MacBook Pro help. Please and Thank You!
Every time I open System Preferences on my MacBook and try to change the desktop and screen saver it always freezes up and won't let me click on anything, so i end up force quitting it. Can you help me please? Thank you

After reviewing your post, the iPod is not recognized in iTunes. A frustrating situation to be sure. You haven't mentioned what OS the computer you are using uses. You can choose what article to use either OS X or Windows from this quoted section.

Iphone 4 battery HELP please and thank you
i have an iphone 4 and my battery was great but literally a few days ago it started acting up and now it dosent last long, the phone is only around 5-6 months since i got it and ive never had much problems with battery and i had everything on excpet bluetooth and diognostics and usage are off .... i did the restore brand new but the battery still drains pretty quick and i dont know what else to do, can someone help me fix this and get it back to normal please and thank you.
You have an app that is sending data or trying to send and failing. If you have an MS Exchange account delete it, reboot the phone, and add it back. If you have an iCloud account you probably have a corrupted calendar entry. Turn off calendar sync, sync the phone, then turn it back on. There are other possibilities; you will have to do some detective work if these don't fix it.

since updating to firefox 09 my scroll feature on my touch pad doesn't work. How do I fix this, please? I have a Gateway laptop. This has never happened before with other updates.

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
iPad,iPod,iPod Touch Recovery Mode
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

Converting Video to Ipod- No audio? Help Please and Thank You TT^TT
I have a music video that plays perfectly in the itunes videos section but after I 'convert selection for Ipod' when I play it it has no sound. I thought maube it was just that video but it seems to do that with all my videos that I convert now. Can someone help me please?
Mac OS X (10.0.x)This is to do with video files having muxed audio. Try using iSquint to convert them.

In the old version of Photoshop that I am used to there was an Animated tool bar to make "flipping" photos, how do I access this in the newer version downloaded?
Don’t know what you mean by ""flipping" photos" exactly but have you checked out Window > Timeline yet?

It's normal for the phone to get warm when plugged into the charger.
Is the phone only heating up when plugged into the charger? Have you tried using different outlets or a different charger?

If you are using Safari as a web browser :-
Open Safari, go to Safari menu > Preferences > General, and put Google as the homepage. Then, choose Google as your default search engine.
If you are using Google Chrome as the web browser :-
Open Google Chrome.
In the top right corner of the page, click the Chrome menu Chrome menu > Settings.
In the "Search" section, select Google from the drop-down menu.

Hey , why always when i want to update my Ipad to ios 6.1.3 at the end tills me that the update was failed , its always ,please if you can help me, and thank you.
Try disabling your firewall and antivirus software and see if that helps - if you are trying to update using iTunes on your computer.

Did you know that command clicking on a project/album will open it in a new tab. Option click (a project or album) to open a new pane inside the current window. p.s. there is a "Pro Application Support 4.0" update which makes small changes to the app
