Mac to PC attachment error

I've just recently setup mail on a new computer and I am running into a problem. I'm sending a JPG file - saved in PhotoShop - to a coworker on a PC. They are getting an error that states "No Preview Available." Then when they save it and try to open it, it asks "to convert it from what type of file" - (their writing).
Any ideas of what is happening? I have "Send Windows Friendly Attachments" turned off - as this has created problems in the past.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Other PC experts have found out that Microsoft's Outlook 2003 (email) security patch KB945432 has caused this maiming of JPG attachments, and I have confirmed that by uninstalling that update from a PC here at my workplace which couldn't open ("No Preview Available") our Photoshop-created JPEGs. After that update is removed using the PC's Control Panel "Add/Remove Programs (show updates)" the JPEGs can be moved out of the email and then read.
Blame for this productivity killer lies clearly on Microsoft's shoulders, once again. The well-established Photoshop standard JPGs are suddenly a banned security risk?
Photoshop users having no control over the PC client may be able to use "Save for Web" to make a JPG without extra header info which offends Microsoft so.
Once again, the greatest thing to fear is fear itself. Security fears must be kept in check!

Mac-App release build error-rectify this Problem

i generate release build from air file to mac version,i attach valid p12certificate releated to mac version,but i get this error,how do i rectify this problem or how to export air file to mac App Version.

I'm currently hitting the same problem. I first noticed an issue when I would make a minor change. I'd first test on the AIR simulator to verify that the change works. Then when I export for release, I noticed that the change was not reflected in my iOS build on the device. I deleted the bin-release-temp directory, and then started to receive the error. I've occaissionally been able to get a swf to generate, but it's been sporadic at best and I haven't been able to reproduce the swf generation in reliably. I'm currently running on OSX 10.8.2 with Flash Builder 4.7 Premium (from the creative clould). I've updated to AIR 3.5 from the gaming suite. Any thoughts?

IMAP. Two Leopard Macs. 1st Mac sees file attachment 2nd Mac doesn't

I use two Mac computers both on 10.5.2, each running Apple Mail 3.2 to access Gmail's IMAP.
Worked well for ages, but recently, in one computer, I sent an email with a very large 3MB file attachment, and then transferred it to a folder. That was then reflected in Gmail's IMAP interface. Hence, as far as Gmail is concerned, the file attachment and email are there.
But when I used the 2nd Mac to download the same email, the email is there, but no file attachment.
When I open the particular email, there's an error message at the top of the email:

Content- Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
I've never seen that before.
Also, in the 2nd Mac, in Apple Mail, there is no paper clip icon that is usually associated with a file attachment.
Even stranger: A few days later, I initially used the 2nd Mac to download an email with a file attachment. So the email and file attachment are on the 2nd Mac. I verify that the email+file attachment are on Gmail's IMAP web interface.
The strange thing, however, is that the 1st Mac now only seems the same email, but no file attachment.
It almost seems as if whichever Mac I first use (either the 1st or 2nd Mac) to download an email with file attachment, that initial Mac sees the attachment. But subsequently, when the other of the Macs downloads the same attachment, it does not have the attachment.
As said, Gmail's webmail IMAP indicates the attachment is there.
Any ideas?

I figured it out. I had been connecting to my router with Ethernet AND Airport (both were turned on in my Network preferences, and both had a green-light status of 'connected'). Don't know why that would have affected it, but when I turned OFF the airport connection everything was instantaneously corrected.

Adobe could transfer books to Kobo on old HP laptop but on new Mac I get this error message: CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - No permission to copy book.

I have the same version of Adobe Digital Editions, the only difference is for Mac or PC. This afternoon I signed out epub books from my local library and could transfer them from Adobe Digital editions on my dying dinosaur laptop, but when I tried to do it from my new Mac, I got the error message. My Kobo is authorized on both machines. What do I do?

Mac iOS version 10.5.8 and iTunes on Mac is 10.6.1. iPad and iPhone version is 6.0(10A403). When I check for updates on the Mac book pro it says software versions are up to date.
When I check for iTunes version 10.6.3 it looks like it is for snow leopard operating system which I am not on. How to I get my devices to sync with computer. Everything worked prior to iOS 6 upgrade on remote devices.

iPhone 4s won't sync with my Macbook Pro.
I iust updated the iPhone to iOS6 (thought it wasn't syncing before the update either).
Macbook Pro running Mac OS 10.5.8
iTunes 10.6.3 (i.e. latest update - which hasn't had an issues apart from syncing).
I tried 3 different USB sync cables. Still not syncing.
Do I really have to update my Mac OS to 10.6.8 in order to sync my phone ? I thought as long as you have iTunes 10.6.3 you're ok...
Is there a way to update to Mac OS 10.6.8 (or later) without wiping the hard drive and doing a new install?..

Incorrect.
Hold Option and launch iTunes.
Select Choose library and select the iTunes folder.

Attaching Error Status to Outbound IDOC. ?

Hello Experts,
We have a scenario in SAP PI / XI were upon creation of a Sales Order , Purchase Order or Material Master Flow to Non-SAP System through SAP PI/XI , the IDOC shouldn't flow to SAP PI following a validation on Material Group.
The IDOC is triggered through Output Type , there is a custom Z function module which create outbound communication IDOC. This output type is attached to a Process Code ZSO, ZMPO defined for respective scenarios defined above.
Currently i am attaching the the status = 07 to control data structure & the IDOC is getting created but is having error.
Is this the right practice to follow for attaching error message Outbound IDOC.

It depends on the business requirement.
in a previous project, if there was any error during the validation of the data within the iDoc before it is created and sent, i would trigger an error and send the error to the person who created the data with the error for them to correct. they would then correct the error within the document and save and the iDoc would be triggered and sent correctly.

This is regarding the UWL - opening the attachment.
we have integrated the solution manger to the Enterprise portal where
the workflow tasks of the solution manager will be displayed in the UWL
of the Enterprise portal.
The workitems are displayed properly, but when we try to see the actual
work item attachment it is giving error as follows:
"Attachment error: Object Link type . See log file for details "
The detailed error we have taken from the UWL.log, which displays as
follows:

Solution manager status: SOlution manager 4.0 NW2004s-SP8

I am afraid if the icons will also blow up/get bigger and would become inconvinient to use.

most large TV sets are still 1080p (1920 by 1080).
The icons will appear to take up more space (in square inches) on the TV, but will be "grainy" compared to your monitor. The fundamental size of icons and items on screen (in pixels) will not change. When you return to using a monitor, things will be the same as before.
