Mac OS X lion update but after updating D: drive partition is missing is missing any help

Hello I have just updated to Mac OS X lion but after updating when I restarted my macbook pro into windows 7 via boot camp I notice that my D:/ drive partition is missing.
More Details:
Before OS x Lion I was using windows 7 on macbook pro that I have installed via boot camp. After windows installation I have create an other partition from boot camp drive but now when I updated OS x lion my windows 7 D drive is missing but windows is restarting and working properly just No D drive (250 GB).
Any help ?
