On your iPhone and iPad go to settings>general>data/time> toggle set automatically

My sent messages in outlook for mac suddenly stopped syncing with my iPhone and iPad, all other folders work correctly. How can I get them to start syncing again?
You can disable the Adobe Reader plugin in Firefox (Tools > Add-ons > Plugins) and use the external Adobe Reader application or Preview application instead.

PDF files may also be found under another entry like Portable document.

My iPad2 will not work on my home wi-fi. My iPhone, my wife's iPhone and iPad all work just not my iPad. It will however work when I set up a hot spot on my iPhone. Any ideas?
Try restarting your WiFi router by removing power for 30 seconds.
On your iPad use Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings
If you need more help please give the make, model and version of the WiFi router that you are using.
Does your router have the latest firmware from the manufacturer installed?

That's a new feature introduced in iOS 8 called Handoff. You can start something on your iPhone and finish it on your iPad or Mac. You can make the iPad stop ringing by going to Settings>FaceTime on the iPhone and toggling off iPhone Mobile Calls. You can do it on the iPad also.

I've been using my personal hotspot between my iPhone and iPad, but I don't believe I've changed anything with my phone contract, will I be charged on my next bill?
Depends on whether your carrier supports Personal Hotspot & how/if they charge for this feature. Some carriers include Personal Hotspot as part of your data plan, some require it be provisioned on your account. Contact your carrier & see what their requirements are. The fact that you have the Personal Hotspot setting indicates your carrier supports this feature.

You use iTunes on the MacBook Pro to store backups of apps and documents. Use iPhoto on the MacBook Pro to organize and store photos. Then sync each device with the MacBook Pro by connecting the device to the MacBook Pro and running iTunes.

You will need to enable automatic downloads on the iPad and iPhone in order for the songs to be automatically be available

My family has always shared an account but I recently got an iPad and MacBook Air for college and we have reached our 5 device limit before I could access my laptop. It seems as if my only option would be to deactivate a device-not ideal, or to create my own account for my 3 devices. The problem here though is we always used to share music this way to avoid purchasing the same song 3-4 times. Is there a way to sync a new account I create to the old one to retreive all of my old music to put it onto my iPad and iPhone and laptop, and is there a way I could potentially still access HomeSharing or allow access to each other's clouds?

When I send a PDF attachment by email the recipient sees only a blank unfilled form. This has only occurred since IOS 7 was updated. The email with the PDF when recieved by my MAC is OK, but my phone and iPad are not!
Any advise would be appreciated.I have the same problem. Sought to insert a pdf into Apple Mail after editing a form pdf and only the blank form shows. I didn't use Preview to generate the form, just Acrobat. And, the filled in form inserts perfectly into an email when I use Outlook for Mac. Problem only with Apple Mail.

The calendar events and alarms are off by 3 hours since updating to iOS 4.3
I updated to iOS 4.3 last night, and I have a problem where my Calendar times have been offset by 3 hours.
It states that I have an event that on Google Calendar that is set at 12 PM - 9 PM today, however when I view my iPhone calendar that the event goes from 9 AM - 6 PM.
In addition, the alarm for the event has been offset 3 hours AFTER the event. My alarm, which is set ten minutes before the event, went off at 2:50 PM.
Any thoughts? I have the event set to EST in Google Calendar, and the time is correct in Google Calendar.Hi and welcome to Apple Discussions, Darby.
Is the Time Zone set correctly on your iPhone? Look in Settings, Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Scroll down and make sure the Time Zone is set to the correct Time Zone.

Last week I suddenly started receiving all e-mails with photo attachments from other iPad and iPhone users (on my iMac, iPhone as well as iPad!) as " winmail.dat" files. It says everywhere that that is caused by Outlook users sending RTF e-mails. Obviousely that is not the case here. I found an app to open the attachments, but of course that is no real solution. I asked Android and MS Outlook users to send me e-mails with JPEG attachments and the arrive aas they should.
Does anyone know the answer to this?
Jos KorverBy the way, some non-delivery receipts (NDRs) are themselves spam messages with malicious attachments designed to infect your computer, so be cautious about opening any of those.

I changed my apple ID, I can log in on my MAC so I know it works but my iphone 4S and my ipad mini dont know it has changed!!
Causing many issues.You need to go to Settings > General > iCloud or Settings > General > iTunes Store and update your account information there. You need to do this on each device you have that account set up on.

What product can I buy that will supply portable power to my MacBook Pro, iPhone and iPad when I am flying?
I recently was on an extended trip and the port for charging at my seat was not working.Unfortuntly you can't.
The Apple Airline adapter is only meant to keep a fully charged battery from draining, however with newer computers requiring more power, they tend to drain the battery AND the power at the same time, thus require more power hook up without the computer running to charge the battery.
Since your iPhone and iPad charge off USB, that's going to drain the MacBook Pro battery as well.
To generate enough power to charge all three will require a portable generator which of course can't be used on a plane.
The best you can do is have all three charged up before you board the plane, and use each for as long as you can.
