M4a Tag editors what has the same features like Itunes i.e Compilation
Hi all, Is there any software that you know about what will let me edit & change the id's of M4a files?, what it is I've just been into the loft a few days ago & found my old 40 gig usb drive what i used to use for dj'ing & found all my m4a tracks & albums what I would like to import into itunes so I can listern to them on my Ipod touch (not all of them, just some of them) but here's the problem, as It would take me hours to shift through loads & loads of the tags to correct some of them, what I'm looking for really is a program what can let me edit all the tags before i insert the albums into Itunes. as If i insert them at the moment, I've got loads of artists under Various artists what aint tagged propper so They wouldn't go into the Compilations folder under Itunes music as I like the keep every thing neat & tidy under there, If i can use Itunes to do it, how can I do all the Compilation albums what ain't tagged proper? cheers
The maps data available with the included Maps app is provided by Google. Any updates to maps data must come from Google.
Doubtful that Apple is going to provide turn by turn GPS voice navigation for free or via a paid service when there are a number of 3rd parties that provide this.

I can not connect to the ITunes store. I have updated my apple ID and made sure that everything is set correctly. However, I can not purchase or update any apps no matter what I do. My partner has the same phone and hers works perfectly. I'm not sure how to sort this out. Please help

AndyI've been having this problem for weeks and have found no solution to it. There are lots of other people with this issue too if you look back on the boards. I even e-mailed AND called Apple and have had no luck. I tried all the suggestions they gave me and all the ones I found on here- nothing worked. I even uninstalled and re-installed iTunes (boy was that a pain!) and no difference.
The weird part is that I have an old laptop that works and if I buy music with the laptop I can download it with my regular computer buy buying does not work on my regular computer. That tells me it's not a connection issue. I can't get to my account either.
I can't figure out why an issue that has kept so many people from purchasing a product has been ignored! -
My iphone 4 doesn´t connect through Wi-Fi, Apple replaced my phone for a new one, but the new one has the same problem. I have an ipod third generation and it doesn´t have this problem. Having compared both working at the same time, the iphone alsways lags behind or doesn´t even connect to the internet via Wi-Fi. Does any one know what to do?? Thanks
Have you ever checked to see if there is an update for your router? If yes, then power off router. Then on iPhone go into settings and do a reset network settings. Power router back on, and try connecting phone to router.

what is wrong with my headphone jack? i have an ipod touch 4th generation ipod touch every pair of headphones and earbuds i plug in it has the same sound going to both sides.
- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so.
Try the following to rule out a software problem
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. Seems you have a bad headphone jack.

Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for this price. They do not fix yours.

Help, my iphone 5 is locked and will not function! I've turned it off and on and it has the same fault. What ever you press on the screen highlights with a box round it. When you press the round button with the square in the centre the voice on the phone tells you the time. Then the voice says screen lock. If I try and unlock the phone the voice says phone unlock but you can't put the code in. If you hight the box it will say the number but not put the code in?! What's the crack?

You could use LibreOffice which is a free open source Office clone. The only downside is that by default it ddoesn't save in Office formats, you have to specifically choose that option. GoogleDocs is another free Office like product.

What is the "best" feature phone to upgrade?
I am due for my upgrade on my current phone (which I love most of the time) my LG EnV 3 which I have had for 2+ years. Upon learning that Verizon discontinued the EnV series I was really upset, especially since the only good phones left are smartphones. I am about to start my senior year at college and neither my parents nor I can afford a smartphone for this last year of my school. After school, if I get a consitant job I am planning on upgrading to an iPhone regardless of the >$800 I will have to shell out.
So my question is, for the next year or so (two years tops) should I buy the LG Cosmos or the LG Cosmos Touch? I really want a touch screen, but is it worth $50? Is the Cosmos even any good? I know the camera is awful, the keyboard is small, and no video capabilities? Also, does the Cosmos (not touch) let me use mp3 files as ringtones? I know the LG Octane is good, but I don't have $100 and it's probably not worth that much money. Or should I get the Samsung SCH-u370, which is also $50 although I cannot find it on the Verizon website, but the bestbuy website.
Or should I just wait until Verizon comes out with new feature phones? The only probablem with my current phone is that it randomly turns off all the time consistantly, which is really annoying but has never been a major problem. Is Verizon even ever going to update it's feature phones? Or are poor college students going to have to resort to crappy phones or crappy service (not Verizon?).
Thanks in advance!Don't get a new phone until they offer better phones. I have the ENV3 and refuse to "downgrade" to a junk phone. There are no feature phones even close to the ENV3 though Verizon would like to say that the Octane is but from what I read and people I talk to the echo makes it not worth even getting stuck with for 2 years.
I just bought a new battery from ebay and will continue to just keep this phone or if I have to buy another phone from ebay before I get one of their stinking phones.

I too am a longtime Verizon customer and was like you for years and years. I thought Verizon was tops until they have stopped caring for those of us who do not want nor can afford smart phones. They have shown what they think of us who just want a good phone with the same features we had 2 years ago without a data plan. Now they want us to think that all that is out there is stinking junk phones when they offered better phones just in the recent past. Why do they think we are stupid? Its all about the almighty dollar and not the customers. -
What are the new features of OS X 10.9?
i installed the new update of about 5.6 GB(sorry i forgot what was the exact number after . point) and got OS X 10.9 installed . now i can see the colourfull tag in every folder. what are the usefull features of OS X 10.9 from its privous version because i think the boot up time and other things are still the same(still very fast). i dont know the added features of OS X 10.9 could someone enlighten me? because i was happy with the previous version also. i want to go back to previous version if there are no sgnificant improvement in this version. its eating alot of space also.

What's the earliest version of iTunes to include the play next and add to play next feature when right clicking a song?
I started out with version 11 and loved it right up to the latest update.
I'm beyond my partying days so DJ has nothing for me but I realy loved the drop down with "what's next", the "play next" and the "add to play next" feature and best of all "SHOW DUPLICATES".
I have an eclectic taste in music and a very extensive music collection to go with it. The "show duplicates" feature allowed me to shrink my library by well ove 1,000 songs and eliminated hearing the same song several times when playing randomly. ie, I have the complete Rolling Stones collection and was able to get rid of no fewer than 7 coppies of "Satisfaction".
With all the duplicates lined up you can sample each one and avoid deleting different versions also.
I'm eagerly waitng for the next update to see if my problems with 11 will be fixed. The current update drops out sections of songs (Whipping Post by the Alman Bros. was over in 3 minutes) and I tried repairing and a complete uninstall, reinstall to no avail. -
They will have the same features once the iphone 5 comes out they will both have ios 6 , passbook, panerama mode, ect. The iphone 4s just cost less. im not worried so much about the screen size i just want to know some opinions. And what color is good for a guy to get?

The 5 has a faster processor, more RAM, and a larger screen. The biggest difference is LTE.
Buy whatever fits your budget and needs.
Personally I just got a 32GB 4S on closeout from AT&T for $199... to me it was worth saving $100 over a similar iPhone 5.
Color is your choice, again my personal opinion is white electronics are hideous. Many will disagree with me on that, but I cannot help that they have bad tastes. -
Hi I recently purchased a new mac computer and would like to sync the music off my iPhone to my new mac.However, my phone and my new mac have different apple Ids.The PC which my phone is synced and has the same apple ID but does not let me transfer the music. Home sharing is not working. How do I successfully transfer and sync the music off my ipone 4 to my mac book pro if they have different Apple IDs? Thanks!
What do you mean the PC won't let you transfer the music? Save your entire iTunes folder (this is assuming that you have all your music stored in your iTunes folder) to an external hard drive. Connect that hard drive to your Mac. Copy the iTunes folder to your computer. Hold down the option key while launching iTunes on your Mac. Select the library you just copied when it ask you to select which library you want to open.
