Mac OS X 10.9.5で、CS6を使用しているのですが、
Premiere、Media Encoderどちらもで書き出した
FLASH外読み用のflvに原因不明の読み込みエラーが起こってしまいます。
（ローカルでvlcでの再生は可能。サーバー上で負荷がかかってしまい、再生に問題あり。）
YosemiteのCS6では正常に再生されるので、
flvに問題があると思うのですが、OSによってこのような影響は生じるのでしょうか。
エラーがでる原因が知りたいです。

You need to download the full Mavericks installer from the AppStore. You need an Apple ID and you must claim the OS in your account. If you are already running 10.9.5 it will tell you so. Opt to download anyway. Inside the installer is the InstallESD.dmg.
However, this is an installer, not a "clone-able" image. If you are looking to make a clone, then boot from the Recovery partition and opt to reinstall the OS fresh. Or better yet, get an external drive and install Mavericks to the drive. Then add all your software and customizations that are not user or device specific. Once done, you can then capture a DMG can can be used to image other systems.

First off - yay.
In the little amount of time I have had to test, the first thing I notice is that the video out to my ext. monitor seems to lag by a few frames from the program monitor in Pr. AJA support is great in their help, but I'm wondering before I bother them, is anyone else seeing this - is there a setting to be tweaked?
Also, the video out is looking a touch soft to me - I have a Flanders Scientific Grade 1 monitor, so it is not the hardware. I may need to test this a bit more with other footage, but it was my first impression. Wonder if the settings here need to be tweaked as well.
I had visions that Transmit would output the hoverscrub, but it looks like you have to click on the clip and play back before it is displayed exernally. But, on second thought, I don't know how that would be utilized, since the video out would have to suddenly switch every time you hover your mouse over the clips in the bins.
Having said all that, I am thrilled to finally have this driver!

Radeon HD 5770 graphics card works perfectly with my MAC Pro 1,1 and Adobe CS6. However, Photoshop CC won't read the card drivers and says I need to reinstall them and disabled 3D funtions as a result. Anyone else with this issue?

Radeon HD 5770 graphics card works perfectly with my MAC Pro 1,1 and Adobe CS6. However, I upgraded to Adobe CC and Photoshop CC disabled some filters and 3D functionality. The preference panel for Performance/Graphics Card in Photoshop CC is greyed out and inaccessible and shows this message -
"Photoshop detected an error in your display driver. Update or reinstall the driver and check Use Graphics Processor to retry."
I still have Photoshop CS6 installed and it still works perfectly. Anyone else with this issue? Is there a driver update for this compatable with my setup?

after going round with this Adobe was able to find the fix....opened the "show content" folder for the application Photoshop CC (control click on the application folder) and navigate to the sniffer file and rename it by putting a tilda ~ in front of the name..." ~sniffer ", close and open PhotoshopCC...and voila, problem solved... Thankyou Adobe support

Can you provide any more information about the files that are causing the problems? Are these particularly large files? Many pages or images? Have you opened these files in Photoshop CS5, or other versions of Photoshop?
What do you see when you try to import these PDFs? Do you get the PDF Import dialog, allowing you to select pages or images from the PDF? Is so, is it hanging when you click OK or at another time?
Any more details about the problem or other info (as well as sample files) you can provide, the easier it will be for us to help identify the cause of your problems.

Creative Cloudは10.7から対応のようですが、10.6.8でも利用している人がいるがサポートは出来ないと言われ、こちらで質問するように言われました。

Mac OS X 10.8 + PPro CS6.0.1, AMD Graphics crash? Entire computer freezes

Today I experienced a series of bizarre full system freezes when editing in Premiere Pro CS6 (version 6.0.1). I was editing in a 1080p 23.967 sequence and had just added some keyframes to still images, and when I attempted to place the playback bar to preview the keyframing, my Mac completely froze immediately. Everything froze, not just Premiere Pro. Mouse cursor was the only thing under my control. I was forced to do a hard reboot.
Second attempt: I attempted to redo the image keyframing, since I didn't have a chance to save (nor have PPro auto-save). I did the exact same procedure and the system froze like before.
Third attempt: Thinking that for whatever reason, PPro didn't like this .jpg image, I saved it as a .PSD and reimported it into PPro. I was finally able to keyframe it, but then I attempted to playpack some clips in the timeline ahead of the images and the system froze again.
I restarted again, and luckily had saved my work after keyframing, and I went about the rest of my editing of my project. I avoided playback of the sequence near the parts with the still images. Everything was fine, and the video exported properly and looked great.
Between crashes I was able to sneak a glance at the Console, but unfortunately there are no crash reports to share. I was able to scroll back through the console messages and I saw a bunch of entries:

I had tons of these kernel entries repeated multiple of times right before the Console entrie for the system reboot message. From my uneducated guess at Console error, I'm guessing it has something do to with the GPU.
My system is an Early 2011 17" MacBook Pro 2.2Ghz Core i7, 16GB RAM, 480GB OWC SSD, AMD Radeon 6750M 1GB gpu. I'm running 10.8 and all my Premiere Pro media is being stored on FW800 drives.
Any ideas?

I can make my Mac (no cuda) crash by keyframing position on a 2500x1000 px .jpg and then turning off the position stopwatch.
PrP warns me that the keyframes will be deleted. when I accept, it crashes. This also "works" when I turn off the stopwatch on time-remapping.
yikes. Any thoughts?

My new Mac crashed. Have difficulties reinstalling CS6

My new mac crashed. They installed a new hard drive. I'm trying to reinstall my CS6, I have the serial number. But the systems says that the code is invalid. What must I do? Must also say that finding a download page is difficult... I know how to go to my Adobe id and find my products and serial number, but from there I don't find a download page. Plus, because of the crash, I can't deinstall the first version. Thanks for helping!

Is my Mac up to the task of CS6

I'm just trialling the CS6 apps before I commit to creative cloud. However, since I've installed Pshop, Illust and Bridge, my mac is running intolerably slow.
I'm running 10.7.4, Processor 2.93GHz Quad Core with 8GB 1066 MHz memory. Not the fastest I know, but it didn't give me any problems with CS4.
I'm willing to upgrade my processors, but is that really the issue? It seems to be affected every application too - switching between apps is a nightmare!

I since upgraded my memory cards to to 16GB (through a great site that runs a small program and tells you exactly what Memory to purchase for your Mac - http://www.crucial.com/mac/ ). I also backed up and emptied a lot of my harddrive (now running with an external drive & timemachine). Since that everything's been great without any issues. I've also kept my CS4 just as backup - so no need to delete that.
I think the whole thing was a memory issue. The only problem I have now is when some client are aren't running CS6 and a couple of adjustment layers (in PS) are incompatible - so make sure you check what others are running if you're collaborating! CS6 and the cloud system have been great.

I am trying to fix a date code issue. I am using Flash Pro CS6 on a Mac Pro (new round version) running 10.9.2. Page works OK until I save it - converting to later version of Flash - then the 4-digit year code mydate.getUTCFullYear(); returns only 3 digits, 014. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? Plenty of space in the dynamic text field.

I found the Embed (in the object's Properties pane) command and set the value as "Numerals" shortly after my post. That worked. Thank you for the confirmation. I am a novice in day 2 of trying to learn Flash, did not find a reference to embedding the text in any of the on-line forums.

a while ago we bought a site license for Adobe CS6 Mac ENG and we installed it without and problem. After a while one Mac came up that the license was expired and the program will go to trial mode. After we keyed in the serial number again, we could continue. This occured on several Macs already.
Also, op PC, we have a similar problem. After installation, I could work properly and after a period the program will not start up again. I don't get any error message at all. What can be the reason for this? How can we solve it?
