Hi I m using Lumia 620 Denim update my problem is that its hanging very much I have to take off battery for restart internal memory is 3 gb free what to do help me plz

Not sure if some particular application is causing it .. Is it happening only when you use a certain ?
..and you don't need to remove the Battery when this happens. Do a Soft reset : Press and hold Power + Volume(down) keys until the phone vibrates (about 8-10 seconds)...

HELP - My new Nokia Lumia 620 won't boot up, even ...

I'm worried my Nokia Lumia 620 is a lemon, and the Care Centre will just keep taking it in for repair. The reliability so far has been disappointing, especially as I was giving Nokia a try after a 10 year break, and also trying out Windows Mobile / Phone after a 6 year break. I want to recommend it - I'm continually being asked by friends and colleagues what I think of my new phone.   Nokia will be smart to just replace it.
The details: my Nokia Lumia 620 won't boot up today (again). It hung on boot this morning with the Nokia Logo. That was over 2 hours ago. It had this problem during February, and I returned it twice for repair to the local Nokia Care Centre. I guess I'll take it in again later today, but it just feels like a lemon handset so far.
Timeline:
Handset purchased in local Nokia Store on Jan 29 2013 ( 7 weeks ago)
Handset gave "Exclamation-Mark-Screen-of-Death" on Feb 19 2013 (3 weeks old handset)
Local Nokia Store sent me to local Nokia Care Centre, handed in overnight "for repair"
Phone returned on Feb-20-2013 after software refresh.
Worked fine for 1 week.   Problem returned Feb 26 2013. (4 week old handset)
Nokia Care Centre "replaced motherboard" on Feb 27 2013.
Has worked fine for 3 weeks.   Now Lumia 620 won't boot this morning - no Exclamation Mark, instead it's the Nokia Logo on boot.
The handset is 7 weeks old.
Hard reset (side-button-combination) hasn't worked either.
Any advice on getting this working, repaired or replaced?

Update on the repair - it didn't work. I returned the phone to the Yau Ma Tei Nokia Care Centre on March 20th, and was given what was termed a 'replacement' phone. I was pretty happy. All was well. But two days later when I tried to make a phone call using my headphones, I noticed that only the left audio channel was working through the earphones. I tried a second pair of earphones and the same problem. The audio was only working through the left channel. On a new phone. How strange.
So was it really new? My suspicion is that the repair centre has used old returned parts (parts they perhaps term as refurbished) - so in fact my replacement phone is my old phone assembled with old and refurbished parts. Was it in fact a refurbished phone assembled from refurbished parts? Frustrating when they tell me it's a replacement phone.
That was back in late March. I posted a couple of tweets and Nokia responded. They even phoned me to try and help. However no offer of a new phone. All they suggested was that I revisit the Nokia Service Centre. For a 4th time.
That was about 6 weeks ago, and I simply haven't made the time to go to the Service Centre again. It's hard to find the time when my last 3 visits have been so unsuccessful.
Sometimes you just get a lemon. It happened to me once before with a different manufacturer when I was on a contract and had to live with a phone for 2 years that kept cutting out during calls. Same problem - the manufacturer attempted to repair it, but it just never worked properly. That was 10 years ago. Now it's happening with my new Nokia. Luckily I'm not on contract this time. I've read good reviews for the Lumia 620, and overall it's a pretty decent handset in every other way.
But the issues this particular handset has been plagued with has overshadowed any positive feelings I have been having. I'll probably be cutting my losses and changing handsets in the summer.

Problem with the Update Nokia Lumia 620

The update was initialized on my Nokia Lumia 620 that I bought yesterday. When it started the phone was connected to WiFi. However, after 10 minutes I thought it stuck so I put the battery out and in again. But the update started again. The WiFi was still on. I waited an hour but nothing happened so again I put the battery out and in. Later the WiFi connection was shut down and the update still going. Later I tried to put the battery out and in all over again. I left the phone for the night, it lost all the battery so I plugged the charger in it and then the update started again! I have the 3G internet purchased, so when it's not on WiFi then it should be working. So my question is if the update is really going on (since 4am, that is almost 4 hours till now) or is something wrong. How long can it take on 3G in the situation I described? Will it ever end or should I go and return it to the service for them to fix it? Please help me! It's really urgent!

Update is possible thru' WiFi only.. It may take in excess of an hour for the whole update process to complete ..so once you start it (thru' WiFi) just leave it .. Don't go on removing the battery all the time ...Keep the phone on charging when you update. Additionally you may have settings-->WiFi--advanced ..and select 'Keep WiFi on when screen times out..' .
If you still get the problem visit Nokia Care to get it updated.

Lumia 620 Indian CV - No firmware available on Rec...

This message is specifically for Nokia employees. I've a Lumia 620 which is an Indian CV with product code 059R5S6. I want to fix few things by reinstalling the Nokia Black firmware through Nokia Recovery Tool which I got from: http://www.nokia.com/us-en/support/software-recovery/
The problem I am having is that Nokia servers don't have any firmware for 059R5S6 as I get this error:
"Software package not available for this phone. Package download for the selected phone failed."

Same issue here. These days a LOT of product codes are being hidden and a NOL account is required to access them. Of-course it's only available to care center guys.
But now that we have a consumer centric refurbishment suite (Nokia Software Recovery Tool), I think its the right time to unblock all of them else there's no point for the labor done to create a replica of NSU and renaming as NSRT. The situation is worse here in India as it seems every new Lumia/Asha/X having an Indian Product code has its firmwares hidden. IDK if its due to the testing they do here in the Chenn@i plant (firmwares are hidden during the testing) and then forget to list them publicly.
I've tried PMing a Nokia employee here, but there was no revert. Nokia India Care is of NO help. Wish somebody sees it.

Camera lens protector for Lumia 620.

I need a lens protector for my lumia 620 camera but I don't where can I buy it in Kuching . I can get it from Nokia warranty ? Please kindly help me . It's urgent . I don't want my camera lens consist of any scratches . Thanks

Do you mean like a clear stick on screen protector? Don't think anyone uses them because they degrade the quality of the photographs taken through them. What you could do is to get a silicon case which should provide some protection to the lens by creating a recess for it.

Very quiet sound in my Lumia 620

I have a problem with a speaker to talk in my Lumia 620. I have installed Windows Phone 8.1. When I bought this phone sound from this speaker was loud but now after few mounths it is very quiet. My volume is set for max. What to do with it?

With WP8.1 there are separate volume controls for different functions .. Hope you are setting them correctly ..

Lumia 620 fails to connect to car bluetooth - coll...

My lumia 620 did initially connect to my ford focus car audi/phone successfully. However after about a week it failed to connect and I haven't been able to connect since. Defeats the object of hands-free!
Steps taken (which work with previous phones of various makes/models):
Turn bluetooth on in car
Turn on phone bluetooth connectivity
Car display finds my phone successfully and provides a PIN to enter in the phone
Phone bluetooth status says 'unable to connect to ford audio system' and times-out.
I've noticed that the 'tap to pair' message doesn't appear as it previously did and I can't find anywhere else to look for bluetooth settings.
A colleague who has an identical phone can successfully connect - it does show the 'tap to pair' message.
I have updated the ford audio system software and checked the other phone connects ok. I have also tried removing the phone battery several times but still no joy.

Lumia 620 calenler will not sync with windows 8 on...

When I make an entry on my phone calender, Lumia 620, it does not sync with my pc running windows 8.
It does sync the other way round, when I make a diary entry in my calender on the pc the entry does show up on my phone.
On my phone settings (email +account) my Microsoft account and my google account are both added.
My contacts sync both ways OK.

Try this:
Enter an appointment or something
goto Settings >email+account
tap and hold Microsoft account > sync
open http://calendar.live.com
your appointment should be there

Lumia 620 Lumia Black Update

Why can't I update my Lumia 620 from Windows 8.0 to Lumia Black? When I try to manually check for updates, it says my phone is up to date... And it obviously isn't. I bought the phone in Libya, but I'm using mobile services from a Serbian provider. The Black update for Lumia 620 is supposedly available in both countries, and I have enough storage for the update, more than 3.5 GB - I have even tried doing a hard reset, but my phone still says that the system is up to date. Help!

Did you try the Nokia Software Recovery Tool already? There in that tool, what is your Nokia Product Code? Does that code match the one which is printed on the label of your phone (seven characters)? The Nokia Product Code determines your firmware variant which determines your current version. We can check together, only with this code!

Lumia 620 black update

I have conected my lumia 620 with wifi and black update is also released for my phone but it can not be downloaded there is written downloading 0% and not going up why ???
i am trying from one week but i could not download the update...

Lumia 620 Rebooting and Freezing

My family have 4 Lumia 620's between us and all of them have been having problems with random reboots and screen freezes since the Lumia Black update. I have tried resetting them and have verified that all the apps were updated (In all 4 cases "access point" required updating as it never automatically showed an update was needed) but this has not resolved the problem.
The reboots sometimes happen when using the phone, for example in IE, and sometimes just when the phone is sitting, not being used. Freezes usually happen on the lock screen, requiring the phone to be rebooted by holding down volume and power.
On a few occassions, the phones have reset their date and time after a reboot and eventually correct it automatically.
On a couple of occassions, a reboot sometime during the night has reset the alarms causing them to be missed.
It seems to only be the Lumiz 620's that have this problem as I have a Lumia 820 and 520 which are not showing the same problem in-spite of being upgraded to Lumia Black.
My family are very frustrated with these reboots and freezes and are now considering moving to another platform. Please help as I would like them all to stick with Windows Phone for when 8.1 is released.

hi mate, sorry to hear of the problems you have been experiencing. in this case, the only option you have left is to perform a hard reset, and failing that, a visit to your nearest Nokia Care location for inspection of your handsets is mandated.

Nokia lumia 620 second simcard

hello, i got a second simcard for my nokia lumia 620. as i understand it, it should work dual simcards. i would love to use my second simcard now (i'm abroad and got a local one) - it fits but i don't know how to use it. and i can't find anything in the handbook regarding this. how do i adjust my phone settings? after rebooting the phone it still asks for my pin lock for my standard card (even if only the new card is in the phone). and when i try to connect to the cards according phone network it says "not valid". so the phone does find the network and the card is in the phone, but i can't connect (access the new second simcard). anyone?
i would be very thankful for your help with this!

As far as I know Lumia 620 is single sim device. There is no dual SIM Lumia 620. May be you have inserted you secound sim card into memory card reader?
Or are you talking about Lumia 630? This is availible as dual sim.
