Macbook pro 15'' 2011 will not charge while playing games under win7 64

Question

During the game (under high load ex. crysis2), the charging LED changes from orange to green and the computer does not charge,
even the battery drains slowly. If battery charge is 100%, in about 50 minutes after the start of the game, the battery charge drops to 94% and
when I quit the game the charging LED changes from green to orange... What's the deal?  (Sorry for my english, i'm italian ).

I've just bought a 17" MBP and I'm having the same issue, but in OSX and Linux just the same.  In one incident, my battery was running low so I plugged it in, but it still died about 10 minutes later because it continued to draw more power than the Magsafe plug could provide.  Needless to say, there was quite a bit of filesystem corruption from the sudden power loss.  That this is a common issue to 2011 MBPs does not magically make it "acceptable", especially when the fix consists of providing a more powerful charger.
For a $2500 laptop this is absolutely ridiculous.  If the thing draws 100w under peak usage, make a damned charger that provides 120w.  In the worst case, it will keep the computer running without unduly stressing the battery.  In the best case, it will charge the battery much faster.
