Macbook pro 15inch 2.3ghz and 2.5ghz

Question

so im planning on buying a top spec macbook pro for refurbished and i looked at two macbook pros: one at $2099 and the other at almost $2000. the only difference between those two was that 2099 one had a 2.5 ghz and 2000 one had a 2.3 ghz. i dont really know what that means but my question is, is it worth paying 100 more dollars for .2 more ghz? (almost 200 more including tax). Am i going to notice the spped difference? im gonna be using it mostly for gaming, photoshop, inventor and watching videos. thank you.
