me how to reverse back update ...

Nokia Lumia 520 touchscreen problem HELP

So i got a Nokia 520 in June this year and ive had no problems with it but a few days ago when i switched it on the touchscreen and front buttons werent responding to touch. I removed the battery , soft reset and hard reset the phone and it's still not working. I cant take it to my local store till after Christmas and im lost without it, has anyone else had this problem and know what i can do to fix it?
I appreciate any help!

hi mate, nothing you can do here except to take your phone to Nokia Care for inspection as you have tried all avenues of troubleshooting on your own accord.

Lumia 720 touch problem!!!!

I bought a 520 2says ago. Created a nokia account, everytime i try using the music app to download a new song says we had problems registering your device for nokia unlimited music services.

the nokia unlimited music is not available in all countries.

hi im having a lot of problem with my phone hangs ... this is happening frequently.. when i swipe the lock screen i can find a screen with with resuming written going on and i have to restart it.. Is there any solution to over come this issue..

Did something happen before you encountered this issue? You can press the Volume down and the Power button until the phone reboots. This process will refresh the device software. You can also follow the troubleshooting steps shown on this link:

Lumia 520 touch broken

my phone touch has been broken .display and other buttons are working properly .i went to nokia care to replace touch ,,they told display aslo have to be changed ..they told dispaly and touch r both attached with each other so both have to be changed.

if the cost is too prohibitive to pay for the repair to your handset, then you may investigate other options.

Lumia 520 Speakers Problem

Today I have faced a new problem. Speakers are not producing sound. I can listen to the music using the headphone(hands-free) but speakers are not working. I have restarted my phone multiple times.
Have anyone faced the same issue, please help me resolve the issue?

Have you tried rebooting the phone? If not, you can do so by pressing and holding the power and vol down buttons for around 10 secs until the phone vibrates. See if that works.

Sounds like something running in the background. Press and hold the back arrow button to see if you have any other windows open. Also go to Settings>Applications>background tasks and only block apps from running in the background. The only app I have allowed to run in the background on mine is Here Drive+.
Also thing you might want to consider is the phone coverage in your area. Setting your phone to 3G in an area with poor 3G coverage will drain the battery. In such situations, you will be better off to set it to 2G.

Do you experience the network issue regardless of your area? Aside from calling, are the other network services working fine like SMS messaging and mobile data connection? Is this for a Lumia 520 as well? If so, I hope you're using a standard microSIM and not a cut one as this is what the phone is designed to use.
BTW, the reset that the Nokia Care Center recommended is the one under Settings > about, is that right? After the reset, have you checked if the system apps are updated? Go to Settings > swipe to applications > store > check for updates.

I have a Lumia 520, and i find that i do not receive push notifications for my whatsapp messages. I have to open the application before the messages come through. I would like to know how to correct this. I have checked all my settings.

On a HTC-forum I saw the next solution, and it works also for Nokia Lumia! That means it is a Microsoft Issue!
1) Unpin Windows store from start
2) ERASE Internet Explorer History
3) ADD new language to the keyboard (Settings-->keyboard-->add keyboards
(CHOOSE A LANGUAGE THAT REQUIRE DOWNLOAD)
4) When downloading is finished, it will ask to restart and install
5) After installation and restart do the following;
A) UNINSTALL WHATSAPP
B) REINSTALL WHATSAPP (you can get conversation history back when asked, so no problem)
After this the push function works, but there is still a delay up to 10 minutes! So when you test, be patient.
NO BETTER PRESSURE MEDIUM THAN ANTI ADVERTISING SO AFTER THIS EXPEDITION PLEASE CHANGE YOUR STATUS TEXT TO:
USING WINDOWS; THAT MEANS DELAY UP TO 10 MINUTES

Make sure that the back cover is seated correctly before taking the phone back. There have been a number of people complaining of a similar problem and refitting the rear cover seems to have solved the issue for them.
