MacApp Store doesnot connect to iTunes. How to solve this?

Who can help me to solve this problem? Starting the App Store, I immediately get the message:
One Moment Please.
Connecting to the iTunes Store.
Loading
This message stays on my screen until removal. There must be a solution. Who can help me?

Open System Preferences > General
Deselect:  Restore windows when quitting and re-opening apps
Restart your Mac.
If that didn't help, back to Sytem Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items
If you see iTunes helper, delete it from the list.
Try the App Store.
