Mac probleme avec Creative Cloud et Photoshop.

Créative Cloud a bien telecharger Photoshop la première fois, mais celui ne marchait pas (impossible d initialiser photoshop en raison d'une erreur de programme) j'ai desinstallé photoshop pour le reinstaller, mais celui-ci est touours présent dans les App de créative Cloud donc impossible de reinstaller une nouvelle fois, même si dans mes applications il n'est plus là.
Help.

Essaye et tu veras!!! Perso Sa fait 1 semaine que je suis dessus a me cassé la téte!!! Je suis en Yosemite et j'ai testé avec toute les versions!!! Pas de résultat.
Puis depuis cloud j'ai pris la version dessaie PS CC 2014 et j'ai fait sans y croire a cette éuniéme manip!!!
C à dire : bibliothèque/Application Support/Adobe/Color/ et j'ai renommer le dossier Settings en ~Settings, sa à pas marché ... MAIS je l'ai refait en rajoutant a tout hasard un seul espace entre (~) et (Settings) =>>>> ~ Settings ET LA SANS Y CROIRE !!!!!!!!!!!
Sa A MARCHER ALHAMDOULILAH !!!! ET J'ai méme pas toucher au module externes ect....
Mes configurations : Imac 27' Premiére génération ; OS X Yosemite version 10.10.1 ; 3,06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo ; 4GO 1à67 Mhz DDR3 ; Java 2014- 01 pour au lieu de Java ES 06 ; Photoshop CC 2014 Version d'essaie télécharger depuis le site Outils bureautiques Adobe | Adobe Creative Cloud version d'évaluation!!! ET Puis j'ai fait la manip au dessus et BIM!!! Fin du Cauchemar

What OS version? What's the exact error? Exactly when does the error occur? What previous versions? What is on the screen when the error displays? Does Photoshop get fully open?
Try opening Photoshop holding down Shift key immediately to turn off plug-ins. Lots of good suggestions here: Photoshop: Basic Troubleshooting steps to fix most issues

Creative cloud and Photoshop so slow as to be unusable.

I have been having an ongoing problem with both Creative Cloud and Photoshop. Both programs have slowed down to the point of being inoperable. For example, it takes 1-5 minutes just to choose a tool in Photoshop. When either of these programs are open, it slows the entire computer to a snails pace. It was all working fine until about 2 months ago, when it suddenly stopped. I don't recall if there was an update at the time of the slowdown. The only change I remember making was adding some Kyle Webster brushes, but I removed those and the problem still exists.
I have run a number of diagnostics and virus scans on my computer, and all show no problems with it. (I have a mid 2010 iMac) So far, I have increased the memory to 16 GB, reset the preferences in photoshop, and checked the other things listed on the help site. I have tried to uninstall/ reinstall both Photoshop and Creative cloud using the adobe cleaner app a number of times. With the assistance of some help center employees, the system preferences have been reset, we have cleared the .tmp files, created a new administrator user and tried to open it in that user to test if it is a permission problem. Nothing has worked and the problem seems to be getting worse. Does anyone have any ideas on what might be going wrong, or something else I can try? I am a designer with a growing backlog of work that needs this program, so I really need to solve this problem quickly.

Hi Frederick,
You're spending a lot of money. I will add my 2¢ -- -- but you must, as I assume you know, fully research your options.
Environment:
Start with your workspace (inc. lighting) and your clothes.
Screen:
The iMac screens are lovely, but not, from what I hear, monitor-grade accurate. For critical color work, use NEC or Eizo monitors. I use NEC, with their SpectraView II software and an X-Rite ColorMunki photospectrometer. At the time, this was the least expensive color-calibrated workflow.
Printer:
Epson's are great, imho. I use a 3880 in my studio and rent a 9900 by the hour when needed. I have read of problems (iirc) with one of the printers in the 7000 line, however. The take-home lesson that I filed in my brain was, "If you're going to spend the money on the 7000 line, just get the 9000 line."
Aperture workflow:
Aperture is a fantastic workflow tool. Since you are adept with PS, you should set PS as your external editor. Use Apertures formidable tools for storing and organizing your Images, and its robust editing tools for either all your proofing, or all but your most demanding editing needs. That said, allow a good bit of time to get the feel of Aperture. It is not at all like Bridge. But your important choice is which RAW converter you want to use. There is, imho, no reason to use Aperture if you are going to use Adobe's (or anyone else's) RAW converter.

Try below steps
Click on Finder and then hold Command + Shift + G keys on your keypad
It will open Go to folder window, type exactly ~/Library and click on Go ( make sure to opeb ~/Library not /Library, there will two library )
Then open Application Support
Right click on Adobe folder
Click on get info
Under sharing and permission click on lock icon and unlock it
Click on symbol and Add Administrator and your current user name ( if not added )
Then give read and write permission to user name, admin, system and every one
Then click on Gear icon and select 'Apply to Enclosed
Click on lock icon
Try to install Creative Cloud App.

Adobe Creative cloud applications do not have any serial numbers. They are activated through your adobe id.
