Maaping error

Hi SAP-xi guru,
Check the mesage in sxmb_moni i got a mapping error "MAPPING">EXCEPTION_DURING_EXECUTE. I copied the payload data and execute the mapping.Then i got a clear eror message "No value is assigned to parameter rfcChannel".
What does these error means and how to resolve it?

are you doing RFC lookup in pi 7.1 using SAP guide (RFC Mapping lookups in message mapping)available on SDN
then while doing message mapping and defining RFC lookup assign your RFC communication chaneel name
while in guide this is shown as undefined channel so replace it witrh your RFC channel

HTTP to RFC prod issue

Hi All,
we have a strange issue in production, we have done HTTP to RFC scenario and worked in DEV and QA, after moved into production i am getting RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND in maaping error.
When i check the end to end monitoring in rwb i am unable to find my software component, i have checked in SLD its there but its not there in end to end monitoring and cache monitoring.
our system got upgraded recently to PI 7.1, aftet this that this is the first transport went into production.
we have couple of times done the full cache refresh and nothing worked. pls help us to reslove this issue. we have transpoted couple of times into production, CMS transports is went fine without any errors.
is there any thing missed, pls help us as it is production issue

Perform SLDCHECK and make sure that communication with SLD is fine.
check in Tcode SMGW for wrong gateway (AI_RUNTIME and AI_DIRECTORY) registrated in xi system
Lastly, make dummy changes to MM and activate it again.

Error in Seeburger maaping while converting XML to EDI

Hi All,
I have developed an interface which Idoc to file. While running my scenario my Idoc is mapped to EDI Xml and in reciever communication channel when my EDI XML invokes X2E mapping it gives me below error. I have check the payload in communication channel monitoring and it does contain a value.
Here is the error. Please help
Message processing failed. Cause: Error in BICMODULE-module:Temporary error: BIC XI Adapter call failed. Reason: Error: [Error:ID=3031;LEVEL=3] Field writeField(): Mandatory Field UNB.UNZ:0020[0] not filled - replace with defaultvalue : . Looks like you are working with EDIFACT one.The mandatory field UNB.UNZ:0020 might not be getting value durig run time.So do chek the availability of the proper value in the test data.As experts said test in BICmapping designer also and make sure it works there with the test data.

Error while creating proxy

Hi Gurus,
Im currently working on file to proxy scenario.
I am using file adapter to pick up the xml file and send to the sap ECC system using proxy.
1)I used the external definition to create the outbound message type and inbound message type is the same.
One to One mapping is created. File adapter is picking the xm file and sending to IE. Mapping is taking place and the message is sent to SAP ECC system using XI adapter.
I created inbound proxy for the inbound messge interface.Then exception is occured in library handler.
Incorrect value:Schema without target namespace must not contain any subelements, except xsd:import/xsd:include/xsd:annotation.
This is occured in the wsdl section.
Can you please help avoiding this error in proxy generation if I use the above method 1.
2)To avoid this ,I created the data type and message type.
But Im gettign mapping exception in PI because when I create the message in PI, it is expectiong the xml file to include the namespace ns0:MT_messagetype xmlns:ns0="http://...." but the xml file placed in the FTP server does not contain the namespace.
Im able to create the proxy if I use this message type but this is throwing mapping error due to different file format expected by PI.
If I use the method 2, how can avoid the mapping error.
Any help appreciated.

Hi,
I removed the XML namespace on the inbound message type and imported the external definition on the outbound message type.
The XML file is picked up by the file adapter and maaping id done successfully. When the message is reaching teh SAP system using proxy,I can see error message in sxmb_moni.
Error during XML => ABAP conversion: Request Message; CX_ST_MATCH_ELEMENT in /1SAI/TXS8FD511BAF4C71EFBE3D2 Line 13584 System expected element 'cXML' XML Bytepos.: 197 XML Path: ns0:cXML(1) System expected element 'cXML'
system is expecting the element <ns:0Mt_messageType> but this is not populated in the payload.
Any help appreciated.

Error while migrating BLOB data

Hi ,
I am migrating the data from oracle to oracle and both soruce and target tables have BLOB type field.
I am getting error when I am executing the interface with these blob fields. But My interface is successfull if I am not maaping this blob files.
Below is the error message.

IDOC to FTP File - Error : SAP:Stack No receiver agreement found for send

Hello Friends,
I need to configure a senario Idoc to FTP File, Í did required settings in R3 and in PI... , did mapping and configuratino in PI... and when I send my idoc I got error msg in monitor
<SAP:Stack>No receiver agreement found for sender ,BMG_ASN_File_Component to receiver ,GTN_224,http://adis-bmg.de/asn,SI_BMG_ASN</SAP:Stack>
I search the fourm but did not got my answer, me just a bit confused...
In my senario I have having followings:
1. Bussiness System ( RFT : sender R3 system). ( I have define a party and make a connection under Idoc Partner )
2. Bussiness Component ( ZTEST_COMP as on Reciever side is File Server, so I define the reciver as bussiness component )
3. Communicatin Channel
    File with protocol FTP having communicatin component as my Bussiness Component ( reciver ). there I defied the required info for FTP
4. Reciever Determination
    Sender:
    - RFT
    - Idoc-Interface
    - urn:sap-com:document:sap:idoc:messages
   Reciever
    communication party = space
    communicatin component = ZTEST_COMP
    Configure Reciever:
   There I again define the communication component as ( ZTEST_COMP)
5. Interface Determination
    -RFT
    - Idoc-Interface
    - urn:sap-com:document:sap:idoc:messages
   Reviever:
    ZTEST_COMP
and define the mapping which I did in design ( although I have seen some threads where mentioned we dont need maaping in this case ) ?
6. Reciver agrement
sender:
- RFT
Reviver:
- ZTEST_COMP
- SI interface ( SI_BMG_ASN )
- http://test-etc.de/asn
and included my CC for file .....
Now when I send Idoc I got error msg that Reciver is not found : am I dong something wrong ? do I have to defien a bussiness system instead of Bussiness Component ?

Do you really need a party in your communication? Should it not be a partly-less communication.
In the receiver agreement ensure that you have included the inbound message interface.
communication party = space
No need to give any space.
In the Interface Determination i hope that you have included the receiver meessage interface and then the corresponding Interface Mapping.
If still not works then make some dummy changes and again activate....correspondingly check the cache status of the ID-objects

IDoc to File - Error in Content Convertion?

Hi Guys!!
I am facing a problem.
I used to have an interfase working well, until i had to do a modification.
Scenario is iDoc to File
Header

- - - - D
And now is
Header

Position
- - - - A
- - - - B
- - - - C (C is 1:unbound )

- - - - - - - C2
- - - - - - - C3
- - - - D
Since that, interfase does not workk anymore.
Any suggestion? Please!!

Interface mapping error

Hi Gurus,
I creating the response message mapping
1)to split the batch PO requestxml file to single request xml using multimapping and i change the occurremce of source 1 and target message 0...unbounded..
2) another response message mapping to convert singlePO xml file to cxml (this is kind of xml file)
I included the above two mappings in interface mapping IM_MI_PORDER_OB_PORDER_IB
im getting the following error

do i need to change the occurence of the 2nd maaping as well.
source structure 0..unbounded target structure 0...unbounded only in second message mapping

im doing message split(1..n) using multimapping for response...
For request message there is no split
Im including these two mappings in one message interface .
when i activated i got the error

The number or frequencies of source or target messages for the message mapping are not identical to the number or frequencies of source or target interfaces.
So after this I changed the occurence of the target interface to 0..unbounded keeping the source interface and click read interfaces,i can see only the request tab and not the response tab.
is multimapping possible in PI 7.0 if possible how can i solve this issue...
or is there any alternative to this -> response message should be split and sent to XI keeping the request the same.
Any help appreciated.

Error in SOAP receiver

Hello All,
I am getting the below error in the sender communication channel for FILE - PI -SOAP scenario.
i am using integrated configuration in configuration.
"Transmitting the message using connection File_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Error encountered while executing mapping: com.sap.aii.af.service.mapping.MappingException: Could not determine mapping steps for message c24a403b-b048-11e0-9c28-00001e07abf4."
Specified operation mapping in the integrated configuration correctly. cache is also up to date.
Could you please let me know what could be the issue.

Pleas make sure your system is PI 7.1 EHP1 otherwise you cant do this.
also you cant use ABAP mapping or paremeterized mapping with AAE also dont able to see error message in SXMB_MONI
I will suggest you to go with classical approach. or Atleast first test the end to end interace with classical ID IR approach.
And then go with AAE for performance improvement
Your error may be for response mapping for SOAP.
Please set messaging.syncMessageRemover.removeBody" parameter to "false",in the SAP XI AF Messaging Service

Production issue
Scenario is: File to IDOC
From 2 days our R3 production server was down. Before R3 went down i didn't stop my Sender File Communication Channels and XI was continuously accepting files to process it and then trying to post it into R3. Now I can see around 500 messages are failed into SXMB_MONI with error "ATTRIBUTE_IDOC_RUNTIME
FM NLS_GET_LANGU_CP_TAB: Could not determine code page with REP_00_301 Operation successfully executed FM NLS_GET_LANGU_CP_TAB".
Now R3 is working fine and IDOCs are successfully getting posted.
Before telling my issue i want to share one information that in Message Mapping i have implemented a concept of duplicate file handling due to this duplicate file cannot be processed again.
Now my issue is: I am trying to restart the failed messages. So, whenever i am trying to do so my request mesasge maaping is called again and it is showing a error of "Duplicate file". So how can i reprocess my failed messages????

I am maintaining the file names in the table and that table is maintained in XI. Through UDF i am sending a query to check whether that file name exist or not if exist then it is duplicate file otherwise it will process normally.
In production environment I cant delete the entry of file name as it is disabled.

OPM Error: Integration Object Mapping Report

I am trying to generate IO mapping report in OPM.
but when i try to import data maaping XML in OPM it gives me follwoing wierd error:
"Could not load file or assembly "oracle.determinations.siebel.IO, version=10.4.1,culture=neutral"
here is what i did.
took the OPA Datamodel and created mapping IO in siebel and exported the mapping XML.
then used OPM to generate the mapping report using mapping XML.

It looks like you are tying to load the siebel plugin (which contains the IO Mapping tool) into an incompatible version of OPM. You should make sure that the OPM plugins comes from a Siebel Connectior for OPA install which is the same version as your OPM.
The Siebel plugin files (in case you need to replace them) should be in *Program Files (x86)\Oracle\Policy Modeling\Plugins*

Servlet not found error

Hi everyone,
i am trying to write a chat application using applet,servlet and RMI.
so i have my servlet and aaplets accordingly...
but when i put my servlet and applets in their respective folder of tomcat,i am getting and error..which is as follows....
Resource not found: http://10.0.2.65:8080/servlet/ChatServlet
The configuration that i am using is:
1)win XP
2)Tomcat5.1
3)JDK 1.5
my servlet file is 'ChatServlet.class',which is placed in a package(or folder) called 'servlet'...
so i have place the whole package(servlet) in WEB-INF...
and the mapping that i have given in web.xml is as follows:

<servlet-class>ChatServlet</servlet-class>
</servlet>
<servlet-mapping>

Arithmetical errors or conversion errors found in routine ROUTINE_0007

Hello All,
I'm getting "Arithmetical errors or conversion errors found in routine ROUTINE_0007 " while loading data from R/3 (2LIS_44_POSREC) to cube (0RT_C07)
I'm not able to locate the routine. I;ve checked update rules, there is no routine. The error is due to Sales Quantity in BUn coming as 0.

Hi,
open your URules (RSU3); in the menu extras, display generated program;
search for 0007; it could be a ROUTINE_0007 or a urule 0007 like form r0007_KEYFIGNAME.
I don't think this will help you much but at least you'll identify which KF is raising the error.
Sales Qty can be loaded with 0 for sure; check that your maaping in TRules and URules is correct...
