Lumia710 not send video mms message

How can I send a message lumia 710 mms video? Phone says that the file is too large. If I take the phone video, what should it be? Pictures go well, as I can receive videos and pictures without any problems. I have the latest update. And sorry for my English, I use google translator = D

Hi suomikissa,
Welcome to the forum!
How long is the video that you're trying to send via MMS? Some network providers may limit the data that can be sent via MMS. This can be measured either by MB (file size) or by seconds (for videos). In this case, the best option is to contact your operator and ask what is their limit for data transfer via MMS. Check this link for more information about sharing videos via MMS: Share a picture or video in a message

If you're asking what would be the file format of the video that is taken using your phone's camera, it would be
MPEG-4.

It is peculiar, that Chrome, Safari, and Skype can access FB, but not the iPhoto uploader.
Do you see any error messages/ diagnostics in the Console Window, when you try to connect to Facebook?
Launch a Console window from Applications > Utilities and clear the Console Window. Then try to upload. Are there any new messages?
And also launch a Terminal and have a look, if "facebook.com" is properly resolved:
Type
ping facebook.com
into the window. Do you see any transmissions? What is the IP address used?
I see:

• Experiencing issues sending/receiving MMS messages after updating to iOS 6

I, like so many others, have been experiencing problems sending/receiving MMS messages after updating to iOS 6. Other than that, I really do like the new update. I have an iPhone 4S with Verizon. I have been to Verizon, and the issue is not with my plan; it is definitely with the update. My friend updated her phone also, but her phone is just the iPhone 4. She does not experience these issues. Is Apple aware and trying to fix the problem? It is soooo frustrating! I cannot send/receive picture messages, nor can I send/receive group messages. --- Has anyone come up with a solution to fix it yet, or is it something that Apple will have to do?
Thanks in advance.

I also am having the same problem. I can't send a pic to anyone who doesn't have iMessage. Also, I don't always get the alert when I have a new message. I never had this problem before I updated to IOS 6. I have AT&T & an iphone4. It's isn't jail broken. I've been reading forums for a couple weeks now and apparently it has something to do with the apn. And I don't know how or even if I can change it. Then I also read it might have something to do with a damaged SIM card. And it might have been damaged when we updated. But those are just theories.

• Xperia Z1 can not send/receive MMS after Lollipop update

Xperia Z1 can not send/receive MMS after Lollipop update, is anyone else having this issue. Any ideas on what I can do to restore MMS?

MMS need a data plan, there are certain carriers/networks that allow MMS to be sent w/o a data plan to their branded/locked phones, you will have to contact your carrier/network regarding this.
Is your phone braded or was it branded? did you flashed lollipop ?

• I am currently abroad in France, and I can not send any SMS messages.

I am currently abroad in France, and I can not send any SMS messages. iMessages works fine. I have checked the setting, and message sending to SMS is activated. I have also reset my phone. Could you advise on why I can not do this please?

Hi
It could be a case that the network you are connected to is having problems.
If you go to Settings > Carrier > Turn off Automatic > This will prompt the device to do a manual search. Once completed chose a different network and test.
Also is it a particular number it's failing to or have you tried a few?
Let me know how you get on.
Thanks.
