LYNC Federation - Internal Error on Verify Message by Lync PC Client.

Hello all,
Recently I set a static route for SIP  "interdomain" Federation between Lync 2013 and other vendor PBX.
However I'm struggling with the Lync PC Client error message on validating the messages received by Lync FE. Lync Mobile Client or IPAD client don't have the same issue.
In the Lync FE logs I see that the Invite it's received by the FE and forward to the Lync PC Client. However the in the Lync PC Logs we see WARN message that verify message failed what result in abort of the incoming call on the Lync Client.
Lync PC Client Log:

So they are two different errors here, in the Lync client PC failed to verify the message, and in the FE it fail to validate the ms-received-cid in the via header.
What indeed looks to exist a mismatch between "A600" to "AD00", looks the 6 was replaced by 6.I believe this headers are generated internally by Lync FE, not sure what is going wrong here for this mismatch.
Any expert could give a look and have an hint why this weird behavior of Lync FE.
Thanks in advance,
Regards,
Claudio

Hi,
From your description, it happened after the setting of static route. Please double check the route setting. Then publish Topology again, and run Step 2 Setup or Remove Lync Server Components on Lync Server Deployment Wizard.

• "An internal error has occurred" message when scanning from MX922 to desktop using Windows 7

I am no longer able to scan using my MX922 connected to my desktop running Windows 7 without getting a message on my desktop saying "An internal error has occurred".  I have turned the MX922 on and off, I have disconnected both the power cord and USB cable from the MX922 and from my desktop, I have reconnected the USB cable to a different port on my desktop, I have uninstalled all Canon programs from my desktop and reloaded all Canon programs with the MX922 CD, and I have restarted the desktop multiple times.  I scan documents several times a week for my business. It has worked fine until today. What do I need to do to correct this problem and get back to scanning?

Hi boisseaujm,
If you temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall software that is on your computer, then attempt to scan again, are you able to scan successfully?

• When I try to open any PDF files or Adobe Reader I get "an internal error has occured" message.

I have a PC running Windows 7.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  I have tried deleting the registry files and reinstalling.  I have tried to right click on the Adobe Icon and run Troubleshoot Compatability but also receive the same message.  When I click on error details it says Error Code: 0x80070005.  Any thoughts?  I am not very technical and this is the limit of experience.  Thank you.

Try disabling Protected Mode; download, unzip, then run the registry script from https://files.acrobat.com/a/preview/71bd7776-d0e3-47fe-a5d6-1e75a0373eb1

Hi ,
Most probably you are experiencing this problem because you have not configured the necessary WS client policy il or because you have configured a WS client policy which is not compatible with the server-side WS policy.

Hi Sampath,
In order to try to resolve this issue, please do the following:
1. Go to start -> Run -> %temp% and clean up all the files.
2. Go to Control panel -> Add and remove program and uninstall the SAP Business one client.
3. Reboot the Notebook.
4. Turn off UAC (disable UAC) before installing the client so the registration of both the UI and DI will work. UAC -> a new security mechanism was introduced in Vista. It is called "user Account Control"
(For more info about this new feature please visit: [What is User Account Control?|http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-us/help/0eeb9ddd-ddaa-4cc5-a092-9908305665471033.mspx] and [Turn User Account Control on or off|http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/Help/58b3b879-924d-4e08-9358-c316055d3eae1033.mspx].)

• Print internal error when tring to print PPA document

Hello experts,
We got a problem when we tried to print out PPA document in HR system using t-code PHAP_ADMIN_PA. The system always shows the message Error when printing: Internal error. And message no: HRHAP00_DOCUMENT160.
I have searched the forum but I have no idea how can I check and how can I do to solve this problem. Can anyone help me?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Joseph,
This error is usually linked to an incorrect configuration of the printer.
Please check the following notes for information on the type of printer supported for PDF
       685571 - Printing PDF-based forms
Check also your ADS settings (or install it if it's not already done as it is required for PDF as well).
The installation steps you can fbe found in ADS Configuration Guide:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/37/504b8cbc2848a494facfdc09a359b1/frameset.htm
Once installed or if it's there already then please check the following:
Execute the ADS test program "FP_TEST_00" in your system, check whether form is being displayed once you specify the
printer name. Also, could you check in transaction SM59 the ADS status?
In order to print an appraisal form, you need:
1- the Adobe Document Services (ADS) installed and well configured
on a J2EE engine in your system landscape
2- an appropriate connection called ADS maintained in SM59
ADS configuration guide is available on Help Portal.http://help.sap.com/nw2004s
-> SAP NetWeaver Library -> Technology Consultant's Guide ->Cross-NetWeaver Configurations -> Adobe Document Services ->Configuration.
Please also make sure, that ADS is used on a supported platform. You can check the Product Availability Matrix (PAM) for informationabout supported plattforms for ADS.Link: http://service.sap.com/pam

• Adobe Reader XI, Mac OS 10.9.2, internal error

Greetings,
I get the "an internal error has occurred" message when I start the Adobe Reader program up for the first time. I've used app delete, deleted relevant files by hand, re-installed, repaired permissions, and tried older versions, several times and all with the same result. What do I need to do?

phatoliver wrote:
Someting in my user folder then?
Yep... just what... is hard to troubleshoot from here.
When you deleted files there are five places to look for EVERYTHING.
1. Applications - Adobe Reader app
2. Mac HD\Library\Internet Plug-ins - AdobePDFViewer.plugin and AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin
3. Mac HD\Library\Application Support\Adobe\HelpCfg\en_US - Reader.helpcfg
4. Mac HD\Library\Application Support\Adobe - the Reader folder (the entire folder)
5. \Library\Preferences - com.Adobe.Reader.plist (Hold the "Option" key and click "Go" from the Finder menu to access the \library folder)
DId you trash EVERYTHING listed there?

hey Adobe you've got a bug in your updater...
read here:
http://www.adobeforums.com/webx/.3c06325e/0
I also experience this weird "An internal error has occurred" when quitting Acrobat 8.1.2 its there since the very minute i updated from 8.1... now i wish i could revert the update...
UPDATES ARE SUPOSED TO IMPROVE THINGS NOT BREAK THEM !!
Can anybody solve this ? I dont want to be force-quitting acrobat forever...

---- PROBLEM SOLVED IN MY CASE ------
this is what i did:
I have Acrobat 8.0.0 installed as a part of Creative Suite CS3 installation...
1- i ran the Creative Suite CS3 installer
2- i choose UNINSTAL Acrobat 8 only, leaving the rest of CS3 suite installed, its very important to UNINSTALL and not REINSTAL or REPAIR as REINSTALL or REPAIR doesnt help anything...
3- after UNINSTALLING Acrobat 8 i used DiskOrder (or any good file manager which can search inside hidden and system folders) and searched for the word "Acrobat"
4- i got about 70 results (mostly folders in Prefrences, Cache, etc.) i deleted manually everything related to Acrobat - that was pretty risky but i was lucky...
5- i ran Creative Suite CS3 installer which gave me a new option INSTAL ACROBAT 8.0
6- INSTALLED ACROBAT 8.0 and WITHOUT restarting i IMMEDIATELLY applied 8.1 and 8.1.2 updates
7- restart
DONE
NO MORE "An internal error has occurred" MESSAGE WHEN EXITING ACROBAT

• Internal error when adding UDF

Hello,
I have been getting an error "Internal error (1) occurred Message 131-183" when I try to create a UDF in the Marketing Documents category. Normally I'm able to do this, but the other day I deleted a UDF (a different one than the one I'm adding) that I wanted to clean out of the system and I'm pretty sure that having deleted this UDF is causing me to not be able to add any new UDFs to the Marketing Documents category. The UDF I deleted had never been used and I'm almost positive it never had any data in it. I am able to modify and add to other UDF categories though.
I need to add these UDFs to the Marketing Documents category hopefully today or tomorrow. If someone has any ideas that would fix this problem, please let me know.
Thank you,
Brent McDonell

Hi,
The issue reported is mostly known due to SQL 2000 Server row length
limitation. Please refer to the SAP note number:816387 and run the attached
query in the corresponding database and check whether the marketing
document table using the UDF,is exceeding the limits.
The solution to this problem is to decrease the size of the
User Defined Fields. Either by decreasing the length or changing
the definition of "Alpahnumeric" fields to Text, or the last resort
is to remove the fields.
All these actions have to be done via the SAP Business One application.
The change of field type alphanumeric to Text might influence the
performance.

• Help: An error when I initial the planning areas:internal error

Hi,
An error when I initial the planning areas, I create time series objects for planning area DP01, system show an error message to me as follow:
      internal error [/SAPAPO/OM_TS_TGRID_CREATE]
      Message no. /SAPAPO/TSM099
Thanks,
      Thomson

Hi Thomson,
I think in planning area you did not only add the time series key figures
to the planning area but also defined key figure semantics for those
key figures. This must not be. To see those semantics you can check
the key figure details in transaction /SAPAPO/MSDP_ADMIN on the
key figure tab by selecting key figure details. For the time series
keyfigures, the semantics column is filled with values like 300, 301,
etc. If you wants to use time series key figures in addition
to the standard SNP-key figures, the semantics field has to be empty.
You can compare that with the settings in the other planning area where
everything is working fine.
If this is not the case then please refer the below note and execute the consistency reports as in note:
577038     Data inconsistencies in SNP

Hi,
I am afraid that your windows vista is a home premium, and it made the error happened. Let me know if it is true or not. Actually, the client should be installed with windows vista business for SAP B1.
Check this link to know supported platform of B1:
