Mac 10.5.8 to hp b209a connection.

I want to ask question to any HP PERSONNEL..
I been trying for a long time connecting this printer to the mac,,now am thinking to junct it off. It say when i try to connect to the printer,, Problem communicating with the printer although the USB is already connected, and when I print test page it will be printed letters like this..
N2    UDS  Path: E2BEE6D7- 7FC8 - 439F - BD22 - EBC
and this will take several minutes to be printed the few letters. When re test printing again it will like that again but different letters or numbers already. Why this printer print that thing though it will appear PROBLEM COMMUNICATING WITH THE PRINTER.
thank you very much..

OK, let's start all over:
Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard/ click on HP Uninstaller
Click on Continue
Highlight your device on the left pane
Hold the Ctrl, Opt and Cmd keys and click on Uninstall <<<< Scrubber Option
There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall ALL hp software. (At this point, if you continue, any HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled)
Click Continue and let it finish
Restart your Mac
Now, run a Software Update.
Reset the printing system:
- Sys Prefs, Print & Fax
- Right (control) click in the rectangle listing your printers and select Reset Printing System.
WARNING - this will delete ALL of your printers!
Finally, download and install the "Full Featured" Driver and Software from the "Support & Drivers" link at the top of this page.
Say thanks by clicking "Kudos" "thumbs up" in the post that helped you.
I am employed by HP
