Mac os x bringt Fehlermeldung bei Download über akamai ("aam://)
Hallo,
ich arbeite mit einem Mac OS X Betriebssystem.
Habe gestern ein Photoshop Abo abgeschlossen und kann das Programm nicht downloaden.
Es kommt eine Fehlermeldung, sobald ich auf den Downloadbereich von akamai komme.
Der Link beginnt mit "aam://....."
An was kann das liegen? In der Hotline von Adobe erreiche ich seit gestern niemanden.
Im Netz habe ich als Laie auch nichts gefunden, was mir weiter helfen konnte.
Ich freue mich über Hilfe.

habe gerade die Creative Cloud App downloaden wollen. Das Adobe-Installationsprogramm meldet den Fehlercode:1.
Schade, dachte, ich das wäre die Lösung und ich kann mit Arbeiten anfangen ;- (
Weißt Du etwas über diesen Fehlercode?

Fehlermeldung beim Download von iOS 7 -23, was kann ich tun?
hi,
gestern wollte ich iOS 7 downloaden. dabei kommt es zu einer fehlermeldung "beim download für das iphone ist ein fehler aufgetreten. ein unbekannter fehler ist aufgetreten (-23).
was kann/muss ich tun??Das hatte ich wohl unvollständig beschrieben. Das Problem war tatsächlich etwas komplexer.
Beim neuen Betriebsystem wir nicht automatisch die neue Java Version mitinstalliert, die bei Adobe Programmen wohl fürs Öffnen unerlässlich ist.
Da keine Fehlermeldung kam war die Diagnose schwer. Ein Blicken di Konsole hat verraten, daß eine Java Element Nip falies to install.
Alos nach langen Ausprobieren das Problem finally behoben. Danke Daniel und Mac Labor! -

Kostenpflichtige apps kann ich nur über Umwege über PC herunterladen, jedoch nicht direkt auf iphone5c

Beim Verbinden mit dem Server ist ein Fehler aufgetreten, Fehlermeldung bei der Anmeldung was kann ich tun?
Wiederherstellung und Neustart hat nicht gebracht, eine Verbindung zu itunes und dem Internet besteht.

a.It appears that your Library is corrupted in a very odd way that I've not seen before.
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

Office for Mac 2004 update or docx converter download killed my Office?
On my work computer, an old desktop Mac, with 10.4.11, I download the docx converter today to open a docx attachment i had received in an email (a doc I expected, from a friend). After the converter downloaded, the email attachment opened fine, then the microsoft updater opened saying it needed to update the converter. I started it, but it looked like the same window as installing the converter, so i stopped the update. I then realized what it was trying to do and in the dock saw an icon for Microsoft Updater, opened it, and asked it to look for updates. It came up with 11.6 update. I downloaded that, when it finished, went to install and when it said it was installing 1039 items I thought that was crazy, not what I was looking for, so I stopped that as well. After that, I tried to open Word using the icon in my dock, nothing happened, same with Entourage and Excel, none of them worked. The icons are there, but you click on them and nothing happens. I searched in the Microsoft folder and all other files are there, border art, etc but in the Startup folder in Microsoft, the Word and Excel folders are empty, no .exe file or Icons. I thought it got screwed up with me stopping the update installs, so I reinstalled both updates, they installed fine, even the 11.6 Office update "found" the software it needed to update said it was successful, no errors in either install. I restarted the computer and still, nothing. I called Microsoft for Mac tech support, they did not know where they went, suggested I reinstall from the CD. Problem is, our CD drive doesn't work. And I understand I can't do a system restore because we have 10.4.11 and time machine (or whatever it is called) is avail in 10.5 on. I was wondering if I uninstall both updates, would I get the exe files back? I did a search of the whole computer for the files with tech support, they aren't there. I was thinking maybe something in the docx converter disabled the 2004 exe files because maybe it is for 2008 and so now the apps are looking for 2008 exe? I don't know, I'm no expert, just trying to figure out which thing screwed everything up and how to get it all back. Help!

I do not think this would work with M$ Office. MS places the software all over the startup disk. You never know with M$ software, they avoid mac os conventions & invent their own.
There is a way of creating a virtual cd/dvd.
Here is what I tried for a music cd.
Macintosh-HD -> Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility
file > new > disk image from folder
navigate to the cd/dvd image

save as read-only:

This will create a dmg file. Place on attached external hd. To mount, double click on the dmg file.
You should be able to install as normal.

I have a mac book pro and have already downloaded adobe flash player. However when i go to watch a video it says "Blocked Plug In". But my adobe is already up to date. Can someone help me to fix this so i can watch videos?
If you're sure you've installed the latest version of Flash, take each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. After each step, relaunch Safari and test. For a "missing plug-in" error, start with Step 7. Back up all data before making any changes.
Step 1
You might have to log out or reboot before a Flash update takes effect.
Step 2
In the Safari preference window, select
Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data
Close the window. Then select
▹ System Preferences… ▹ Flash Player ▹ Advanced
and click Delete All. Close the preference pane.

They may be an attempt to trick you into installing malware masquerading as Flash. Type the address into the browser window. Never download a Flash update from anywhere else.
Step 7
If you get a "missing plug-in" error, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Security
from the Safari menu bar and check the box marked
Allow (or Enable) plug-ins
Then click the button marked
Manage Website Settings...
if present and make sure that the website is not blocked for Flash.
Step 8
Select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
from the Safari menu bar. If any extensions are installed, disable them. -
Downloaded mavericks for one mac can i use the same download to install on another mac
I have downloaded for 12 hours initial installation on one mac for mavericks, and all installed successfully. Rather than download again for another mac, can I use the same download and copy on to the other mac..and if yes, where will I find it?
All you need to do is go to System Preferences > App Store and uncheck the automatic install of updates box, then download the Mavericks installer, and copy to a flash drive. You will need a flash drive of 8 G B or more since the installer is around 5.3 GB. The installer will be in Finder > Applications. You can then copy that flash drive installer to the Applications folders in all the Macs you have that are capable of running Mavericks, http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5842.
When the installer runs, the last step in the installtion is for the installer to erase itself. So makng a copy before the installer runs is essential if you want to avoid redownloading.
Installing from the same installer does not cause problems for Macs on the same network. -
I have an Apple iphone 4s and for the last 4 weeks I cannot download or update any apps. I have an iPad and a Mac book pro and the apps download on these devices fine. My phone tells me that I have 12 updates but when I press update all or update any individually nothing happens at all. It also does not ask me for my password any more but my iPad and mac book do.
I have signed in and out of the app store and the password is correct. I have tried both kinds of reboot but that did nothing. I have tried to update the apps by connecting phone to Mac book pro...it shows the apps being download on the Mac book and says it will sync them to my phone but it does not. Everything else on my phone works fine.
Any ideas ...Please!Thank you, this has resolved both the iphone and ipad problem immediately. I am concerned that I may have a problem with apps that I bought under my old AppleID as they will not be recognised. Any suggestions for this please?

I was trying to sync my itouch with my new mac, and some songs won't download because they are not authorized for this computer. But even after my computer was authorized they still won't sync. How do I fix this?
I have the same problem. It is only with tv shows and only with programs I have downloaded after the software update.
Apple support sent me the above link too....but it doesn't solve the problem...my computer is authorized and the content is in my library and will play on my Mac air, but it will not sync the tv shows, it keeps saying my computer isn't authorized for it.

I cannot get my ipod touch or iphone to be recognized by Itunes on my mac mini. Only when i download itunes each time afresh, will it show up the first time. Then these devices will not be recognized subsequently. Is it because i am not uninstalling itunes before I download it? Surely this is a basic thing, ie that my devices need to recognize each other?

I just migrate settings and software, include CC, from my PowerBook to a new Mac Pro. All the software download from CC is there and working, except for CC, and there is not way to install.
