Mac Creative Cloud Stuck in Trial Mode

Recently got a Team License from Academia and Installed Creative Cloud Complete on one of our Macs via the Admin Tools/Deployment Tools.
But since looking at the CC software all the products are listed as Try and once installed they are all in Trial Mode for 30 days.
Any way that we can get this to recognise that the account associate is registered with proper License?

    I have a creative cloud subscription for a year, but business catalyst seems to only offer me a "trial mode". I'd like to set up a website (actually, a subdomain off of a current website hosted somewhere else).
    I was under the impression that we're given 5 of these sites with a creative cloud membership. Is this a wrong assumption?

    All BC site are starting in trial mode. This is our way to allow "free hosting" during site development phase.
    When you believe that your site is ready, just log into site Admin console, using "Manage" button from Creative Cloud and in the site admin you should use the "Push Site Live" button.
    After that you will be able to redelegate your domain to BC : http://kb.worldsecuresystems.com/000/bc_6.html?bc-partner
    At any time, if you need BC support with your site, please use the "Help & Support" button from your site admin to log a case or chat with support.

  • My Creative Cloud launches in trial mode

    I have same issue. I have to login and activate at least every time I use it. Very, very frustrating. but a least for a while it worked.
    Now when I try to access any Adobe 6, I make sure I start    application magager first but
    now it treats any application launch like a trial, that will expire in a few days

    What happens if you choose the option to License this Software and enter your Adobe ID tied to your Creative Cloud subscription?

    Do you see any option to License this software on the same page. If yes click on it and sign in with your Adobe Id to activate your software.

  • Pages stuck in trial mode when opening file...

    I purchased Pages through the app store after using it as a trial.
    When I open Pages directly and then load a file everything works fine. However, if I open Pages by clicking on a file it opens in trial mode and I cannot save as it tells me it is expired.
    I only see one reference to Pages under my applications and it works fine. If I change the program that opens files, there is only one listing for Pages and selecting it does not change the problem.
    Does anyone know why when opening a file I get stuck in trial mode? Is there another instance of Pages installed somewhere?
    I'm fairly new to Mac, so it's possible I overlooked something. Thanks.

    Even experienced users miss this one. You now need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
    Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his iDisk in For_iWork > iWork '09 > uninstall iWork '09.zip.

  • Mac Creative Cloud app "leak" problem on lastest version

    The latest download of the Mac Creative Cloud app has a bug.  After receiving the latest CC (today) my system console continues to inform me of a "leak error" at the rate of abot four per minute.  For example: "10/6/14 5:18:09.479 PM com.adobe.AdobeCreativeCloud: objc[190]: Object 0x699153a0 of class __NSCFData autoreleased with no pool in place - just leaking - break on objc_autoreleaseNoPool() to debug"
    Any ideas on a fix?

    Try logging out of the CC Application and restarting your computer. Also, try running the CC app as an administrator.

    Hi, the problem is that my IT department was sent a link  on his laptop to install Illustrator, however the request was for them to build me a workstation and install it on there. they have built the workstation and is having problem installing the CC desktop app on there, just to clarify would you be able to answer the following:
    1) Do you have to have CC desktop app to install Illustrator from the given link?
    2) If you have signed up & installed  CC on your laptop, can you install illustrator on a workstation by simply installing the CC desktop app on the workstation, log into that with your username & activate the link to install illustrator, basically the provided link should not be specific to a computer or user?

    移行アシスタントを使用した場合、高確率でApple社以外の製品のインストール情報は壊れます。
    端末から一度Adobeの製品を全てキレイに削除し、再度インストールするのが手っ取り早いかと思いますよ。
    以前のバージョンを含むすべての Adobe アプリケーションを削除し Creative Suite 6 を再インストールする（Mac OS）

    Why am I getting a 30 days trial when I download the apps in creative cloud? I've used the 30 days and now I can't use illustrator and indesign without a serial number... Tried to uninstall and reinstall...

    It seems fixed after reinstalling the English version of the apps

    Thanks for getting back to me. I was able to reinstall Creative Cloud by following the instructions in the help panel. For some reason the first time I tried to reinstall it didn't work, but the second time was successful.  Thank you again!
