Mein Mac Book Air (2007) hängt sich beim hochfahren beim Apfelsymbol auf.
Habe bereits im Festplattendienstprogramm gestartet und Festplatten geprüft und Fehler repariert, dennoch besteht das Problem weiterhin.

Wenn Ihr Mac v10.7, v10.8 oder v10.9 läuft, ist der einzige Weg, um die Startfestplatte zu reparieren mit > OS X Recovery

Yoga Tablet 2 10'' Windows fährt nicht mehr hoch

seid letzter Woche habe ich das Yoga Tablet 2 10 Zoll mit Windows 8.
Leider fährt das Tablet nicht mehr hoch, wenn ich es längere Zeit nicht mehr benutzt habe.
Ich fahre das Tablet abends herunter, indem ich länger auf den Power-Button drücke und dann nach unten wische (auf dem Display steht als letztes "shutting down"). Am nächsten Tag muss ich das Tab erst einige Minuten an das Netzteil anschließen, bevor ich es überhaupt anschalten kann. Die Windows Akkuanzeige zeigt dann 0% an, obwohl der Akku vor dem Herunterfahren noch zu 70% voll war. Mit vollen Akku kann ich dann ohne Probleme mehrere Stunden arbeiten. Am nächsten Tag geht das Spiel wieder von vorne los.
Handelt es sich um ein technisches Problem? Schaltet sich das Tablet nachts von alleine an? Oder schalte ich es falsch aus? Selbst in Energiespar-Modus sollten 70% Akku doch für mehrere Tage reichen.

Nach einiger Zeit der Inaktivität, wacht das Tablet nur nach mehrmaligem benutzen das Ein-/Aus-Schalters wieder auf. Es fährt dabei immer komplett hoch, d.h. es war nicht im Standby oder Sleep, sondern komplett aus. Dabei wurde das Tablet nur im Standby gelassen, d.h. es ist selbst vom Standby nicht mehr aufgewacht und hat sich zum runterfahren entschieden oder ist abgestürzt.
Ich deute das als Hänger, resultierend in einem Absturz von dem sich das Tablet mittels runter-/hochfahren wieder erholt.
Könnt ihr den Fehler reproduzieren oder habt eine Lösung parat?

ich hatte nur oft wieder meinen MacBook die Partionen formatiert und OSX neuinstalliert, hatte alles super funktioniert bis ich die Adobe Master Collection installieren wollte, danach ist er nicht mehr angesprungen und ich musste OSX wieder neu installieren. Weiß jemand woran das liegen könnte bzw. wie ich herausfinden könnte woran es liegt? Vielleicht in zusammenhang mit einem Programm?

H520s fährt nicht mehr hoch

Hi, knapp 1 Jahr alt und macht schon Mucken:
- nach einschalten hört man die Festplatte anlaufen, Lüfter dreht hoch und das war's dann
- keine Pieptöne o.ä.
- Festplattenlämpchen leuchtet gar nicht
- keine Anzeige (VDM8DGE, wohl ein Board ohne interne Grafik mit einer Nvidia GT620), komme also nicht ins BIOS
- nach ausschalten (also Taster länger 4 Sek. gedrückt) ist das Ding ein paar Sekündchen aus, startet sich dann neu
Eigentlich hört sich die Platte so an als ob sie startet. Wenn sie defekt wäre - dann müsste man doch wenigstens ins BIOS kommen, oder?
Motherboard defekt?
Evtl. hat jemand einen Tipp ob ich nochwas probieren kann - ansonsten - kann ich mich direkt an Lenovo wenden (lt. deren Website ist die Garantie abgelaufen 01.2013-01.2014, aber ich habe das Teil erst 6.2013 bei cyberport gekauft)?

Hallo rotor, willkommen im Forum.
Vielleicht hilft hier ein Hardwarereset:
- PC ausschalten, Stromkabel vom Netzteil abziehen
- die ganze externe Peripherie abziehen
- Einschaltknopf ~30Sek. gedrückt halten
- externe Geräte wieder anschließen
- Netzteil wieder anschließen und kurz warten
- PC einschalten
Kommt jetzt wieder kein POST-Screen, noch irgendein BEEP-Code oder Bildsignal (ggf. auch einen anderen Monitor/Anschluss testen), dann liegt ein Hardwarefehler vor.
In der Lenovo-Datenbank ist im Normalfall der Produktionszeitraum als Garantiestart hinterlegt. Das Rechnungsdatum ist aber verbindlicher Garantiestart. Wende dich für die weitere Vorgensweise bitte an den Support.

Bootup hält CMD + r, oder die Option / Alt-Taste, um von der Wiederherstellungs-Partition und Festplatten-Dienstprogramm von dort booten, um die Festplatte reparieren, dann Repair Permissions.

Air Drop am Mac Book Air einrichten

Auf meinem Mac Book Air kann ich kein Air Drop aktivieren! Er findet die in der Nähe befindlichen Bluetoothgeraete, kann sie aber nicht verbinden. Im Air Drop Fenster unten, bekomme ich nicht die beiden Aktivierungsmoeglichkeiten angezeigt.

Macbook Air memory is soldered to the logicboard.
You can only get 4GB or 8GB (2012 Models) in the Air when you order it that way. Otherwise, you're stuck with 2GB.

I have a mac book air 11". When I boot up connected to the huge Thunderbolt screen it detects the detects the fact and gives me great quality. now I am travelling away from the scree it boots up, nice picture, then switches to rubbish resolution.

I have a Mac Book air 11". Normally at home I connect this to a large Thuderbolt Screen. When booting up it some times gets confused and offers me a low resolution result, but some plugging and unplugging of the screen fixes this. I assume it sometimes "sees" the big screen and sets the resolition accordingly. Sometimes does not. But now... I am away from big screen and cannot get the Macbook air on its one to deliver anything other than really poor resolution. I ahve done displays and chosen all three - but no better. And I have said Choose the Best ONe... again not luck. Any ideas. I read in back posts this was a problem a few years ago.

I believe you have a failing GPU (aka Video Card). Run AHT and see what it tells you. Do not be afraid to run it up to three times in succession if at first it does not detect an error (sometimes errors that are caused by overheating will not show up until the computer is stressed enough - repeating AHT will do that).
As an aside - the MBA was not designed to take the place of a desktop. If you are powering your MBA by leaving it permanently attached to the thunderbolt port on the monitor you are shortening your battery life.

I recently purchased a time capsule and thought I would put my itunes on it as an external drive as my mac book air only has 120gb. However I can not be connected to the internet and the TC at the same time in order to download the files to the TC. Help?

However when I download songs from iTunes I can not be connected wirelessly to the internet at the same time. Initially, you asked if you can hardwire your MBA to the TC. The answer is yes, by using the optional USB Ethernet adapter that Apple provides. However, in order for your MBA to access the TC's internal or USB-attached HDD, it would need to establish a network connection to it. This would be true of any NAS device on an Ethernet network. Therein, lies the problem. Your MBA cannot connect to two networks simultaneously.
One option then, would be to have two separate iTunes Media folders; one on the MBA & the other on the TC. This way, you can download the music to your MBA when connected to the Internet at the AirPort lounge, and then use iTunes Consolidate Library feature to transfer the audio files to the TC's iTunes Media Folder location. A great program to help maintain multiple iTunes Librarys and/or Media Folders, that you may want to consider, is PowerTunes.

Well I don't know anyone that closes the cove and leaves it for Hours... But try going to System Prefrences > Energy Saving > Uncheck Put Hard Disk to Sleep.
