MacBook Pro crash 3 internal HDD - this is a complain

Well, I bought my MacBook Pro on june 2010. And in january the internal hard disk crashed, so I took it to the genius bar and they replace it with no cost, and very fast, very happy with it.
Then 4 months later, the computer started working slow. So I took it again to the apple store, wich isn't close...actually 45 min by car from my home. At the genius bar, they test it and the hard drive again was wrong. They offer change it, and I asked If it would better do something else, so they changed the cables to the motherboard, as well.
Yesterday I took it from the apple store, and today IT HAS CRASHED AGAIN!! suddendly the computer doesn´t detect the HDD. So in the apple store offer me to change again the HDD. They say there is no reason to replace the whole machine.
Now I don't have computer neither my working tool, as I'm sound engenier working with protools. It is repairing again, hopefully will be fixed before tuesday 3rd that i'm going to work to argentina (i live in spain). But if not I have to go expecting fix it in argentina, when i have to be working.The best part is all the time wasted, going and waiting in the store, installing and configuring the software and copying files. And if you add to that, that I'm getting back a machine that has faild 3 times now, of course i'll be very confy.
This is really not what i paid for.
PD: By the way this is the only way I found to make a complain.

Having a similar problem: I have a MacBook Pro I bought in July 2009; everything's been great. About two weeks ago  I upgraded to Mac OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard). Last Monday my hard disk crashed - the machine was asleep in my briefcase, when I took it out and opened it up, it came back on, but you could hear the hard disk trying to read and obviously not working. I powered it off and restarted, got the folder-with-a question-mark icon - couldn't find the hard disk. Took it in to the Apple Store, they replaced the drive ($225). It happened again last night: I was using my computer, went to watch a movie on TV, when I came back to the computer after, same hard disk sound. I let it grind for 15-20 minutes, no response; powered down, restarted, and no hard disk again.
I have an appointment at the Genius Bar this afternoon; we'll see what they say (better not charge me for another drive!). I'm suspicious of OS 10.6 - it's the only thing I've changed on my system in the past several months, not new software, no new hardware.
Anyone else having this problem?
