Is it possible to get the style, font and related info of a paragraph text of a in design file and write all the stuff on the same in design file on the left side with small fonts

Not sure if this would solve your requirment but just in case might be helpful:
1. We can mix up the HTML and HTMLB components in the JSP Page. However, can access only the HTMLB components in the controller. The following link refers to what customizations are offered by the HTMLB framework:
2. Another option would be to use AbstractPortalComponents or a simple web app if that's feasible. (where custom UI themes, css and layout are more in control of the developers.)

CUCILYNC with Lync Audio/video settings enabled supported ?
Hello,
for one of my customer I want to install CUCILYNC and Cisco Telephony for a part of the users.
Actually this customer user LYNC for IM/Presence and use the Audio/Video feature for making audio and video calls and conference calls.
In the CUCILYNC configuration guide, Cisco recommends to edit all the CUCILYNC users in the LYNC server to change Telephony settings to Audio/Video disabled (Recommended).
Is it possible to keep this audio/video settings to enable and to have 2 ways to make Video and audio calls : with Cisco capabilitites and with Lync capabilities.
does it work ? If yes, how does it appear on the end-user client ?
is it supported by Cisco ? And Microsoft ?
has anyone making this kind of configuration before ?
Thanks in advance for your help,
Regards,
Baptiste CroizerYes it works, it's just confusing to users as both buttons are lit up. If you set the registry key to IM only all of the Enterprise Voice-related buttons are greyed out.
Each vendor supports only their pieces.

Integrate native WebRTC audio/video on all AIR platforms including Adobe Media Server
Hey everybody,
It is apparent that Adobe is very busy trying to keep up with improving and fixing video and audio bugs on all platforms. Thankfully, in the past month Adobe finally made a H264 video with Nellymoser audio stream work on Androids! That took a while to make that work. But even though that is working, AIR on Androids still cannot transmit H264 video. Also AIR on iOS cannot view live video, but instead video has to be wrapped inside a Apple HLS (HTTP Live Streaming) format which introduces way too much latency for live audio/video streaming. Also AIR cannot transmit AAC Audio, and echo cancellation with Nellymoser just doesnt make the cut.
Everybody is aware that Flash Player can only stream video/audio smoothly for 1 in 10 users. There is just way too much for Adobe to do to get audio/video to work again and to work for everybody on every device.
So because WebRTC has much more development effort going into it, and because it is being promoted as free source to try to make the proprietary licensing world to rethink H264 and AAC audio, perhaps Adobe should just focus their efforts on implementing the existing and mostly working WebRTC libraries into Adobe AIR.
Since these libraries are becoming so popular, Adobe could also integrate support for WebRTC into the Adobe Media Server for recording, peer-to-peer negotiation, and firewall hole punching.
See my feature request here to integrate native WebRTC audio/video on all platforms
https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3728399
So will you vote with me to get WebRTC into Adobe AIR and Adobe Media Server?
Adobe could essentially deprecate many existing features requests and bug fixes related to audio video and solve many problems with WebRTC such as:
Implement Opus Codec:

https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=selectBug&CFGRIDKEY=3331640
https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=selectBug&CFGRIDKEY=3633142
Fix Enhanced Microphone issues:
https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=selectBug&CFGRIDKEY=3711062
https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=selectBug&CFGRIDKEY=3521224
Add support to stream AAC HE-AAC v2 audio, allowing iOS to be an endpoint that can receive audio and video:
https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=selectBug&CFGRIDKEY=3694393
Add support to transmit H264 video from an Android:
https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=selectBug&CFGRIDKEY=3648262
Decreased video latency and more performance on Androids regardless of the 32-bit/64-bit ARM Intel processors
https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=selectBug&CFGRIDKEY=3648268
Improve video quality and bandwidth:
HEVC, H265, VP9No there has been no update nor comment from Adobe regarding adding support for WebRTC. According to this year's roadmap they are booked! So it appears that we will not be seeing WebRTC in the ActionScript platform this year unfortunately. Back in March I made some predictions as to what might be considered higher priority for Adobe to be working on. It appears that list is still being worked on by the Adobe AIR/Flash team. They still have not finished support for iOS 8, and they still have several months to get hardware accelerated video finished. And VideoTexture is still in beta and will probably be in beta until AIR version 19 I would guess. Then 64-bit AIR runtime will be completed 3rd quarter along with HTML5 improvments for the 4th quarter. It looks like Adobe is completely booked.

ConnieIn the Address Book you can select and record multiple fields for each contact. For instance, Contact A info is all completed with address, phone, title etc and then you can Add a "Spouse" name, select the "+" button and now add a "Child" name etc. Then you also have the option in the drop down to select a "Custom" field. Probably 99% of my contacts only used the actual fields available in the drop down.
I chatted with a guy on Apple and he thought that those fields just may not be displayed on the iPhone. That would be sad, since every other field and sub-field is displayed. -
ITunes store doesn't load at all
I have done all the requirements from the other threads but my the iTunes store doesn't load at all. I have restarted, redownloaded, flushed, and have checked the Winsock Providers, but nothing has worked. Please help!!
Cake..man,
Besecure has issued a fix for this problem, please refer to their statement as follows:
A solution for your issue has been suggested.
We now have a fix for the itunes conflict you were experiencing. Please be aware that this process will require you to reboot your computer twice.
First we will need to ensure that you have the latest version of CloudCare installed on your computer. You can do this by following the steps below. If you currently have CloudCare installed this will overwrite the version you have but you will not lose any of your settings.
Visit https://www.bsecure.com/MyAccount/Login.aspx and login in with your email and your password.
Click Download Client Software.
Click on Download.
Select Run or Open when prompted. If your only option is to Save, please click Save. Double-click Install_CloudCare.exe once the download has completed.
Restart your computer when prompted.
Now you will need to run the Itunes fix. Please ensure you only run this file once,
Click this link - http://www.bsecure.com/docs/itunesfix.exe
Run itunesfix.exe. Its possible if you are using Mozilla Firefox that you may have to 'download' the file first then double click on it in the downloads list. Internet explorer may require you to click keep then run.
You will know the fix has ran when you see a black box appear on your screen for a moment, then disappears.
After this happens reboot your computer one last time
Itunes store should now work properly & the mobile device service will no longer conflict. -
Store XML Publisher report in the database
Hi all,
Is is possible to generate an XML Publisher report in the background and store the report as a blob in the database. I have an APEX application that needs to generate the report when the user clicks an 'Update' button. This report can then be accessed at a later date (via a hyper-link on another page) and will show the report that was stored on that date. Basically the report needs to be point in time.
Thanks
GrantHi,
you might have your reasons to want to store the entire report in the db as an object ... But wouldn't it be simpler to just add an extra DATE column to filter, and generate the report at runtime?
What if the data changes in the meantime?
Just, an idea ...
Grtz. -
Can we store forms and reports in 10g database in any format
Can we store forms and reports in 10g database in any format
Hi,
Why do you want to store the forms and reports in database? Do you mean something like SCM repository for versioning?
I don't find any use in storing the forms and reports in database.

IR Report found 1 million record with blob files performance is too slow!
we are using
oracle apex 4.2.x
Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - Production
mod_plsql with Apache
Hardware: HP proliant ML350P
OS: WINDOWS 2008 R2
customized content management system developed in apex.when open the IR report have 1 ml rows found and each rows have blob(<5MB as pdf/tiff/bmp/jpg) it will be raising rows in future! but the searching performance is very slow!
how can increasing the performance?
how can showing progressing status to user while searching progress going on IR report itself?
Thanx,
RamIt's impossible to make definitive recommendations on performance improvement based on the limited information provided (in particular the absence of APEX debug traces and SQL execution plans), and lacking knowledge of the application requirements and access to real data.
As noted above, this is mainly a matter of data model and application design rather than a problem with APEX.
Based on what has been made available on apex.oracle.com, taking action on the following points may improve performance.
I have concerns about the data model. The multiple DMS_TOPMGT_MASTER.NWM_DOC_LVL_0x_COD_NUM columns are indications of incomplete normalization, and the use of the DMS_TOPMGT_DETAILS table hints at an EAV model. Look at normalizing the model so that the WM_DOC_LVL_0x_COD_NUM relationship data can be retrieved using a single join rather than multiple scalar subqueries. Store 1:1 document attributes as column values in DMS_TOPMGT_MASTER rather than rows in DMS_TOPMGT_DETAILS.
There are no statistics on any of the application tables. Make sure statistics are gathered and kept up to date to enable the optimizer to determine correct execution plans.
There are no indexes on any of the FK columns or search columns. Create indexes on FK columns to improve join performance, and on searched columns to improve search performance.
More than 50% of the columns in the report query are hidden and not apparently used anywhere in the report. Why is this? A number of these columns are retrieved using scalar subqueries, which will adversely impact performance in a query processing 1 million+ rows. Remove any unnecessary columns from the report query.
A number of functions are applied to columns in the report query. These will incur processing time for the functions themselves and context switching overhead in the case of the non-kernel dbms_lob.get_length calls. Remove these function calls from the query and replace them with alternative processing that will not impact query performance, particularly the use of APEX column attributes that will only apply transformations to values that are actually displayed, rather than to all rows processed in the query.
Remove to_char calls from date columns and format them using date format masks in column attributes.
Remove decode/case switches. Replace this logic using Display as Text (based on LOV, escape special characters) display types based on appropriate LOVs.
Remove the dbms_lob.get_length calls. Instead add a file length column to the table, compute the file size when files are added/modified using your application or a trigger, and use this as the BLOB column in the query.
Searching using the Search Field text box in the APEX interactive report Search Bar generates query like:
select
from
(select
from
(...your report query...)
) r
where ((instr(upper("NWM_DOC_REF_NO"), upper(:APXWS_SEARCH_STRING_1)) > 0
or instr(upper("NWM_DOC_DESC"), upper(:APXWS_SEARCH_STRING_1)) > 0
or instr(upper("SECTION_NAME"), upper(:APXWS_SEARCH_STRING_1)) > 0
or instr(upper("CODE_TYPE"), upper(:APXWS_SEARCH_STRING_1)) > 0
or instr(upper("REF_NUMBER_INDEX"), upper(:APXWS_SEARCH_STRING_1)) > 0
or instr(upper("DATE_INDEX"), upper(:APXWS_SEARCH_STRING_1)) > 0
or instr(upper("SUBJECT_INDEX"), upper(:apxws_search_string_1)) > 0
or instr(upper("NWM_DOC_SERIEL"), upper(:APXWS_SEARCH_STRING_1)) > 0
or instr(upper("NWM_DOC_DESCRIPTION"), upper(:APXWS_SEARCH_STRING_1)) > 0
or instr(upper("NWM_DOC_STATUS"), upper(:APXWS_SEARCH_STRING_1)) > 0
or instr(upper("MIME_TYPE"), upper(:APXWS_SEARCH_STRING_1)) > 0
or instr(upper("NWM_DOC_FILE_BINARY"), upper(:APXWS_SEARCH_STRING_1)) > 0 ))
) r
where
rownum <= to_number(:APXWS_MAX_ROW_CNT)
This will clearly never make use of any available indexes on your table. If you only want users to be able to search using values from 3 columns then remove the Search Field from the Search Bar and only allow users to create explicit filters on those columns. It may then be possible for the optimizer to push the resulting simple predicates down into the inlined report query to make use of indexes on the searched column.
I have created a copy of your search page on page 33 of your app and created an After Regions page process that will create Debug entries containing the complete IR query and bind variables used so they can be extracted for easier performance analysis and tuning outside of APEX. You can copy this to your local app and modify the page and region ID parameters as required. -

=== Verbose logging stopped: 3/4/2015 15:27:21 ===Hi stecorp75,
To troubleshoot above error, please make sure the following things.
1. Use the RBS.msi file on this link http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=16978.
Do not download the rbs_x64 link given in TechNet article
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee748631.aspx .
2. Ensure that you run command prompt as administrator and then run your commands for RBS installation.
3. Follow the steps in this similar
blog to install RBS on SharePoint 2013.
However, if you still fail to install Remote Blob Storage, I would like to recommend you post the question in the SharePoint 2013 forum at
https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home?forum=sharepointadmin . It is appropriate and more experts will assist you.
There is a similar thread for your reference.

In office365, I am trying to access conversation history folder of another user using EWS api.The user that is trying to access has full access rights of the mailbox . If i connect to the mailbox using owa, i can access the conversation history folder
including all other folders. But when i try to connect from the code using ews api below exception is being thrown:
Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.ServiceResponseException occurred HResult=-2146233088 Message=The specified folder could not be found in the store. Source=Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices StackTrace:
Here is the relevant code
var mailbox = new Mailbox(lyncUser.UserName);
var lyncFolderId = new FolderId(WellKnownFolderName.ConversationHistory, mailbox);
var lyncFolder = Folder.Bind(_exchangeService, lyncFolderId);
Also, the exception doesn't occur if connected to WellKnownFolderName.Inbox.The WellKnowFolderEnum only works if the folder was created via the Lync 2013 client if the Mailbox is old and has been using older lync clients then you need to search for the folder via name eg see
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/hh243707%28v=office.14%29.aspx . Generally you want to use both methods eg try to bind to the WellKnowFolderEnum first then use the search method if that fails.
Cheers

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

ZealJust as an FYI. there is a utility that will actually write the code out for you. See KBA 1553921 - Is there a utility that would help in writing database logon code?

Report asks for database login in deployed version using crystal runtime for vs2008
I am developing an application with VS2008 .Net with an Interface to use external Crystal reports.
I created a Report using Crystal Reports 2011 "doku.rpt".
I am using a CrystalReportViewer "crpv" on a form.
I am using a ReportDocument object (Variable "ReportDocumentM"), to which I load the file "doku.rpt" and assign the logon Settings of main and subreports (which are the same for all tables).
Using crpv.ReportSource = ReportDocumentM I assign the reportDocument to the ReportViewer.
On my develop System everything works fine, the Report is shown in the Viewer.
I created a Setup for my application and isnatalled it on another System. I also installed the CrystalRuntime for VS2008.
When I try to Show the Report, a dailog "Database Login" appears and aks for the Connection.
where the SERVER, USERID and (sometimes the PWD) Input fields are filled with the correct values, but always the DATABASE field is empty.
SERVER and DATABASE fields are READONLY.
Hours and hours I tried differnt things, I also filled the logon info of the ReportViewer himself, nothing helped.
The code:Sorry, I found the solution in another discussion:
"Crystal ask for DB Connections on new installation"
Correct Answer by Marc Trudel on Jan 9, 2014 6:57 PM ' Solved Reports are all saved with SQLNCLI which is Sql Native client 9 (2005) New computers only have SQLNCLI10 which is Sql Native Client 10 (2008) Customer will either install SQL CLient 10 on all old computer and upgrade the reports or install SQL Client 9 on new computers which will avoid upgrading hundred of reports
In my case the original Report was created on a System with both SQLNativeClient 9 and SQLNativeClient 10 on it. Because I originally used a SQL2000 database as datasource, the SQLNativeClient9 was used. It wasn't a Problem on the System when I dynamically connected to a SQL2008R" database, probably because the NativeClient9 was still there and could be used. On the other Computer only the NativeClient10 was existing and this caused the Problems.
But I think that this is a bug in Crystal: I think ist normal, that from time to time there are changes in DataBase Connections and Clients, so the reports should be able to work also with new Clients. At least there should be a message to inform about the Problem.
