In call volume is too loud on my lumia 630. Can't change the volume. It shows its changing but nothing happens! Any solution?

Sim 02 apn disappears in nokia lumia 630 dual sim

I have Nokia Lumia 630 Dual Sim. I purchased in Sept 2014.
Right Now I have two sim cards. Sim 01 : BSNL and Sim 02 : Tata Docomo (microsim)
I can access Sim 01 internet only. Whenever I want to use Sim 02.
I type APN address in APN Text box "TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET" then add IP type in text box "IPv4"
and save. It disappears when I back to confirm in add Internet APN. This happens only with Sim 02.
I have tried so much time finaly i called to Nokia care. Executive told me to simple shut down process holding down volume minus and off button for 10 to 15 seconds and restart mobile. but all in vein.

Is this related? There is a software bug, until this is fixed, you can have a custom APN for one SIM only. Therefore, did you create a custom APN for both SIM? Do you really need that? BSNL and Tata DOCOMO are not offered as ‘profile’?

Lumia 630 Dual sim IMEI Not Matching

I'm from Sri Lanka. I bought a Lumia 630 Dual sim phone recently. When i search my IMEI number from this
site: http://www.imei.info/
it shows K800 (sony erricson) which is not relevant to my IMEI number. Please be kind enough to give me a feedback on this matter.

The thing to remember is that these web sites are not using information gained from any official source such as the industry body that issues IMEI numbers or the manufacturers that make the phones, they are using information that they gather from other sources and supplement in real time as people like yourself use their web site.

I was just about to buy a Nokia Lumia 630 Dual SIM here in Thailand , my mobile SIM card only works of the 3G band - 850Hhz , I was told by the sales person that the Nokia Lumia 630 Dual SIM only has the 3g frequencys of
HSDPA 900 / 2100
but the One SIM version has the 3g frequencys of WCDMA/HSDPA Quad Band 850/900/1900/2100 MHz
I know that mobile phones can be different 3 g frequencies in different countries , but I wondered what you guys thought .

My Lumia630 Dual Sim is behaving weard.
When i insert SIM1 and SIM2 the phone works whitout any problems and SIM1 is chosed as the SIM for connecting to internet.
Then when i select SIM2 to be the provider for internet SIM1 disconnect and wont work.
Any one hawe a suggestion?

When you select SIM 2 then goto> Setting > Cellular + SIM > SIM 2 Settings > add Apn > type the name of APN (provided by operator) and "IP type" Should be IPV4 > Save and enjoy.

630 Dual Sim Network Compatibility

I purchased the Nokia Lumia 630 dual-sim model. It was unlocked and I am using it in Canada. It works with Rogers no-problem but won't connect with my Telus SIM.
Does anyone know why this may be the case? I tried swapping the SIM locations, updating, etc.

Welcome to the forum!
Do you mean the phone doesn't detect your Telus micro-SIM card? Or does it read the micro-SIM but is unable to get network signals from Telus? Have you also tried using another standard micro-SIM from Telus to verify if the issue is SIM or network related?
Make sure to use a standard micro-SIM and not a cut up regular one. If the phone is just unable to get signals from Telus, best to ask them if your current location is within their coverage area. You can also try using your Telus micro-SIM with other compatible devices and see if it'll work.

i am sure mate, like i said Motion Data and SensorCore SDK are supported on Snapdragon 4xx and 8xx series processors, nothing else. I have a Lumia 735 here myself and it has SensorCore, same with the Lumia 630 I also have here so i can confirm this.

why nokia lumia 630 dual not come with ear phones and data cable, even i pay 11000 Rs for this phone. but atleast i have not get ear phones. very poor about this. phone is good but atleast earphones you have not give in the box.

Lumia 535 Dual SIM lcd suddently freeze/blank when...

I just bought a Lumia 535 LCD Dual SIM. I charge the battery 2 times. The first charge run smoothly but when the battery charge for second time suddenly the LCD not working (freeze/blank).
I 've tried the instructions on the website that guide me to try soft reset or hard reset by pressing the volume button and power button in certain order but there is no effect at all.
Has anyone encounter the same problem or indeed because there are factory defects?
Any suggestion to resolve the issue?

For all Lumia Dual SIM series, are both SIM slots always support 3G ? Or is there any series that only 1 SIM slot supports 3G ? I coudn't find this information in the website. Thanks.

Mac audio TOO LOUD after rebooting Mac

After rebooting a PowerMac G4/500 (AGP) with Mac OS X 10.4.6 sounds too loud (as if it was at top highest volume) when playing audio files, even though the audio setting (keyboard audio keys) is set to only one to three points. Just clicking such keyboard audio buttons (to lower or even increase it) fixes it and the audio returns to its correct volume. What is going on? This is driving me nuts!

Thanks. I have done as indicated, shut down and booted, yet the issue persists. For instance, if I go to iTunes and play a song, it plays very loud, yet the audio is set at a single point. I can see it clicking the keyboard audio keys. As said, once I click any of such keys (increase or reduce volume any amount) the audio returns to its normal volume until the next time that I boot the Mac. This is a 100% consistent issue. Weird.
