LV Startup error message - windows installer

Hello Everyone,
Whenever I launch startup LV, I get the attached error message. I had installed an application which was located in a network drive. The application was deleted from the network and from my pc. Its no longer used but whenever I launch LV, this message comes up (and at various other times). Is there any way I can get fix this it short of a full re-install?

The image that you attached said that it is looking for "install.msi". If you had a shortcut to LabVIEW, it should have been pointing towards LabVIEW.exe.
Secondly, what do you mean by "I had installed an application which was located in a network drive. The application was deleted from the network and from my pc. Its no longer used...". By "application" do you mean an EXE file that you created using Application Builder in LabVIEW? If so, it shouldn't make a difference if you delete the application or not (for starting up LabVIEW purposes).
Maybe a better explanation of your situation might help too! However, if time is critical, I would probably just reinstall LabVIEW. It really doesn't take that long!

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) (not for XP) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there are also links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

Perhaps let's first try updating your Apple Software Update.
Launch Apple Software Update ("Start > All Programs > Apple Software Update"). Does it launch and offer you a newer version of Apple Software Update? If so, choose to install just that update to Apple Software Update. (Deselect any other software offered at the same time.)
If the ASU update goes through okay, try another iTunes install. Does it go through without the errors this time?

Keep getting error message: Windows installer is not correctly installed

Hello all..
After trying to install some software or getting the thinkvantage update I keep getting this error message.
"The Windows Installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance."
So I've restarted and made sure I was in normal mode. Didn't help. Does anyone have any idea before I put this thing into the shop?? LOL

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

Try downloading the trial. It ought to detect that you have a 64-bit system.
You aren't using Vista, are you? PSE 13 requires at least win 7 and I think a few folks with vista have gotten a similar error message on trying to install it.

You can try downloading the 64 bit version. You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

When I try to open iTunes, I get this error message: Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. I get a different error message if I try to uninstall it.

I am getting the same message when I try to install the latest version of iTunes, I am running on Windows Vista Home Premium. I have tried so many different things to try to correct this and have now completly unistalled it from my laptop..... Now I have no iTunes what-so-ever on it and still can't install it. I found an older versin of iTunes and it installed without any problems, but I can't access it because my library was created on a newer version! Talk about frustrated..... WE NEED HELP!!!!!
