MacBook Pro Retina display damage by pushing?

Question

I know I am maybe too careful but yesterday I pushed with my fingers against my retina screen by accident.
There are no scratches but does anyone know if it could harm something inside the display? There were no lines or stripes on the place where i pushed...
I know retina displays are very sensitive and there is no extra glass, so thats why I am concerned about it.

pushing on your display CAN destroy it, seen it often.  However "push" has a broad spectrum of quality
The LCD is fragile, never tough it if needed, if it gets food etc. on it use a very lightly damp cloth.
