Macbook Pro 13" 2011 Freeze again

Question

Hello I'm boat.
I got this freeze happens with my mac for long time ago.

About a week I went to the Apple care and let them investigate my mac for few days.
(They're suggested me to fix my addional ram as I mention before, and I change it with the new one but same model by warranty.)
After that, they said that nothing broken or damage.
So, I replace my orignal ram 4gb with my addional ram 8gb and use it for 1-2 hours and got this freeze again (see the picture).
This time, I note that the "light" of the MagSafe cable (I mean the thing that plugged to the mac) flashing.
So when I'm plug-off that cable, the mac is turn off suddenly.
Can anybody tell me what is the "real" problem?
The ram? The motherboard? The VGA? The power adapter?
and how to fix this?
