Mac mini 2.3 Ghz' all the bleu become purple

Question

al the system things like icons and sliders become from blue to purple and the other colors didn't changed.
i con see blue clearly in the display but not system things
anyone know what the problem?

That's good news! Rules out hardware or anything outside your user.
I'm going to give you a general way of throughly testing your Home folder but first, let's try a couple of quick operations.
First, have you gone to System Preferences > Universal Access > Seeing > Display > Enhance Contrast, any help there?
OK... Go to /Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/
Move these files to your Desktop, then logout and back in or restart...
com.apple.ColorSyncCalibrator.plist
com.apple.ColorSyncUtility.LSSharedFileList.plist
com.apple.ColorSyncUtility.plist

Now, here's the list I promised...
Since the issue is limited to your account try starting up Safe Mode (It will take more time to startup in Safe Mode because it runs a directory check.)
Go to System Preferences >> Accounts >> Login Items, and remove them. Boot normally and test. If not go to/Users/yourname/Library/Contextual Menu Items and move whatever is there to the desktop. Then do the same with /Library/Contextual Menu Items. Lastly, try moving/Users/yourname/Library/Fonts to your desktop and restarting.
Log out/in or restart, if that sorts it start putting items back one at a time until you find the culprit.
