I would like to know the reason behind revising and free music download subscription to 6 months without any notice. When the phone was bought, free subscription was given for an year.

Dear Nokia, please confirm "Lumia 720: Mix Radio revised the Nokia Music 1 year free subscription to 6 month" is this quoted is true? Please Revert. My phone is just 6monts old. Now I am getting pop up "Activation Problem : .....see attachemnt" Its very disappointing and shocking that one of the encouraging features in Lumia720 (Nokia Mix Radio) suddenly stops working instead of providing service for 1 Year. Initially this sudden seizure spoiled our mental peace, forcing us to try re-installation and discussions until I read some comment in Support page. I AM UNABLE TO SIGN IN TO THE NOKIA MUSIC STORE ON...

i am unable to sign in to the nokia music store on my computer... everytime i click 'sign up' it will load a page saying i must check the internet connection or try again later. also, i cant get the licenses for the tracks which i have downloaded from my phone... it says that i must check my internet connection in the licensing window!!! BTW i have tried tons of methods to fix this, including deleting the .db data file in the computer, reinstalling ovi player, and typing a command to go to the specific country's store, but nothing seems to be working!!! someone please help me quickly; my CWM membership will expire on the 25th of december, and i am from south africa... thanks

Can not connect to the nokia music centre!!

I am very frustrated, i bought the 5310 so i could get the unlimited music and now when i have downloaded the nokia music centre i am told that there is an issue and i can not connect to the nokia music centre!
Also very annoying is who to call - i bought the phone from carphone warehouse but it is on orange contract however nokia brand ...... who is responsible or can give me assistance re the nokia music centre and issues?
So I have called nokia and they tell me that they have an issue!
Is everybody having this issue or is it just new accounts?
Possibly it has something to do with the new download available which allows some to break through the restrictions re copying and sharing? I have not done this - as i can not even login yet.
Any help would be appreciated.

Internet Radio on the Nokia E73 Mode

Has anybody managed to get the 'Nokia Internet Radio' app to work on the E73 yet?
It doesnt come standard with the phone and when i try to download it it says component built in or something.
Was wondering if anybody knows of a good internet radio app which works properly where i can listen to a London radio station.

You can download it for N8 but I don't think it's on the store yet. Use google and search for version 1.01.

Where's the Nokia Music update for FP2???

Was this update pulled lately from pipeline? Because it's been a week since when I performed a clean update to FP2 on my 808 PV and the only over-the-air updates back then were Microsoft Apps and New Social; also only these two updates were offered via Nokia Suite.
No sign of Nokia Music and / or other minor updates at the time being.
What's wrong with the rest of the updates? My Nokia Music is useless right now (it won't open).

Go to Media> Equaliser and set your desired settings
You could also enable the stereo widening effect to widen sound effects.

Nokia music update no longer carries mix radio fea...

Hello I am a little disturb after coming to realize that the recent update for the Nokia Music app does not consist the mix radio feature on my phone that was one my favourite things that I had liked about it including the option of having offline radio music available in your phone was just superb but now that I no longer have access to that it kills me. So can you please help me fix this issue.

Have you possibly bouhgt your phone abroad? What I'm thinking about is if there is some domestic laws there where you live that causes this? If that's not the case, maybe you should back up all your personal stuff from your phone and then reset it (settings-> about-> reset your phone).

Nokia music: mix radio disappeared.

The Nokia music on my lumia920 no longer have options like "mix radio". It was there when I started the phone for the first time, but disappeared after a while. Now I only have "my music" and "settings". I reset the phone several times, but always got the same result. How can I get other options back?

Well, I have searched the internet and found out why. Nokia actually fixed something in Amber update that makes Nokia Music checks your country via the SIM card and thus if your country isn't listed amongst the few where Nokia Music services are available, the mix radio and other features disappear. It's strictly Nokia that implemented it to prevent people from outside regions/countries access to the services. Just remove your SIM card, uninstall Nokia Music and reinstall via WIFI (without SIM in phone) the services will be available once you set your region/country to any of those listed. But immediately you re insert your SIM, the MiX Radio and other features will disappear. No solution cos Nokia has done this intentionally, it's no bug.

Are you currently logged in to your account? If not, try to log in first to your account and then check if you're able to see the options to buy, search and access the Mix Radio. To do this, go to Nokia Music > Settings > Account and then proceed in signing in to your account.
By the way, what options can you see in the Nokia Music application? Is it possible for you to provide us a screenshot so we can have a better view of your concern?
