M1319F MFP printing errors - line on right side of page

I've had HP LaserJet M1319f MFP about 1.5 yrs.   Last week, it began putting a page-length, thin line on right side of every copy. Line is slanted, about 1/4" from the side, and gradually becoming 1/2" from the side at the bottom of an 8 1/2 x 11 pg.  I ran pre-moistened laser printer cleaning paper through, same line on the cleaning paper.  I cleaned the scanner glass inside.  I removed the brand-new genuine HP laser toner cartridge,I cleaned it, reinserted the cartridge, made a copy, same line appeared on paper.  I removed the cartridge and replaced with a new cartridge.  I made a copy, same thin line appeared on copy.  This happens with copies only, not with scans or printouts.

  • Web pages are printed incorrectly, i.e. left side of page in p.1, right side on page 2. This started recently. Correct printer is identified.

    Firefox recently updated. Now, printing a web page results in left side printed on p.1, right side on page 2. Using the same Canon D9000 printer. Selecting horizontal format causes the left side of page to be printed 1/2 size on 1/4 page! Printing same web page with IE is OK. Printing from MS`Word is OK.

    All web pages? Or just some? Example of a page where that happens?
    Do those pages have '''Frames'''? <br />IOW, is the '''Print Frames''' section in the print dialog available (not greyed-out) for selecting '''''Each frame separately'''''?
    If that isn't a Frames issue, my advice is to do the '''reset''' described here. <br />

  • Scan in a PDF format in HP laserjet M1319f MFP printer

    How to scan in a PDF format when the scanner is not showing that option in HP laserjet M1319f MFP printer when it has been installed in a new HP computer with Windows8pro operating system downloading it from HP website ad the Cd that came with the printer did not support this operating system

    Hello yagnya31,
    Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
    I see you are trying to install and scan with the HP LaserJet M1319f MFP, but are not getting a .PDF option. Printing and scanning with the Windows 8 Operating System is described as basic. The .PDF file type should be available regardless, of the software being basic or full feature. Take a look at this HP document: How to Scan: Windows 8 to learn about the different ways to scan.
    See if those methods of scanning gives you the .PDF file type.

  • How do I get rid of the dotted line on right side of bounding box

    Ever since I upgraded to CS5, I seem to have a broken dotted line along the right side of the bounding box of the png logo that was created for my company.  It wasn't there before. I've gone back to my original back up of the logo and this broken line is in all the versions now.
    Whenever I use the artwork a single dash/dotted line is left on the far right, where the right vertical line of the bounding box would have been. You can see it in the image below on the right.  Its a faint white line but when printed on a banner its stark white.  The line falls just above the last "A" in Alberta.
    I can use Illustrator and Photoshop basics and but have trouble when I get into problems like this.
    Can anyone help me figure out why its there and how to get rid of it?
    I would appreciate any help!
    Thanks.

    Wade and Monica,
    Thanks for your help.
    Wade, it hit me when you asked "why is it a png" file and I realized that I was using the wrong file.  Sometimes its hard to see the forest for the trees!  Problem for banner artwork fixed and I have now used the correct logo file so no more dotted line.
    The dotted line only appears on the the png version of the logo.  There's no coloured background on the logo file.  She gave me the file as both an eps and a png file. I'm pretty sure she created the logo in Illustrator.  I've been using the png file for the website, which is what I thought it worked well for.  And the eps one for my print materials.
    I have no clue why I grabbed the png instead of the eps logo file I usually use, but thanks for pointing out the obvious since I wasted time trying to fix it and was getting very frustrated at what had suddenly gone "wrong".
    I still have that dotted line on the png file of the logo but I'll have to figure that out another day.
    Thanks again!

  • Print booklet truncates right side of page in Snow Leopard

    I'm trying to upgrade to Snow Leopard, but my InDesign booklets clip the right side of a spread at 8-1/2 inches. I'm using an 8-1/2 x 11 paper size, landscape, with InDesign pages 8-1/2" tall and 5-1/2" wide.  The booklets print fine in system 10.5.
    I can print regular landscape pages fine. It's just the Print Booklet output. The Preview shows it as being correct.
    I thought it was my 10 year old Laserjet, but I just installed a new Laserjet and it has the same problem.
    I thought it was a problem with InDesign CS3, but I just downloaded a trial of CS5 and it has the same problem.

    Hi writingnorth,
    Is that the right hand side of the page after removing it from the printer?
    Is the text on that side missing or is it compressed?
    Does the printer show any error messages?
    Also, please try the printhead clean to see what happens.

  • Green vertical line on right side of my final .mov?

    I've exported a custom sized, 4:3, .mov file via Compressor. The final file has this bright green line running vertically down the right side of the frame.
    Any ideas how to remove it? I've run into this before - seems to happen inconsistently.
    Thanks.

  • I need to place icons (Next, Back, Print, Show) on the right side of the page.

    The current solution is to use the following in the CSS.
    div.options {
      position:relative;
            width:100%;
            left: 860px;
            padding:2%;
            background:transparent !important;
    However, this solution locks the icons to the right and they do not move when the window is sized:
    Is there a responsive method I can use to accomplish my goal?

    Hello William,
    Silly me. I’m using HTML5 – Desktop layout.
    I know just enough HTML to get myself in trouble. I started with your  “PnP-WH-Generic” layout and got it to this point:
    Your first suggestion moves the icons to the right side of the screen. I need them to be as shown above.
    Here’s the relevant (I believe) HTML:
    And here’s what I believe is the applicable CSS info:
    div.content
    div.toolbarbuttons
    div.toolbarbuttons > div
    div.logo
    div.searchsimple
    div.options
    div.printbutton
    div.header div.showhidebutton {
                    height: 23px;
                    line-height: 23px;
                    float: left;
                    margin-top: 5px;
                    margin-left: .8em;
                    font-size: .8em;
                    padding: 0;
                    width: auto;

  • There is a vertical line on right side of iphone 4, is it a hardware problem?

    I recently bought an iphone 4 at at&t a week ago and I noticed there is a straight vertical line on the right side of the screen that is very thin.  However, the line changes different colors going from purpe, red and blue, and it is also clearly noticable on bright backgrounds or when watching videos or viewing photos.  What is causing this, and if it is a tech problem, should at&t just replace it?
    Also, there isn't an Apple store close by anywhere near me.

    You have a 1 year warranty.  Take it in to Apple.

  • Printing iPhoto cuts off right side of photo without editing?

    When I try to print a iPhoto that is on screen full size it will chop off the photo on the right side without any editing when i do preveiw before printing. i have tried a few different things to try to correct but still same outcome.

    I can confirm your issue with both iPhoto 9.4.3 and 9.5.1.  Croppijg a photo to 3.5 and trying to print to 3 x 5 borderless will crop a bit off oif the right side of the image.  I've confirmed that the pixel dimensions are for a 3 x 5, 1:1.666 but it won't fit into the 3x5 layout.
    I checked it out with a 4 x 6 in iPhoto 9.5.1 and got the same results.  When the print process begins it's the original image that is brought into the print window instead of the cropped verson.
    Cropping with an external editor does let you print to the exact print size selected.

  • Green line on right side of HD channels

    I have a Sharp Aqious HD TV.  When I am watching an HD channel in "Dot by Dot" mode, a green line appears on the right side of the screen.  If it put the TV in "Stretch" mode, the line goes away, but it also cuts off some of the picture.  Dot by dot mode has the best view with screen picture and clarity, but it has that annoying green line there.  I believe this is a bug with verizon and not my TV.  Has anyone had this problem, or had it fixed by verizon?
    Let me know, thanks.

    This is a known issue with the current version of the HD STB firmware (V1.5 - been that way is SE PA since January ).  There are a couple of "band aids" you can use to get around the problem.
    Use composite (red, green, blue RCA connectors)
    Set the STB resolution to 720p
    Change the color space to RGB (using the STB internal menu).  Note this will produce vertically shifted pixels on the left side of the screen (less annoying than the green line - at least to some)
    Like I said, not fixes but work arounds until Verizon updates the STB firmware in your area.

  • 8630 adf printing a line down scan or copied pages.

    When using the copy or scan feature with the Automatic Document Feeder, the printer prints a line down the page about 1 and 1/2" in from the margin. It prints this line in from the left margin on odd number pages, and right margin on even pages.
    I have had this printer about 2 weeks now, and it was working fine until today.
    This question was solved.

    Hello brownp69,
    Welcome to the HP Forums.
    I see that you are having an issue with a line down the side of the prints when doing copies with the adf.
    I have seen this issue before and I was able to resolve the issue quiet easily by doing two simple steps.
    First off, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a power bar/strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer as an example but it is meant for HP products in general. Please click on the following link that explains the Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector.
    Just so you are aware, HP Products already have a built in surge protector and when you have the unit connected to a power bar/strip, the printer can not get all the power it needs to function properly and this can cause issues with the adf.
    If you open the top lid to expose the large glass surface, you will see a thin strip of glass to the left.  Please use a lint free cloth and a light glass cleaner and clean this area.  On the bottom side of the lid directly above the thin strip of glass, you will see a thin white strip of plastic.  Please clean this white strip as well.
    Try another copy and write me back with the results.
    Thanks for your time.
