Should I bring to apple store do something??? anything feedback is thankful!

Do not believe that!  I work for a University and just today I went to see the floor models at the computer store I looked at the same MACBOOK air 13" and the photo booth qualityy picture was much sharper than my grainy one.  So with that said I have had it 5 days why the heck do I have to make an appointment with Apple Genius to see the issue.these computers should be on point especially with them prices my macbook looks better then the Air nah guys I am talking about the photo booth quality! lets see what they say....

  • Can't locate Photo Booth picture on MacBook Air

I used Photo Booth to take a picture of myself when I first bought my MacBook Air.
Somehow--I don't remember doing this (but I may have), the photo then became part of my login screen whenever it appears.
I now want to remove that photo, but I can't seem to find it anywhere on my computer.  Help?

I have the same issue. Was working fine until Saturday when Rogers reset my modem because we lost our internet connection. Our modem is direct connected to our PC and we connec with the Macbook through wifi.
When the modem rebooted we got an IP error and they had to do a renew and release. Since then - no wifi on macbook.
every time we try to join our home network it gives a password wrong error. The password is not wrong. Airport is a solid yellow light. Ethernet is red.
I am not great with macs and I have scoured the net and I cannot figure this out

  • Adobe Flex/AIR Photo Booth Software

    Hi,
I hope everyone is doing well.
Is it possible to build a Photo Booth software like
    http://www.photoboof.com/
    http://sparkbooth.com/features/
    etc. using Adobe Flex/AIR ?
I know that we can build desktop applications using Flex/AIR. But I have a very little experience in building desktop applications. Most of the times I had worked on web applications. The Photo Booth software demands to detect digital camera connected to computer/Laptop and then work on the basis of what camera captures. It is like creating a web application that works with media server and
use computer/laptop webcam. Please guide me how can I start or plan for this software.

From What I've found.. it seems 3ivx or Perian could cause this problem. A friend had this issue and deleted 3ivx and it fixed his crashes. Alternatively, some folks are reporting that turning off 32-bit mode (Get Info) for Photobooth has also fixed, although this was already turned off in my friend's case. Or if you have iGlasses installed.

  • Photo booth pictures not Showing in Photo Booth

When i open photo booth, none of my last pictures i have taken show up in the bottom of photo booth, is there anyway i can get them to show up?

Just a thought, but you could've inadvertantly clicked on the little x at the bottom left of the pic. Not to fear though, they are in your photo booth directory.

  • Photo Booth picture appearing in Email

    Hi there
We bought a new IMac. My wife was playing around with it and somehow imported a picture from the Photo booth into my email. Now...every email I send or receive has this picture in it. How would I go about removing it? Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks

From here, you can change the pic (click on edit at the bottom of the contact)

  • Photo Booth Pictures File Location?

Upgraded to Mavericks and I can't find any of the picture files from Photo Booth. Previously they were in User/Pictures/PhotoBooth
But now that folder is empty.
If I open up "Photo Booth Library" I can see the pictures within photobooth. But not the file location. Also, some of my photos

If you'd like to be able to access the photos in any way other than just in FINDER, ie: to upload them on webforms, and other apps, then you can do this
    open Terminal
    type:
    cd Pictures
    ln -s Photo\ Booth\ Library/Pictures/ PhotoBoothPics
this will create a folder called PhotoBoothPics  that is a link to the photobooth library, and is accessible to attach to email, etc, and will always have all your pics

  • 2008 MacBook, no Photo Booth :(

I purchased my MacBook in 2008 and lazily neither bought AppleCare nor pursued a resolution to the issue that Photo Booth has never worked/been available on my computer. I was under the impression that this MacBook model came equipped with the camera so Photo Booth should be available to me. Now that it's too late for me to purchase AppleCare and get answers, does anyone know what I can do or purchase to have access to Photo Booth? Thanks!

Regardless of what you do, you should plan to backup your data*:
    http://www.macmaps.com/backup.html
You can erase and install from the original system discs.
Or you can extract Photobooth from the installer packages on those discs using http://www.charlessoft.com/ 's Pacifist.

  • Lost Photo Booth pictures

    Hi friends,
We got a new iMac with Photobooth. The kids made hilarious movies the first day. The next day (after we restarted the machine or mounted migration assistant a second time - I'm not sure), all of the Photo Booth entries were gone. Is there any way to retrieve lost PB pictures?
    Thanks,
    Jeff

    Jeff,
    Welcome to Apple Discussions.
Have you looked in the following location:? Macintosh HD/Users/yourusernam/Pictures/Photo Booth Folder.
If it is not there, I believe that it may be gone...
    ;~)

  • Photo Booth picture is in all sent e-mails

My nephew somehow added his goofy picture in the from header on all my emails that I send. Can anyone tell me how to delet it. I have deleteed all saved pictures in Photo Booth.
    Thanks,

    Welcome to the discussions, wtragnitz.
Open Address Book and use menu Card/Go to my card. You will probably find the offending image there, and can replace it with one more to your liking.
I think you will find that the picture has not actually been sent. When you say "the from header on all my emails that I send" do you mean that when you look in your sent mailbox and select a message, the displayed mail in the viewing pane shows the picture at the right hand end of the headers? If so, it is just a local display and your message recipients don't see it.
This feature is used when you receive a mail; if the sender is in your address book, and you have added a picture, the picture is displayed when you look at the message.

  • Macbook pro photo booth not working

When I try to use Photo Booth, I get a message that the camera is not connected.  What do I do?

Did you search the forum here for any solution to that problem, because far as I know the only way to fix it is to install OS X over itself + PhotoBooth.
PhotoBooth can only be reinstalled that way as it's not seperate from OS X like other Apple software is.
You can backup your files off the machine and perform a Reinstall Just OS X method here

  • Can't take photo booth picture

On my iMac using OS 10.7.4 I'm not able to take a PHOTO BOOTH photo. The image does show on the monitor, but making the single shot selection and clicking the camera does not take a photo. Do have a a camera problem or have not invoked the proper settings?

    Welcome to Apple Discussions, Hrair
The suggestions in http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93240 may help you.
If not, try downloading and reapplying the 10.5.1 Update. Repair permissions before and after running the Updater.
If you are still having problems, have you considered the "Important: Read before installing" section of About the Mac OS X 10.5.1 Update and ruled out the possible problems mentioned there?

  • IPhoto photo book picture quality

I am hoping someone could answer my question.
I recently ceated a photo book through iphoto. A majority of the photos used had been edited to make them brighter.
I recieved the book today, only to find that the photos seemed to of been printed without the edits. meaning that the photos seem to
have remained dark. I know that screen resolution is diffrent to a printed picture, but these just seem way to diffrent from want I wanted.
Anyway, was wondering if anyone has an answer for this or could tell me who I should contact to complain.

What did your preview show - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1040
What color profile do the photos have? People who have ignored the recommendation to use sRGB and used Adobe RGB instead often find the printed photos darker due to the color profile
And as a rule Apple's recommendation that you do minimal editing and do it using iPhoto rather than other programs appears to provide the best results. The is a high volume consumer product designed for optimum quality using point and shoot cameras and consumer level editing in iPhoto
Obviously since the order process sends a PDF it is impossible for the printer to use anything different from what you sent
Contact Apple support if you want to see what they will do
