LWF getting deducted every month

I am facing an issue in LWF. I have done the necessary configurations mentioned below

Now I have maintained infotype 0588- Subtype 0002 for an employee with BEGDA 01.04.2010 and ENDDA 31.12.9999.
Now when I run payroll for this employee for April' 2010, LWF is getting deducted, which should not happen. It should only happen in Jun and Dec.

Now when I run payroll for this employee for April' 2010, LWF is getting deducted, which should not happen. It should only happen in Jun and Dec.
Now I have deleted infotype 0588- Subtype 0002 and then run payroll. Then also LWF gets deducted
Do let me know in case I am missing anything

I have removed /3W1 and /3W2. Itype 588- Subty 0002 is maintained from 01.04.2010 to 31.12.9999.
Now I have run payroll in simulation mode for April' 2010. LWF is not there in the payslip. Rs 12 for LWF is not there in the log also.
Now I have run payroll in simulation mode for Junel' 2010. LWF is still not there in the payslip. Rs 12 and Rs 36 for LWF is not there in the log also.
Am I missing something here?

Is your pay frequency "monthly" ?
It is normal that some WTs would cumulate in CRT. Again, check the values for PrCl 03, 20 and 41 in V_512W_D.
Regarding Bank Details, is the employee's IT0009 valid for the payroll period in question ?

Hi, AD isn't my area of expertize, but I need to setup Cert Services.
I have setup an offline ROOT CA, and online issuing server. I ve done lots of reading, and followed some TechNet articles for setting up this config :-

After install and config it was all working fine. I can issue certs for internal websites and all works well. but every month I seem to fall foul of this error, and cannot understand what's going wrong and how to fix it. so any help would be greatly appreciated
the cert service has stopped , and trying to restart gives this error :-
"The Revocation Function was unable to check Revocation because the revocation Server was offline , 0x80092013 (-2146885613 Crypt_E_revocation_offline)
if I bring the root ca online, and request a new cert and copy the CRL and CRT files over, its works again, but only for a month.
I am totally new to cert services, please help !!

It sounds like everything is working as expected. From what you describe, it sounds like the offline root CA has a 1 month base CRL period. This means that *every* month (sounds familiar?), you have to turn on the root CA, and publish an updated CRL. After
creating the updated CRL, you must copy it to the locations referenced in the CDP extension of the certificates issued by the root CA.
Once published, everything works.
This is by design. If you want to publish a CRL with a longer validity period, then you must modify the CRL settings on the root CA. For example, if you wanted a six month base CRL, delta CRL disabled, and a 2 week overlap period, you could run the following
lines from a batch file:
Certutil -setreg CA\CRLPeriodUnits 6
Certutil -setreg CA\CRLPeriod "Months"
Certutil -setreg CA\CRLDeltaPeriodUnits 0
Certutil -setreg CA\CRLDeltaPeriod "Days"
Certutil -setreg CA\CRLOverlapUnits 2
Certutil -setreg CA\CRLOverlapPeriod "Weeks"
You then must restart ADCS on the root. Then you would only have to run the process you described every six months, rather than every month. This is normal PKI maintenance when you have an offline CA.

Why does my Share Name ID get reset every month?

With my personal account, I prefer to be identified on the receiving end as "WIRELESS CALLER". I can change this on my account. However, once a month my Share Name ID gets reset back to my account name. After updating this one a month for the last four months, I realize the problem is not on my end.

The steps you specified are exactly what I have been doing, yet the account resets back to my name. To get it change back to WIRELESS CALLER takes the following steps and 48+ hours.
1) Once my account has been reset back to my first and last name, the Share Name ID screen shows no specific radio button being selected, yet shows the message:
Your name is currently displayed as "WIRELESS CALLER" on Caller ID enabled devices.
2) I select the middle radio button, my actual name (using your example) and click submit.
3) Wait 24 hours.
4) I return to the Share Name ID screen and select the WIRELESS CALLER radio button, then click submit.
5) Wait 24 hours.
A caller ID device now shows my name as WIRELESS CALLER.
The indeterminate radio button and incorrect text in step 1 is the key.

PF not getting deducted for the mid month joinees.

The problem is coming in the PF deduction of the employees who have joined in the mid of the month.
For ex if an employee's basic salary is 7000 and the emp joined in the mid of the month , the system is taking PF from RS 3500 , where PF deduction is not applicable. Now the result is PF is not getting deducted for that month which should not happen.
So kindly guide me how to apply a check in the system so that it deducts the PF of those employees who are joining in the mid of the month and their basic salary is above Rs6500.

The above two query is worked in oracle 11GActually the first query I posted is not correct.
It should work better with
months_between(
   trunc(to_date(:dt_end,'DD-MM-YYYY'),'MM'),
   trunc(to_date(:dt_start,'DD-MM-YYYY'),'MM')

How do I get Verizon to stop sending me FOUR bill envelopes every month?

We have tried, without success, over the last 9 months, to stop Verizon from using so many trees to send us redundant bills in four separate billing envelopes each and every month. The customer service reps keep assuring us that this will be taken care of and we'll only get one bill in one envelope. They tell us it will take up to two billing cycles for this to take effect -- we have been told this THREE times now!! It's just extremely frustrating to try and enact an eco-friendly change in their billing behaviors and be totally ignored. It's also quite annoying that the customer service reps keep telling us that they'll CHANGE this behavior and it never changes. Again, four envelopes (only one of which we need to pay our bill) arrived in the mail yesterday, three billing cycles after the last time one of Verizon's employees told us this wouldn't happen. Have any other customers tried (in vain) to get this rectified?
I also don't appreciate that the money I send Verizon is being used to churn out additional paper that is totally unnecessary plus they get to pay the postage on these redundant envelopes going through the mail as well. It's madness!!
Anyone from Verizon listening out there?

I was just about to say the same thing tns. I just went paperless myself and that's the simplest. The paper bill is just a duplicate anyway of your bill that you can view on line.
