Macbook Stolen . . security question

My macbook was stolen. I had a password on it; no automatic login, password to wake from sleep and screensaver. How easy is it to crack that password? What do we think? Would the thief want to rifle through my stuff (the thought makes me sick) or would he want to wipe it clean?
Meanwhile, I also had some disk images encrypted with passwords on there. I hope they're impossible to crack, right?

Go to: Apple Express Lane;
Under Product Categories choose iTunes;
Then choose iTunes Store;
Then choose Account Management;
Press Continue;
Now choose iTunes Store Security and answer the bullet questions, then click Continue;
Sign in with your Apple ID and press Continue;
Under Contact Options fill out the information and advise iTunes that you would like your security/challenge questions reset;

Stolen apple id. cant reset security questions!

hi! I just found out that my apple id has been stolen. I managed to reset the password and recovered it, but now I want to change the security questions that this so called "thief" entered in the settings. I cannot send an email for the answers, because this guy used a different email address as a backup. thats way theres no way I will be receiving those answers. and Im afraid I might loose my apple id to this guy again.

Bought a MacBook Pro for granddaughter for college and she cannot access the app store to purchase apps needed for class. Always gets security questions that she did not set up and therefore she is denied access. But it does show her redeemable balance.

I bought a 13" MacBook Pro for our college bound granddaughter. She cannot access the app store as she
gets security questions to answer that she never set up, and of course it won't let her purchase anything. She has
a redeemable balance, but can't get past the security questions and can't seem to find another way to circumvent this.
What can she do?

If she has trouble with the first advisor, she can always ask to speak to a senior advisor. However, AppleCare isn't really needed in cases like this, as the iTunes Store is quite familiar with accounts of this nature, and it's more of their speciality. Your daughter may want to contact them next time, but it's only email support at the moment (soon to change).

I have tried going through appleid.apple.com and when I click on security it asks for the same questions, but it doesn't say "If you've forgotten the answers to these questions click here." I need help, I have 30 dollars on my account and I can not use it!

You need to contact Apple. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team.
It isn't possible to change it without correctly answering at least two of the questions.

App Store won't allow me to answer security Questions

I'm trying to buy/download the Textual app from the app store on my macbook air. When I click the buy app button, it asks me to log in twice, the second time saying i need to answer my 3 security questions. Once i sign in the second time, it gives me this screen:
As you can see, it doesn't actually SHOW me the 3 security questions, just a blank portion of the screen. And when clicking continue, it gives me the red box saying i didn't answer them.
Is there some cache I can clear to get these to show up?
