Mac OS X.5, Safari 4.0.5, Flash 10.0 r45 - can't sign in

How do I report an inability, using several different computers using OS X.5 and/or X.6 and Safari 4, to sign into the Acrobat.com page. The page loads completing and all hyperlinks work, but the Sign In and Sign Up are essentially dead.
When I use Firefox, these buttons are fine, but most of the potential users I want to share portfolios and other documents with are Mac/Safari users.

I've been unable to sign in at Acrobat.com as well. When I attempt to sign in the black ball twirls around forver. However, I was able to create a new account and the system worked from there. I then got the idea to sign in from the user page: https://connectnow.acrobat.com/UserName There I could sign in with my Adobe ID and everything worked fine. So, that's the workaround. Skip signing in from Acrobat.com. Just go to your user page and sign in from there.
I'm using Mac Dual 2.3 GHz PowerPC G5, Latest Safari and FireFox, Flash 10.1.

Make sure that Work Offline is unchecked: File > [] Work Offline

Flash Player 11.7.700.169 is extremely old and vulnerable to security attacks. What you're seeing is Apple blocking the old, out-dated, insecure version of Flash Player. To avoid this, please install the latest version of Flash Player at https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer.

Check Safari / Preferences - Extensions. Turn that off if you have any installed, quit then relaunch Safari.

Actually you need to quit Safari which is different from closing. With Safari open go the menu bar for Safari/Quit Safari.

Flash Player 10.3.183.90 (Mac only) is the latest Flash Player that will work with OS 10.5.8. The reason is that Leopard (10.5) was the LAST "Universal Binary" OS build Apple released (it runs on PPC and Intel Macs). Because of that, the Flash Player plugin is also a "Universal Binary" but since even Apple doesn't support U/B software as of September 2009, Adobe stopped development of the U/B Flash Player in November of 2010.
That's the bad news.
The good news (if your Mac is Intel and NOT PPC) is that you can upgrade to Snow Leopard (OS 10.6) through Apple for $19.99
That will allow you to install and upgrade a LOT of software that won't run on PPC Macs, including Flash Player 11.8

So you launch Safari and what? Provide a link to the google site that's not working for you. Update to the latest version of Flash Player. Make sure it's on in System Preferences>Flash Player.

Mac is dragging and Safari is slow after OS X Yosemite install

Wow! I just downloaded OS X Yosemite for my Macbook Air and I can tell a difference right away: my Mac is dragging and Safari is going slow as well. When I switch screens with three fingers you can see right away that my Mac became slower. Also, opening to Full View is also dragging. Why is this?!?! I am pretty sure it is because I downloaded OS X Yosemite I hope there will be an update soon that has fixed this bug!!! A slow Mac is completely annoying. I loved the way everything was completely smooth with OS X Mavericks. I should not have updated my Mac. The display looks horrible anyways.

Not enough free storage space can slow your Mac down.
Click your Apple menu icon top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac > More Info > Storage. Make sure there's at least 15% free disk space.
For Safari, delete the cache.
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Quit and relaunch Safari to test.

If you're sure you've installed the latest version of Flash, take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. After each step, relaunch Safari and test. For a "missing plug-in" error, start with Step 7. Back up all data before making any changes.
Step 1
You might have to log out or reboot before a Flash update takes effect.

In the Safari preference window, select
Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data
Close the window. Then select

Safari doesn't find Flash

I try to open a website (www.cousteau.org) but Safari tells me that I must install flash player. But when I watch installed plug-in for safari i saw that flash player has been installed. I don't understand why safari didn't find flash plug-in.
On this forum I found several solutions :
- restaure disk autorizations
- uninstall flash plug-in
the first one did't solve my problem and I am not able to uninstall flash (I am a new mac user and I don't know wher I can delete installed files).
Help is welcome.

The problem is not with your system or browser. The problem lies with the web developer. Seems the site is not Mac friendly as it does not work on either Safari, Opera, Camino or Firefox on my system. The site message: This site makes use of Flash 5. To experience it the way we intended, you need Macromedia Flash Player 5, a plug-in for your Wed Browser that can play the content we've created. Strange, as Flash is now up to Version 9. Either, something is wrong with the site in general (all platforms are affected), or the coding does not recognize the Mac browsers.
To contact the web developer you will need to access the site on a Windows system. Perhaps, you may encourage them to move up from the ocean depths into the 21st century.

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It won’t solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of this test is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account. Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault in OS X 10.7 or later, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The "Guest User" login created by "Find My Mac" is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
