How many machine can use the creative cloud licence?

    I just had my laptop that had one of my Creative Cloud licences running on it.
    I need to transfer THAT licence to another system, how do I do it???
    My PC is dead and I NEED that licence tranferred and can't deactive it.

    If you don't have access to activated Adobe CC apps on a defunct PC (in order to deactivate them and free up an activation) then, on your new computer, you can forcibly ("remotely") signout of all CC apps linked to your Adobe ID using the process described here. That should reset your total activation count to zero again.

    Hi,  I purchased a one year CC ( creative cloud ) licence last year. The licence period ended in April 2014. I have not renew it then.   Yesterday i renewed my licence for one month. However, i cannot activate it. The programs do not start.   Can you help?  Best regards  Halil

    Please check the app list from Explore Adobe desktop apps | Adobe Creative Cloud there are no products for life time trial, you will need to purchase within 30 days.

    As far as I know with Creative Cloud licence I can use DPS Single Edition. Is there any difference or restriction between annual commitment or monthly commitment?

  • Creative Cloud Licence status issue

    Hi,
    We've been using Creative Cloud for almost a year, no issues other than when we first set it up and had an out of data Creative Cloud admin tool which kept telling us we had to register within 15 days or lose access.  An upgrade was downloaded and installed, and all was well.
    Our subscription ends on the 10th May 2014, and I can login to the Creative Cloud website and the admin tool (for handling installs, updates etc) fine.
    What i cannot do is open any of the Creative Cloud apps I have installed.  When I do, I receive a pop up telling me the licence subscription is out of date and needs to be renewed.  I get an option to retry in 15mins, but have been doing that all day and no better.
    Please help, how can we get our apps back and use the remaining time on our subscription?  What's odd is we have two seats, mine has this issue but the other is working perfectly fine!

    Welcome to Adobe Forum,
    The CC has been activated twice. If you are trying to install & activate it on third machine or re-install, you need to deactivate it from one of the computer.
    To deactivate, please follow the steps in http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-deactivation-products.html#de activate-problem
    Since they can not be accessed, please download, install & try to activate, while activating for third machine, it will provide an option to deactivate from previous machine, please click on that option, it will let you activate it on the third machine.

  • I have a problem activating two different products Creative Cloud and Acrobat

    I have several subscriptions with my Adobe.com and Creative Cloud accounts. I manage a team in Creative Cloud and am a member of this team as well.
    Additionally, I have a separate subscription for Acrobat for a different user.
    I cannot see how I can activate the Acrobat licence separate to the Creative cloud licence. I understand that I can activate the Creative Cloud suite on two machines (one at work and one at home) When I then try to activate Acrobat only on a different machine, it tells me I have already activated on two machines and must re-set.
    I have the licencing for the two different products. How can I separate them?

    if you have more than one cc account you must have more than one adobe id, each associated with a different subscription cc account.  sign in to your cc desktop app using the adobe id you want associated with the cc programs and that particular computer.
    for your non-cc adobe products, do not install via the cc desktop app.  download and install outside the app and activate with your serial number.

    Hello,
    You need to deactivate any one of the machines and post that you can install it on a new machine.
    To deactivate :
    Step 1: Launch any application
    Step 2: Choose Help > Sign Out [Your Adobe ID].

  • Creative cloud problems after repairs

    I have this problem with my creative cloud where i had my laptop repaired and when i got it back i had to reinstall creative cloud. not such a problem on its own but my creative cloud now says that i do not have a licence for creative cloud but i do have one, i have also tried to re enter my installation code but it says that my code is already in use, what can i do to get my creative cloud licence back, or how can i get a new installation code?

    unless you did a proper reinstallation (no migration/time machine/restore/etc), that's what you should do.

  • Creative CLoud products unable to run after CC update

    Hi all
    I have a problem with Lightroom and Photoshop CS6 and CC. After updating to Photoshop CC yesterday none of the products would run. System is Mac OS Lion. Photoshop(both CC and CS6) comes up with this message:
    Configuration error
    A problem has occured with the licensing of this product. Restart your computer and re-launch the product.
    If this problem still occurs after restarting, contact Customer Support for further assistance, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.

    Lightroom doesn´t run either, prompting me for a license key, and my Creative Cloud licence key is not accepted.
    I have tried logging in and out of Creative Cloud, reinstalled Application manager, reinstalled Photoshop and repaired disk permissions, which were all ok.
    I am a bit stuck here, with clients waiting for me to deliver photos, so I would appreciate any help.

    I would recommend performing the below suggestions for your Win 7 pc.
    Turn off User Account Control : http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/disable-user-account-control-uac.html
    Create local administrator account | Windows 7, Vista -http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/create-local-administrator-account-windows.html
    Restart Windows in a modified mode | Windows 7, Vista - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/restart-windows-modified-mode-windows.html
    Check if any of that error helps.
