Macbook shipping from China? When will it get here?

Hey guys I just ordered a macbook 2.0 ghz 1 GB ram 100 GB processor on Sunday and it said that it shiped today (24th) from SUZHOU China... I was wondering if anyone knows when it will get here and I live in California...

Mine took a little less than a week - 6 full days, 4 business days. I ordered it CTO - configured to order which means they had to swap out the 512MB or RAM and replace it with 2G-Ram then replace the 60G internal hard drive with a 120G hard drive, package up the addons: a dialup modem USB modem cable and DVI to VGA, DVI to DVI cables. I ordered it at 7:39am on May 16th and the promised delivery date was June 2nd. It's not even June yet! I did not order quick or overnight shipping - just regular Apple free FedEx shipping from China. Apple was fast!

Other than its landing points, no. But the tracking info will show when it arrives/departs the various locations. Please note though, that the updates will most likely not be real time. For instance, if you see that the plane landed in Anchorage, Alaska at 2 AM, it may have actually landed hours before that.

I'm giving Verizon the benefit of the doubt. I've read where some Lumia 920 and 925 users are experiencing major issues with their phones after receiving the update, so I'm choosing to believe that Verizon is extremely scrutinizing this update to ensure we don't have the same issues. Having said that, I WISH that Verizon would be honest with us customers and tell us what is going on with this update. Just because I choose to believe this is the case, doesn't mean it is and if it is the case, I would have a great deal more respect for Verizon. But the lack of communication to us customers regarding these updates is one of the main reasons AT&T recently BEAT VERIZON in a J.D. Powers customer satisfaction report! VERIZON, HEAR ME! Rather than comb through all these posts, I decided to just ask: when will my iphone be delivered? I ordered it online on february 10th at like maybe 4 am.... i received a confermation email, stating that "the estimated ship date for your order is by: 02/18/2011" along with an order reference number. when i click the link and enter the reference number, it tells me "We received your order and it is in process" and again that ,my estimated ship date is the 18th. After browsing the iphone posts on this forum however, I see people saying they expect to recieve their phone monday or tuesday. I am going out of town wed, is there hope for me?

you should get an email witht a tracking number when fedex or ups actually scans it in. "shipped" simply indicates that your phone has been picked up from the warehouse. it may or may not actually be en route to you now. you can try to call verizon and ask if they have a tracking number yet, as some people never got the email with their tracking # and their device just showed up.

I received mine today. From placing the order last Sunday, it shipped from China on Wednesday, and arrived at my doorstep this morning, Friday. Unbelievable. I didn't not even upgrade my shipping. I am so impressed with FedEx but there is no sense to pay them extra for priorty shipping since regular mode is so fast as it is.

Lightroom supports this camera's RAW photos. Use Lightroom 5.7.1

If your son actually ordered and paid for it in-store then he was given a ship date that it would either be arriving for in-store pick-up or a beginning date that it would be shipped to your house ( Jan 10th - Jan 18th ) etc. Since it was paid for upfront the only thing that would stop you getting it would be if Toshiba stopped producing it and Best Buy totally ran out at all its stores - otherwise Best Buy will do its best to fullfill your order. You can usually talk to someone directly by calling the store and they can check the status of your order for you. Hope this helps a little.

When will we get a fix for the Snow Leopard Compatibility issue?
I am growing impatient not being able to use cross dissolve or titles.
Its going to be a pain having to back out to OS 10.5. This is beginning to be like Windows Vista.

You don't say what "..Snow Leopard Compatibility issue.." you're having.
My titles and Dissolves - and everything else - work perfectly with iMovie HD 6 and with iMovie '09 in Snow Leopard.
Perhaps you need to revert to QuickTime 7 ..just in case you over-wrote QT 7 with Snow Leopard's own QuickTime X when you upgraded to SL.
QT7 and QT X both sit happily alongside each other in Snow Leopard ..you might want to give that a try.
But I have no problem with any aspect of iMHD6 nor iM09 (..and no trouble with "stills"..) using Snow Leopard on a "late '08" MacBook Pro.
I haven't yet installed SL (Family Pack) on my Mac Mini ..I'll let SL throw away my QT7 on that, and will see if that causes any problems with iMovie. If it does, I'll then download and re-install QT7 and see if that fixes any problems. But don't hold your breath ..I may report back tomorrow, but today I'm pretty busy! I'll do my best, though..

I have done with my cerifiction SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.0(C_TAW12_70)
on 25th feb 2011 and sucessfully completed with 88% of marks .But they are not provided any certficaton till now.do you have any idea when will I get the certificaton?

Hi CB,
I cleared my certification in BI on 4th Dec 2010 and received the certificate on 25th Feb, idealy it takes this much time and they will not give any other mail or nething which states that u have cleared the exam.
