How can you put lyrics on your ipod nano?

Hi,
You have to put them in iTunes before you can see them on the iPod.
Here's the info from Apple:

TS1425 purchased the new Muse album last week, put into nano but since then it wont work in my car through the cars system, it shows menus on the car screen but no sound

Did it used to work previously? Have you tried resetting teh Nano to see if that helps?

If things seem to be going haywire with your phone, it seems that it MAY be a software issue.
Now, that being said, that does not necessarily mean that it is a virus. Software issues do happen sometimes. It is probably just coincidence.
What you need to do is restore the device using iTunes. This will fix any software issues. After you have done this, you can restore from an iCloud backup.
iCloud does not back up the actual software, so no, the "virus" would not have gotten into the backups.

Entering Lyrics Into A Score

I am having problems entering Lyrics into a score. After I start entering to the lyrics, using the Tab key to move forward from note to note, If for any reason I have to go back to a previous word let's say to correct spelling, I can't seem to continue where I left off!! I have tried several combinations of keys to get me back to *input mode* and I have just simply placed the cursor at the point of continuation but nothing works. Once I break the flow of text input(for any reason), *The Tab key does not function* as it should anymore (to move the cursor to the next note for Text input).. If any of you have a clue please help me with this.. I am held up severely.

Just to add to what angel said - it is better not to break the continuity of entering text, especially when you put a whole line in. Because when you want to use the Align command, Logic thinks of aligning each 'batch' of inputted text. And if you keep breaking the text tabbing to correct spelling etc, it is not so easy to Align all the lyrics of a particular line - therefore like angel says, do the actual spelling corrections once you have inputted a whole line at a time.

How do you get LYRICS into iTunes

Is there an easy or automated way to get Lyrics into iTunes using Windows XP wo cutting and pasting? I am a Nano user. Thanks

Yes, you can use EvilLyrics to download lyrics from songs as you play them in iTunes, and then you can use a script to copy those lyrics into iTunes.

- Verify the device compatibility with Mac OS X 10.4.x.
- Check an available firmware or driver for the camcorder that has developed after Mac OS X 10.4.4.
- Try diagnosing and repairing local hard disk and camcorder's drive directory.
- Verify disks permissions issue.
- Verify whether the disk is TOO warm or cold to read.
- If every troubleshooting does not solve the issue, consider to reformat the camcorder drive.

How to enter lyrics into iTunes

Is there anyway to enter lyrics into the lyrics filed in iTunes. I can't seem to copy and paste or drag a jpg into the area. Must the be typed in?

no "easy" way that I know of. It is done is score view. Follow the instructions on Page 915 of the manual. you can use a software instrument channel or an external midi channel. best to play the melody on that channel 1st, then insert the lyrics to match the notes like it says in the manual using "tab" to go to next note. . if you don't want the melody line in your midi file, you can delete the midi notes and just keep the lyrics, they show up in the event list as meta #61
one tip, if you are making karaoke midi files, make sure you leave a blank space at the end of each word otherwise the karaoke player will run all words together. everythingrunstogetherlikethis
if you are separating syllables, do not put blank space or they show up as two words or you will end up with: "what a won der ful wor ld" only put blank space at the end of a word

Irrelevant. Under copyright law, you do have the right to give a copy of these albums to anyone.

Ipod nano help

Okay, My ipod nano charges on my car charger, and when I plug it in to the computer, it does not. I know that the cord is not bad because I have bought a new one and tried my sister's. If the back light is off it will turn on when I plug it into the usb port. It is not recognized by itunes or windows XP...I have been on here for days trying to figure it out! I have reset it countless times and deleted registry files.......Can some one please help?!

Have you verified that that particular USB port on your machine is producing the required 500 mA of power for the iPod? Often, ports mounted on the front of the machine have a slightly lower power output. To verify, you may wish to try plugging it into a different port (preferrably one on the back of your machine,) or into a powered USB 2.0 hub.

Nano Help! I must be an idiot....

Have the do not disconnect flashing on my Nano and cannot get it off, plus, my songs I downloaded to my Nano are gone.
1) Have 1.1 USB port, but have been told it's o.k, songs would just download to IPOD slower
2) Initially downloaded 15-songs to Nano w/no trouble.
3) After updating my library to approx 100-songs, I downloaded them all to my Nano. Upon trying to start my Nano I received the error message Folder w/exclamation point. I followed instructions and ended up downloading updated ITUNES software and IPOD Updater. Now I keep getting the Do not disconnect flashing message. I tried to follow all instructions on how to safely eject, but I cannot as ITUNES does not recognize my Nano. I finally unplugged it. The Nano has displays on its window when unplugged, but all of my songs are gone. I can't figure out what to do. Help!! Thank you

I have a big problem with my iPod nano, help!

i have had an iPod nano with 4gb for since christmas.
just the other day i noticed a huge problem.
when i hold down the play/pause button to try and turn it off nothing happens.
i have made sure the hold button is not on, tried resetting it, plugged it into my computer, put it on charge and lots of other things but still it wont turn off.
i don't know what to do
please help me someone

I can't do anything with my iPod Nano, help urgently!!!

The other day I was trying to update my iPod nano with the latest iPod software but the program went frozen so I can't do anything. I disconnected the iPod -even when in the iPod window appears the "Do not disconnect"- and I saw that all the songs I had were gone, I tried to connect it again but since that day appears the same "Do not disconnect" but in My PC only appears a new disk unity and in my iTunes doesn't appear anything. I tried to enter to the disk unity but I can't and when I disconnect the iPod, it appears a message of "nothing could be written in the unity G" or something.
Please, if somebody could help me I would thanks forever!

Try resetting the iPod: plug it into the wall charger, switch the hold button On and Off, and hold the center button and Menu for about 8 seconds. If that doesn't work, try the other 4 R's: http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/
As a sidenote: when you want to disconnect, you have to either do it through iTunes (click on the grey arrow next to the iPod icon on the left hand side of the iTunes screen), or through Windows Hardware Manager (in the taskbar on the bottom of the screen, double click the icon of a grey box with a green arrow in it-select the iPod & click Stop>OK).

Corrupt file error - ipod nano (HELP!)

Each time that I put a new CD into my computer and add it to my iTunes library so that I can transfer the songs onto my iPod nano I get a "corrupt file" error message relating to my iPod and I also get a pop-up asking me to register my iPod even though I've done this already. This happened again yesterday and this time ALL of the songs on my iPod were erased! I don't know what the problem is and why I'm getting this "corrupt file" message. I need help - does anyone know what I can do?

it's plausible here that you're getting the drive-confusion-related version of the chkdsk (based on the fact that you're constantly getting the iPod setup assistant).
