Mac error 1 Creative Cloud

alguien me podría indicar que pasos a seguir ya que intento instalar la aplicación de Adobe Creative Cloud en mi Mac y en mitad de la instalación aparece un error 1 y no me permite continuar. gracias

    So I just started the subscription for the Creative Cloud and I downloaded the Adobe Application Manager, which seemed to have installed fine, and when I go into my creative cloud and click download, under for example photoshop, I get Download Error - Contact Customer Support in my AAM (Adobe Application Manager). I have tried many things that people in the forums have suggested from turing off my firewalls, to uninstalled and restarting my computer, I downloaded the most up to date AAM. Any other suggestions? I just got my subscription literally moments ago so I am a little bummed I can't access any of my new software.
    I am using a Mac, if that makes any different. Hope someone can help.
    Also, when I go to open up the AAM without clicking download for a adobe product the same Download Error pops up.
    *So I may have fixed the problem accidentally, I downloaded a trial of photoshop. When I downloaded the photoshop trial it allowed me to use my subscription for my creative cloud. It also had me download the Adobe Download Assistant. I think the Adobe Download Assistant was the thing I was missing, now my AAM seems to let me download the rest of the programs I need. Hope this helps anybody else.*

    For the past week I have got the following message when trying to log into creative cloud: 'unknown server error. Sign in is currently unavailable. We are unable to access your account. Please try again later.' I am able to access my adobe account via the website but can not download any updates without creative cloud login working. Please help.

    Which operating system do you have?
    Close the Creative Cloud application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    Delete the opm.db file.
    Launch Creative Cloud.

  • I Want to Buy Adobe Photoshop CS6 for Mac - NOT Creative Cloud

    I just bought a new iMac and I would like to buy Adobe Photoshop CS6 for Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.2.  I am NOT interested in the monthly subscription for Creative Cloud, so please don't even try and sell that to me.  I was told by the place I bought my new iMac that Adobe would still sell me Photoshop CS6 if I contacted them.  Since I was unable to find a phone number to call, I thought I would try my luck on this forum.  Again, I was told that Adobe would send me a link or something like that where I can buy and download Photoshop CS6.  Since my new iMac does NOT have a CD/DVD-ROM drive, I would only be able to download the software.  I understand that the monthly subscription for Creative Cloud is the newest way of using Photoshop, but I am not interested in that at all.  I would greatly appreciate any and all assistance with this matter.  Thank you for your time and I anxiously await a response.

  • Unknown Server Error – Creative Cloud – cannot log in

    Hi there,
    I'm unable to sign in to creative cloud due to an 'Unknown Server Error'.
    Is anyone else getting this?
    I've tried resetting my password to no avail though.
    I'm able to log in fine on the Creative Cloud site but I can't use the creative cloud app on my desktop.
    I've tried logging in a couple of times and I've tried to restart my machine as well.
    I've turned off anti-virus scanning just in case, but I can't get it to work.
    I've already installed the CC software on to my work machine with no errors like this.

    All files are viewable!
    I have uninstalled all adobe programmes and reinstalled CC programme, but still get the server error and cant see the adobe file in anywhere to delete or rename OOBE file.
    What do I try now??
    OK I found the solution - go to bed and look in morning. I had to choose diffrent users as creative cload was not installed in default user.

  • Reinstalling Acrobat on Mac with Creative Cloud

    I am trying to reinstall Acrobat XI on a Mac running OS 10.7.5 using either the Creative Cloud desktop App or the web site.  Both show the application is "Up To Date" and do not offer the download option, even though it was previoulsy uninstalled with the Adobe uninstaller in the Utilities folder.  How do i reinstall?

    De-activate the Suite. Run the Cleaner tool:

    I have a PC and it has CS4 Design Premium (updgraded over many years from AI9 and Photoshop6). I want to get a MAC so I would want to do the Creative Cloud cross-platform license. Let's say at the end of the year contract, I don't want to do the Cloud anymore. Will I get to keep all my downloaded applications at the latest and greatest at time of contract end? What happens in that situation?

    It's been over a week now, and twice customer service has not been able to help me with this issue.
    My first monthly payment of my renewal subscription hasn't gone through. It keeps saying Payment error. Last month was fine and there is more then an enough on my credit card to pay for this month. So what is going on?

    I get an payment error in connection with one of my employees. How do we proceed to fix this?

    We are now going on 8th day where 2 out of 6 frontend employees cannot access Creative Cloud.
    This is unacceptable. We have been in contact with Adobe support daily, no answer just escallations.

    They do not get back to us.
    Our payment details have been updated and verified, we have been changed for the 4 team members but not all 6.
    2 of our emplyees cannot work.

    Sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app, restart your computer and sign in again. If that fails, sign out and uninstall the Creative Cloud app. Run the CC Cleaner tool. Re-install CC app and sign in.
