I have an pen drive (32 GB) and MacBook Air (13'). I would like know how to install Boot Camp, and I know if this will damage performance of my Mac. Thanks.

Boot camp will not affect your computer's performance other than the hard drive space you allocate to the Boot Camp partition will not be available to OSx. So if you are low on disk space then performance will be affected.
