Lync Phone (Polycom CX600) will not sign in (Lync 2013)

I just migrated from Lync 2010 to 2013.  Everything seems to be working except the Phone Edition devices.  My phone (Polycom CX600) and my test phone (HP 4120) both work just fine, but literally everyone else in the office cannot get theirs to
sign in. I've tried on several of them and we get the following message:
"Cannot sign in. Please verify your sign-in address, domainWuser name, and password, and try again. Please verify that the domain entered <username> is correct."
I don't know what the deal is with the W in the domain/user name part, nor do I understand why it thinks the domain name is the username instead of the domain.
As far as I can tell, the DHCP stuff is correct and all that jazz.  All the phones are on update CU12 (.4444).  test-csphonebootstrap reports a success.  I'm not sure what else to do here.

Please check the DNS SRV record _sipinternaltls>_tls.<SIP domain>.com points to sip.<SIP domain>.com.

    I have been using WPA on my devices as well. I have two iPhone 4S with iOS 6.0.1 and an iPhone 4 as well. Have you tried checking the channel you are using on the router? If it is on auto, change to a specific channel, maybe like 11? See if that will help. Make sure if you make any changes to the phone that you reboot the phone before testing it again.

    It sounds like you are wanting to update the Apps that were synced over from your computer to your new iPhone 5s. If you are clicking Updates in the App Store in the bottom right corner, would you mind clarifying what happens when you are trying to update them?

    I have tried to get a response from Apple concerning the  " I must have the readable version of the Visual Voice Mail from Verizon"  The I Phone 6 plus will not let the readable version of Visual Voice Mail from Verizon work on the phone.
    Why  what can be done to allow this to show on the IPhone6 plus screen.   please someone solve this    It should be so simple for the powers that built this phone.  Simple   but so important to the hard of hearing.

    Also, if Verizon is charging you for Premium Visual Voice Mail (which according to their website is currently the only one that offers voice to text) you should contact them for a refund as the "Check Device Compatibility" link at their http://www.verizonwireless.com/wcms/consumer/products/visual-voicemail.html shows that only 16 phones are supported and the iPhone is not one of them.
    If you decide to switch phones, you may also want to consider that feature from Verizon only transcribes the first 45 seconds of a voicemail.

    Firefox will not sign me in and remember my passwords at all. It first started on this site, New Jersey Online (NJ.com). I created an account there and Firefox will not log me in. That happened, January 3rd, 2012.
    About NJ.com problem
    I created an account there. Then I signed into my new account. I did get correct username and password. But the browser does not log me into the acount. I looked all around NJ.com for answer and my problem was not in the forums/blogs.

    Firefox asked me if I want to remember this passwod, i said Yes. The box in city data forum has a remember be box I checked it.
    The result means- I did not get signed in at all.
    I tried multiple times, none worked.
    I allowed firefox to do these things -
    1. Remember browsing history for at lease one day
    2. Remember download histroy.
    3. Accept cookies from sites, including third party cookies, until their expiration
    4. Clear the folowing when firefox closes: browsing history, download history, and form/search history.
    I feel afraid this problem is gonna hsppen forever (and maybe even on this site!), and it will not sign me in to any site on the internet.

    Any way to disable the loading animation in Firefox 3.6.15? it makes me forget what I was going to do. it's also shown in the addon update information. PLease help me disable the loading animation Everywhere in the Firefox browser.
    For other sites with loading animations, I can use the Adblock plus element hiding helper . Just need to remove the animations by firefox

    Forgot Your Account Password
    For Snow Leopard and earlier
         Mac OS X 10.6- If you forget your administrator password
    For Lion/Mountain Lion
        Boot to the Recovery HD:
    Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
         When the menubar appears select Terminal from the Utilities menu.
         Enter resetpassword at the prompt and press RETURN. Follow
         instructions in the dialog window that will appear.
         Or see Reset a Mac OS X 10.7 Lion Password and
         OS X Lion- Apple ID can be used to reset your user account password.
    If you are unable to boot from an installer DVD:
    (these will only work on Leopard or earlier)
      1. Boot to Safe Mode by restarting and after the chime press and hold down
          the COMMAND-S keys until a black screen with white type appears.
      2. At the prompt, type the following commands pressing return after each
          command line:
         /sbin/fsck -yf
         If you do not receive a "Filesystem OK" message then repeat this command
         until you do.  If after seven tries you still do not receive a "Filesystem OK"
         message, then the system is corrupted and needs to be reinstalled.
         mount -uw /
         cd /private/var/db/netinfo
         mv local.nidb local.old
         rm ../.AppleSetupDone
         shutdown -r now
    The second-to-last command above will cause OS X to think that the operating system is newly installed, and when the new owner starts up the computer it will send him/her to the startup wizard where he/she can start a new user without reinstalling.
    This last method does not actually change a password. It simply removes the user accounts and lets you create an initial admin account as if the computer were new out of the box.
    Reset Admin Password Using The Terminal
    You can reset the password by printing out (or writing down) and carefully following these steps.
    First, find the short name of the admin user on the machine. The easiest way of doing this is by looking at what the directory is called in the Users folder.
    Now, start in Single-user Mode. It should boot into a command line.
    Enter these exact lines. Press RETURN after each.
    mount -uw /
    ifconfig lo0 up
    cd /var/db/netinfo
    netinfod -s local
    Now you'll need that short name. Enter "passwd", a space, and the short name of the admin. For example, if the admin was rather prosaically called "imadmin", you would enter "passwd imadmin".
    The computer will now prompt you to change the password for "lmadmin" (or whatever the short name was). Go ahead and enter a new password.
    Now, enter:
    sync
    reboot
    and the machine will reboot. The admin password should now be changed.
    Another Terminal Method for Snow Leopard
    Reboot the computer and hold the COMMAND and S keys down to enter single user mode. (If a lock appears and a password request, there is a firmware password. You have to know it or take it to Apple.)
    When the prompt appears type the following command lines pressing RETURN after each:
        fsck -fy
         If you do not receive a "Filesystem OK" message then repeat this command
         until you do.  If after seven tries you still do not receive a "Filesystem OK"
         message, then the system is corrupted and needs to be reinstalled.
         mount -uw /  
         ls /Users
         passwd username
    Enter the new password twice. It will not be echoed.

    Hmmm, I am not sure if there is another way. Since the battery is not removable for users and the 8 second -3 buzzes press don't work, I don't think there are another way to get it off.
    Try connect the charger to it and do the 8 second press again, if not I think you will have to either let the battery run out untill it turns off it self or take it to a Nokia care point.
