Probably at least one of the constraints in the following list is one you don't want. Try this: (1) look at each constraint and try to figure out which you don't expect; (2) find the code that added the unwanted constraint or constraints and fix it. (Note: If you're seeing NSAutoresizingMaskLayoutConstraints that you don't understand, refer to the documentation for the UIView property translatesAutoresizingMaskIntoConstraints)

<NSLayoutConstraint:0x5cc4200 UIImageView:0x5cba360.centerX == UILabel:0x5ca2760.centerX>
Break on objc_exception_throw to catch this in the debugger.
The methods in the UIConstraintBasedLayoutDebugging category on UIView listed in <UIKit/UIView.h> may also be helpful.

Regards,

Hi,
How did you set up Reverse Proxy (TMG, IIS ARR or others)?
Did you have single FE server or an FE pool? For a Front End pool the internal SIP pool FQDN must be different from the internal web services FQDN, because web traffic comes through the hardware load balancer and the internal
SIP pool traffic travels comes through the DNS load balancer.
You can troubleshooting with the help below:
1.  Please browse the following URL:
 http://lyncdiscover.contoso.com/autodiscover/autodiscoverservice.svc/root/domain
You should receive a prompt to open or save the domain file. The URL mentioned in the domain file must be the external web services URL for the Front End Server or Director pool. If the internal web services URL is returned, the web publishing rule
is incorrect.
2. Please try to browse the URL https://lyncexternal. contoso.com/mcx/mcxservice.svc/mex
You should see https://lyncexternal.contoso.com/Mcx/McxService.svc/WebTicket_Bearer in the browser or the XML SOAP information. This means the web services URL authentication setting is set to negotiate.
Best Regards,
Eason Huang

  • Lync 2013 External Mobility Not Working

    Hello,
The issue I seem to be having is in regards to the external mobility access.
So far everything else in our environment seems to be functioning properly.
The Lync desktop client works both internally as well as externally.
The Lync internal mobility also works.  The only issue seems to be with the external mobility part.
I tried going to the external autodiscover address for our system, https://lyncdiscover.mydomain.com but it doesn’t return anything either.
I think the issue lies somewhere with DNS or my reverse proxy, however I’m having a hard time being able to just start changing settings seeing as how I don’t want to break everything that is currently working for our users.
I’ve been through a lot of the post here but I still can’t seem to find the settings to fix the issue I’m having.
Here is a breakdown of my settings I feel are in question:

8080 and 4443.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

I'm also attaching the log file from running Lync Connectivity Analyzer if it helps.

  • Lync 2013 Mobility not working

    Dear All,
I have Lync 2013 Server running in my environment. Below are the details,
    1) We have one Lync FrontEnd server as well as one Lync Edge Server installed in Egypt Site & one Lync FrontEnd server as well as one Lync Edge Server installed in Dubai Site in a Single domain.
Users who are in Egypt site pool are able to login through Lync Mobility but unfortunately users in Dubai Site pool are unable to login through Lync mobility.
Anyone help would be highly appreciated.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Zeeshan Butt

    Hi Zeeshan Butt,
You can try to test in the internal network in site Dubai.
If a user in site Dubai login with mobile externally, the user will connect to the Reverse Proxy. The autodiscover service on Egypt site will search the user information about which pool he belongs and return the right
external Web service URL of that pool. Then the user will connect to the right pool (Site Dubai) through the Reverse Proxy belongs of Site Dubai.
You can use Lync Connectivity Analyzer to check if the correct URL of web services have been returned from autodiscover service:
    http://blogs.technet.com/b/nexthop/archive/2013/02/08/the-new-lync-connectivity-analyzer.aspx
Please also try to login mobile manually to have a test:
    https://<ExtPoolFQDN>/Autodiscover/autodiscoverservice.svc/Root for external access
    https://<IntPoolFQDN>/AutoDiscover/AutoDiscover.svc/Root for internal access
Note: the ExtPoolFQDN is the External web FQDN of Site Dubai.

  • Lync 2013 Mobility not working in MultiSite Topology

    Dear All,
I have Lync 2013 Server running in my environment.
External webservices are published on both Sites. Furthermore Dubai Site Pool users are able to login through Lync Client from external but they are unable to login through Lync Mobille Client.
Anyone help would be highly appreciated.
    Thanks & Regards,
    ZB

Is lws.abc.com external web url for Egypt site?
    How about lyncaepool.abc.com and communication.abc.com?
I would like to confirm if you pasted two URLs in IE directly. Here are some tips for troubleshooting the issue.
For multiple pools, the Autodiscover traffic can be routed to a single Front End pool as long as both pools have their external Web services published. Once a client connects to the Autodiscover service it will be returned the external web service FQDN for
either pool, depending on which pool the user account belongs to.
Thus, you must have external Lyncdiscover record pointed to Egypt site. Once Dubai external user connects to Egypt Autodiscover service, it will be returned the external web service for Dubai Site Pool and user connects to Dubai Site Autodiscover service(https://<Dubai
ExtPoolFQDN>/Autodiscover/autodiscoverservice.svc/Root) and UCWA. We can check if mobile client is able to resolve Autodiscover service URL of Dubai Site by typing the URL into manual configuration of Lync mobile client.
Here is a great blog about Lync mobility Autodiscover process.
    http://blogs.technet.com/b/nexthop/archive/2012/04/25/lync-server-2010-mobility-deep-dive-autodiscover-service.aspx
If the issue persists, please paste the result of Lync Connectivity Analyzer for further troubleshooting.

  • Creating a Lync meeting not working in outlook 210 client

We use office 365 environment and pushed lync 2013 client to user who uses Outlook 2010 Client still. Anyway the default domain work address the user is able to go to calendar, click new meeting button and fill out the meeting email then click LYNC Meeting,
which works, but when he adds another domain email account in his outlook and tries doing that, he gets an error "The request failed. Please try again. Make sure that you are signed in to Microsoft Lync" in which he is signed in.
I deleted sip, reinstalled Lync 2013, redid the outlook profile, not sure what is triggering this. His other domain account uses Office 365.
    Any ideas?

    Correction:
The error happens when he sends a lync meeting to his own second domain or anyone within the domain.
So he has two email addresses in outlook
1  domain 1  (default) which he connects to Lync with this and this is our domain
2 domain 2 this is his other domain email address in which he added to Outlook.
So when he goes on domain 1 calendar and creates a meeting and licks on New Lync meeting to someone in Domain 2 that is when Outlook throws an error that he is not signed into Lync in which he is.  It;s odd.
    Sorry for the confusion.
Funny thing is when he removes Domain 2 email account, lync meetings work fine to send. So something with domain 2 email address added to his outlook is triggering this.

  • Autodiscover not working internally

    Hi
So far this has driven me crazy. I cannot seem to get this to work. I am going to try and explain the situation fully. What we have is a hosted Exchange environment where we have
multiple tenants with their own domains. We have a SSL certificate for our own domain domain.com. It has the following domain names linked to it:
    webmail.domain.com (Primary)
    autodiscover.domain.com (SAN)
    mail.domain.com (SAN)
We have multiple tenants with each a unique domain (i.e. tenant.com). We have setup CNAME records for this domains so that they point to our HTTP redirection website which in turn
redirects them to our autodiscover website (= autodiscover.domain.com). This is to avoid having to buy an SSL certificate with several SAN hostnames. Our domain domain.local or domain.com (= externally) also hosts a series of other servers including terminal
    servers which are tenants/clients use.
The autodiscovery service works externally (which means devices that are not within our domain.local domain). It is able to use the autodiscover service for i.e. autodiscover.tenant.com Internally it does not work for some strange reason. It is able to reach
the redirect website and it is able to get to the right web server hosting the autodiscover website but it fails when it tries to find the hostname autodiscover.domain.com in the SSL certificate webmail.domain.com. Even though the hostname autodiscover.domain.com
is included in the SAN. It says that they can't validate the certificate name. Externally it is able to find this and validate the certificate but not internally for some strange reason. Why would this be?
Thanks again for all your help. It is much appreciated.
    Daniel

    Hi,
According to your description, the name Autodiscover.domain.com can be resolved externally while it cannot be resolved internally. If I misunderstabd your meaning, please feel free to let me know.
If yes, I'd like to recommend you check if there is an internal DNS entry about the name Autodiscover.domain.com. Additionally, we can also check the result of directly accessing the URL:
https://autodiscover.domain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml on a internal client machine.
    Thanks,

  • Apple Care - Not working internationally?

Hi! I am having an issue with the AppleCare Protection Plan for the iPad. I am from Belgium and last week I bought an iPad in London. The seller sold me the protection plan as well and said to activate it once at home. He confirmed that it worked internationally. I've just tried to enter my serial # and registration # and once I click "continue" I get the following message: "We're sorry but this service is not available in this country." So did I buy it for nothing?

Could it be not working because the iPad hasn't been released in Belgium yet?
That would indeed seem likely. While your AppleCare plan will probably be valid (though Apple recommends buying your AppleCare plan in your own country), you may well not be able to activate it until the iPad is officially released in your country. You can try calling AppleCare administration - call Apple tech support and ask to speak to a representative in AppleCare plan administration - and see if you can register that way. If not, then you'll probably have to wait to register.
    Regards.

  • Lync integration not working after Exchange 2013 SP1 is installed...

    Hi,
I have two Exchange 2013 servers running and everything is fine, almost.
The problem is that on the first server we had OWA with Lync integration working before installing SP1, but after the installation of SP1, it doesn't Work any more.
The second server was installed with SP1 from the start, but we can't get the Lync integration to Work on this one either..
When we log in to OWA, it just starts to sign in but then says "there was a problem signing in, if this continues please contact your helpdesk"
I have checked the Exchange server for events, and i can see the event ID 112 everytime i recycle the Application Pool, so there are some connection between Exchange and Lync..
Have any of you Guys seen or experienced any thing like this?
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards

  • Lync 2013 mobile app does not work internally, SIP domain is Different than users UPN. not sure if that matters.

using the lync client connectivity tester on a pc on the same lan as my mobile client everything is green and it says its ready for use.
using my android galaxy s5 client on wifi on the same lan i get a screen with waiting to sign in spinning and an error at the top "we cant connect to the server check your network connection and server address, and try again."

in the analyzer tool i did have to fill in the username field because my sip domain is different then my users UPN. which from what ive read its required to use the username field.

thank you in advance for any help. im trying to get internal working before i try external.

    Eric,
I am trying to configure a reverseproxy on my netscaler which is in a 2 arm mode(dmz/internal) but I keep getting an error when configuring the monitor.
i used this guide to configure it
    http://www.lynced.com.au/2014/04/configure-citrix-netscaler-vpx-as.html
but continue to get this error in the netscaler monitor "Failure - TCP connection successful, but application timed out"
so the virtual server is never up, thinking about just changing it to tcp as a monitor so it stays up and i can at lesat get the vip up.
Also your link to the diagram shows it going to the reverse  proxy but the one im using has it going directly to the front end servers.
    http://www.lync-solutions.com/Documents/Lync_2013_protocol_poster_v6_7.pdf
I'm guessing Microsoft's is the correct one but wonder why the config differential?
I see that your diagram says "mobility url", what is the mobility url? i though that was the lyncdiscoverinternal.internal.com
    current setup is
    2 fe servers on internal
    1 edge server on dmz
1 almost done reverse proxy netscaler load balancer.
also this ms link i used to configure dns entries, along with the pdf linked above.
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj945644.aspx
i currently have these external dns entries and they all point to the edge server on the dmz.
    dialin .external.com
    lync .external.com
    lyncweb .external.com
    lyncdiscover.external.com
    meet .external.com
    sip .external.com
    webconf .external.com
    av .external.com
    _autodiscover._tcp.external.com.
the internal dns links point to 1 of the front end servers
    1. lyncdiscoverinternal.internal.com
    2. lyncdiscover.internal.com
    3. _sipinternaltls._tcp.internal.com
    4. _sipinternal._tcp.internal.com

  • Lync to Lync calls not working when users outside of network. But calls from Lync to external numbers do work.

    Hello,
We are having the following issue: when our lync users are outside of our network, just connected to their home internet or a public WiFi  and not on VPN, they cannot place calls to other
Lync users inside our network. They get a poor network connection message on the call window. But they are able to make calls from Lync to external numbers without a problem.
Inside our network, Lync to Lync calls work perfectly fine, the same for calls from Lync to external numbers.
Does anybody know what could be the cause of our issue? Perhaps I'm missing a setting on our Edge server. What should be the first thing I should check on my Lync servers?
    Thanks for any help!

Have you opened up ports on your firewall from your internal clients to the edge on UDP/3478 and TCP/443?  This sounds like you might have a problem there.  Can you internal clients properly route to this subnet and resolve the pool name of your
    edge pool?
Ports and protocols poster, check out in A/V section client traffic to edge showing UDP/3478 and TCP/443:

Please make sure there is no typos in the URL rewrite rule.
You can configure IIS ARR to display more information with the error with the following path:
Open IIS Manager –> Sites –> Default Web Site –> Error Pages –> Edit Feature Settings.
    Select Detailed error
Then you can access simple URL again to check the full error message.
