Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopart Reinstalling

Hello, is there somebody who knows how can I solve this problem?
I explain by parts:
1. The hard disk of my Macbook Pro burned (broke). So I went to an apple store to see if they can repair it. They told me that the starting sistem of the hard disk was damage and they can't take the data's of the disk.
2. I took the internal disk of the computer to a Laboratory where they could take all the datas, and also they brought the info back as it was right before the disk went down (they created an ¨image¨ if the disk and the information is there).
3. As we also changed the hard drive completely (now I have two - the old one and the new one), the Laboratory trasfered that ¨image¨ to the new hard drive which is inside the computer).
4. and here is the key question - does anyone know how to reinstall the operation system (Snow Leopard) using the ¨image¨ (and thereof the information) that is already inside the computer. How to I make the computer work again
5. I also have the image of the computer on an external drive (just in case)...
6. What do I have to do?

Try this. Boot with the install disc, select your language, select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu, select restore, select the disk image on the ext HD as the source, select the internal HD as the destination, and click restore.

Often, you have to download updated vendor software drivers when you switch operating systems. HP doesn't list a C5500 on their web site, however, here's the link to the OS X 10.6 C5540 software. If you have one of the other C55xx models, look for the updated driver/scan software on their software/driver download section of HP.Com.

Did you try:
Install or Reinstall Mavericks or Mountain Lion from Scratch
Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
OS X Mavericks- Erase and reinstall OS X
OS X Mountain Lion- Erase and reinstall OS X
OS X Lion- Erase and reinstall Mac OS X
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible
            because it is three times faster than wireless.
If you don't have the original discs that came with the computer, then you can install the retail version of Snow Leopard:

You do not need Snow Leopord (10.6.X), but you do need Leopord (10.5.8) and iTunes 10.x for iOS 4.3. You need iTunes 10.5 for iOS 5

Long shot, but...
Open Audio Midi Setup in Applications>Utilities, see the input & output options & KHz setting there, some things will change it for their own use, then not set it back.

If you want to sync it to the iPad from that Mac, you need to upgrade it to at least 10.5.8.
If you want to copy the music to another Mac, you don't. Move the iTunes folder of the item in the Finder's sidebar over as you would any other folder. If you put it somewhere other than the Music folder, launch iTunes with the Option key held down and point it to that location.

There are no viruses that run on OSX. None. Zip. Zero.
If you're running Windoze on your Mac, that's the same as running it on a PC, so it needs all the same anti-everything stuff you'd use on a PC.
There is some "malware," such as Trojans, for Macs, though. But (unlike viruses that can get onto your system without your knowledge), you must approve their installation (via your Admin password) and/or operation (via the "This application was downloaded from the internet ..." prompt).
Appropriately enough, some of these Trojans are included in pirated versions of Apple software, such as iWork!

BH-503 + Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard (re)connection...

I have recently purchased a Nokia BH-503 and I am having issues when using it with my mac ( Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard [10.6.2]).
The device pairs successfully, but when trying to connect, usually the first attempt either fails, or I get sound with a tinny voice, truncated and accelerated as if playing double speed.
If I go to the Sound Options, change the audio to Mono and back to Stereo, the audio is fixed though.
Does anyone know of a fix/firmware update for this problem?

To get iLife and iWork. If you only want iPhoto or other single apps from iLife '11 you can get them from the App Store after you've upgraded to 10.6.6. iPhoto, iMovie or Garage Band for $15 each and Pages, Keynote or Numbers from iWork '09 for $20 each.
Once you are at 10.6.8 you can buy Lion for $29 from the App Store. Lion will require at least 2gb of RAM but really needs 4gb to run smoothly.

Also Lion doesn't run any Power PC programs. To see if you have any Power PC programs go to the Apple in the upper left corner and select About This Mac, then click on More Info. When System Profiler comes up select Applications under Software. Then look under Kind to see if any of your applications are listed as Power PC. Universal and Intel will run under Lion.
