Macbook pro s'éteint lorsque je le mets en veille

Je ferme ou mets en veille mon macbook pro. Puis je l'ouvre et il s'est éteint ! Je le démarre et il m'affiche un message d'erreur : "Vous avez éteint l'ordinateur en raison d'un problème" Mais je ne l'ai pas éteint....

I dropped my MacBook pro on the floor around 1 meter height, it landed on its bottom part, the lid was closed but it was on. When I opened it the screen was black and I could hear the fan sound. I restarted it and it took around 8 minutes to start!! Every thing became very slow and freezing all the time, I'm trying to back it up but it's freezing every time! The two fingers tap is not working also :(
Does this mean that the hard drive is damaged or just needs to be fixed in its place properly?

Something broke. Accidental damage is not covered under Apple's warranty.
It could be just a couple of connecter knocked loose, or the logic board could be cracked.
Take it to Genius Bar to find out, and pray for loose connectors.

Mijn ervaring met de Apple helpdesk:
Ik kocht mijn MacBook Pro 17-inch-model in de week voor Kerst 2007. In december 2011 was de MacBook nog geen 4 jaar oud toen de kuren begonnen.
Ik had net een upgrade gedaan van OSX Snow Leopard naar Lion, en ik verweet Lion dat het meer gebruik maakt van geheugen en video: de laptop werd heet en de fan blies bij het minste of geringste. Met als gevolg dat de laptop hing (in jargon op internet fora: 'freeze of the screen').
Op enig moment ontstond dit verschijnsel al tijdens het opstarten. Soms moest ik wel 20 keer rebooten om de MacBook aan de praat te krijgen. Ik wisselde Memory chips op aanraden van iemand op een forum, batterij er uit start knop indrukken en battarij er weer in, maar niets hielp. Dit gebeurde steeds vaker en ik zocht op internet naar vergelijkbare kenmerken.
Alles wat er op internet over dit onderwerp te lezen valt heb ik gelezen.Die waren er in overvloed maar de relatie met de videokaart vond ik pas rond de Kerst 2011 toe iemand verwees naar bovenstaan artikel TS2377 op de Apple Website. De relatie werd mij duidelijk omdat de computer niet hangt: de harde schijf reutelde door maar de muis was onbewegelijk.
Begin januari ging ik twee weken op vakantie, maar bij thuiskomst kreeg ik de MacBook pro helemaal niet meer aan de praat. Ik baalde stevig omdat ik de MacBook pro voor mijn werk nodig heb zodat ik de laptop naar een door Apple erkende serviceprovider (AASP) bracht.
Wat blijkt? Had ik de MacBook pro een maand eerder gebracht dan wilde Apple de kosten van vervanging van het moederbord (waar de grafische processor op is gemonteerd) vergoeden. Sterker nog, de Apple helpdesk verklaart dat de computer geen dag later dan 4 jaar oud mag zijn om voor de regeling in aanmerking te komen.
Dus mensen die twijfelen: DIRECT contact opnemen met een door Apple erkende serviceprovider en die datum schriftelijk laten bastleggen als BEWIJS voor later! (advies van de Apple helpdesk)
Ik heb sterk het vermoeden dat door de hitte als gevolg van het gebruik van Lion, het soldeerwerk van de processor slechte verbinding is gaan maken. Dat de MacBook Pro 27 inch heet wordt is een algemeen bekend verschijnsel. Nog geen jaar geleden moest ik de bartterij vernieuwen (drie jaar na aaschaf), omdat deze deze zo bol ging staan dat het trackpad niet meer functioneerde. Maar Apple geeft helaas ook geen garantie op batterijen!
Ik betreur dat Apple geen coulance betracht met mijn - verder nog prima functionerende - MacBook Pro 17-inch met NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT-grafische processor. De eneige oplossing die ik nog zie is aanspraak maken op het 'consumentenrecht'. Ik adviseer iedereen dan ook contact op te nemen met de rechtsbijstandverzekering als Apple in deze casus niet meewerkt.

If your internal display works, it's not the nVidia problem. The language in the article you quoted states that a non functioning internal "or" external display is an indicator of the problem. That's a little misleading (and could be cause for confusion). In all cases, the internal display would have an issue. If you also happen to have an external display, it would experience an issue as well. If your internal display is functioning properly, your GPU is functioning properly. Of course that still leaves you with getting your external display working. Fortunately, the Bravia is a popular model and it is likely others here have used it and will hopefully chime in with their experiences.

A vrai dire c'est assez insupportable, surtout pour un MacBook Pro retina late 2013 à 2700 €. Autant sur safari que sur firefox, apercu, iphoto, tout. L'écran TREMBLE. Il ne lague pas. A part ça l'ordinateur fonctionne très bien, hyper rapide. Malgrès tout ce qu'il y a dedans, l'écran TREMBLE. C'est affreux.

je suis tombé par hasard sur ton post à propos du problème de trackpad qui se mettrait comme en veille au bout de 5 secondes. J'ai moi-même constaté le problème sur mon macbook pro 13" 2014 Retina que je viens d'acheter. Je suis retourné à la Fnac où je l'ai acheté et les 2 deux mac en démo ont également le même soucis, le 1er est un macbook 13 de 2013 non Retina et le 2ème est le même que le mien. J'en suis arrivé à la conclusion que se n'est finalement pas un problème mais plutôt comme une mise en veille du trackpad pour économiser de la batterie lorsque l'on ne touche plus la souris.
J'ai essayé de brancher un appareil sur le port usb comme tu l'avais dit pour faire disparaitre la chose et ça marche aussi chez moi.
est-ce que tu as du nouveau à ce sujet ? vu que ton post date du mois d'Aout.

j'ai un petit soucis sur mon macbook pro , je l'ai depuis 17 mois, et depuis ce soir lorsqu'il est branché et allumé, le chargement s'arrete et reprend continuellement , le voyant est orange , il passe au vert, il redeviens orange...etc. je precise que ça n'arrive que lorsqu'il est allumé ( lorsque je le charge eteint, tout se passe bien ).
je suis pas vraiment professionel, c'est mon premier mac, donc, j'espere que vous m'aideriez...

Macbook pro is not getting turn on and further when i press power button the green orange light suddenly changes to green again, moreover battery meter is not working

Last night my macbook pro gets off automatically when battery gets empty and in the morning it isn't turning on. When i connect the charger, the light on the charger turns green to orange (showing that it is charging) but when i press the power button it suddenly changes to green again. I thought there must not be any connection between the charger light and the power button. And battery meter was running fine.
When it tried this again and again the charger light disappear and battery meter also stops working, when i clearly observe it there is a very dim green light in the charger (not observable in the light) and the laptop is still not showing any change.
please help!

Macbook Pro battery is not charging but the battery meter is full

Hi guys!
I have a 19 months macbook pro. I've tried using 2 different AC adapter but my mac's battery is still at 0% and the status says "Battery is not charging". I think my battery is dead but the LED battery indicator on my battery shows 5 lights, means its at full power.
I've tried to disconnect the AC cable and remove the battery, then press the power button for 10 sec but nothing change when i start my mac again...i also tried to reset my PRAM ( i think ) by holding a cmdopt+PR while rebooting but it didn't help to solve the problem too. I also have the battery update 1.2 installed on my mac and the results is still the same.

I am having some strange battery behavior. I bought a FastMac TruePower Battery that is supposed to have extended capacity. Now when the battery dies, i plug in my MagSafe to charge it and it immediately says 'not charging', but then begins to charge. It either continues to charge and gets stuck at 80% or so and reads "calculating" in the menu bar, or just jumps between 'charging' and 'not charging'. The symptoms are very strange, and FastMac already sent this battery back saying it passes all of their tests. I do not want to send it back again because they charged me to send it back to myself even though it still does not work as advertised. I have my original Macbook Pro Apple battery which still charges fine, so i assume it is a problem with the battery based on a simple process of elimination.

Macbook Pro Retina 15" 2014 et Illustrator CC fluidité ??

Je viens d'acquérir un MBP Retina 15" haut de gamme (i7, 16gb de RAM, 512 SSD, GeForce GT 750M 2gb) avec un système parfaitement propre avec Photoshop et Illustrator CC d'installés. Ce dernier est terriblement saccadé (défilements/navigation/zoom/dézoom), même en créant un nouveau document. En gros, une page blanche, et ça rame. Partout ailleurs, l'ordinateur est une vraie bombe.
J'ai même essayé de formater en réinstallant OSX Yosemite (à jour) et uniquement les deux logiciels de la CC (à jour) et en désactivant le basculement automatique
Étrangement, pour Photoshop, pas de souci de fluidité.
J'ai aussi un iMac 27" non retina et pas de souci particulier sur Illustrator. La version Retina de la CC ne serait-elle pas optimisée ?
Auriez-vous une solution valable et acceptable à ce problème ?

J'ai téléchargé une démo d'un programme qui permet d'afficher des résolutions autres que celles du système (switchResX) et j'ai mis mon 15" Retina en 3840x2400px (si si...) et Illustrator est retrouve sa fluidité. C'est donc bien la gestion du HiDPI qui n'est pas optimisé sur Illustrator. Super.
EDIT 2 :
J'ai finalement trouvé d'où venait le problème. C'est lorsque l'on agrandit la taille de la fenêtre de travail. En se mettant en petit, c'est fluide. Plus on l'agrandit, plus ça rame. C'est donc un manque pur et dur d'optimisation car ce n'est pas le fond gris uni du plan de travail qui prend de la ressource.

I live between Morocco and Saudi Arabia and I already went to an Apple authorized dealer in Saudi Arabia for a problem I had with my previous MacBook Pro, and they told him I had to ship it to the US to get repaired, nothing they could do in the country. Probleme de plein ecran sur macbook pro retina

J'ai acheté mon macbook pro retina 13" en décembre. J'ai un problème lorsque je mets en plein ecran une video en streaming, seul un quart (en haut à gauche) de l'écran s'affiche. Je dois re-clicker jsuqu'à 10 fois pour que je puisse enfin afficher le mode plein écran.
Est ce que quelqu'un rencontre le même problème?
Quelles sont les solutions possibles?

Mon MacBook Pro bug, il est tres tres lent

Mon MacBook Pro ne marche plus ou presque. Il est comme gelé. Chaque opération, le moindre clic prend 15 à 20 mn pour se faire. Et cette rose qui tourne sans cesse.
Je ne sais pas quoi faire, j'ai déjà redémarré plusieurs fois..
Le problème à commencé quand j'ai cliquer deux fois sur une application pour l'ouvrir, j'ai eu un message et puis après tout s'est figé, j'ai éteint avec l'interrupteur et ça n'a fait qu'aggraver la situation
