Mac with a foreign keyboard from United States?

I'm a finnish guy living in the united states is it possible to buy a macbook pro with a finnish keyboard from here? I know it's not on the keyboard list in the apple store, but can they deliver custom keyboards to united states?
Has anyone ever ordered a mac with some other foreign language keyboard?

Unfortunately no. The online store will carry English, Western Spanish, French & Japanese only. If you must have Finnish you will have to purchase from that store and ask to have it shipped to a friend or family who will have to then ship it to you. Not very elegant or economical but it's a solution.

    No, you cannot buy Mac's with Turkish keyboards in the US. 
    Mac's are always more expensive outside the US and everyone thinks it would be great to bypass their local resellers to save money, but it's not possible unless you want one of those 4 keyboards listed in the store.

    Apple's warranty is global.  However, some countries have laws which over rides Apple's warranty.  To check to see if India is involved read the info in EU-wide Consumer Laws article.

    The only difference is that some Middle East governments forbid the shipping of devices with Facetime and Apple are required to remove it from shipments to certain Countries

I know people can order a product online and have it delivered at a Mac Store, but I don't have a US billing address, so that won't be possible. Do you guys know if I can go to the store, tell them what I want, pay them with my European debit card, and pick it up a couple of days later? Or do I forcefully need a US credit card to special order a customized machine?

    It's difficult to find a MacBook Pro with a US keyboard on a physical shop, but you should be able to order it at the Apple Online Store > http://store.apple.com/se
    If you can't order a MacBook Pro with a US keyboard from the Apple Online Store, call Apple and try to order it. Note that the delivery may be longer

    You should - if you're in the UAE, for instance, you should get an Arabic keyboard (you may have to specify when you configure your machine - I don't know, I live in the US).

    What do you mean by 'cannot manage to change my billing address' ? What happens when you try to update your details, and what country are you in ? You need to be in a country to use its store.

    Even if you get someone to order one for you in the US and they ship it to you, you won't have warranty in the UK.  If anything goes wrong with the phone, it will have to be shipped back to the US.  It would be much better to purchase it in the country you live.

    Unless you can show some form of residency you cannot buy from another country's store. The question on cross store purchasing is asked frequently so I'll just quote the most complete answer (courtesy of Dave Sawyer) from the many given:
    In order to buy from any given country's iTunes Music Store, you must have either:
    a) a credit card with a billing address in that country, or
    b) a mailing address in that country and a gift certificate or a prepaid card that was bought in that country.
    If you cannot fulfill one of these two sets of conditions, you will not be able to purchase from any given country's iTMS.
    .......this is due to restrictions placed on Apple by the record companies and other rights holders (who are often completely different from country to country and so all require their own individual negotiations and contracts), not by Apple's choice. And this also applies to all the legal download stores that carry major-label content, not just the iTMS.

    The OP lives in Hawaii and wants to activate a iPhone with a Nevada phone number which the OP does not have yet. The OP also has not billing address in Nevada or any Nevada address. Now while AT&T will give you a out of state number and they will carry a out of state number with you. iTunes is set up to give you a local number, upon activating a new phone iTunes is not designed or equipted to let you choose which areacode you would to start your AT&T account.
    *You are correct but not in the case of what the OP is asking for*... The OP does not currently have this number, so once again for the correct advice is below
    +iTunes will not allow you to request a number from another state that is different from your billing address, you will have to call AT&T first to setup the account, then activate within iTunes+
