Mac Photoshop CC 「要求された操作を完了できません.ダイナミックリンクを使用できません.」のエラー

mac photoshopCCでタイムラインからメディアを追加で動画ファイルを読み込ませたいのですが、添付画像のように「ダイナミックリンクが使用できません」とエラーになります。
試しに全く同じバージョンphotoshopCCのimacで同じ操作を行ってみたらスムーズに動画ファイルを追加できました。
どなたかお分かりになられるmac、photoshopに詳しい方、なぜ」ダイナミックリンクを利用できません」と言うエラーが出て動画ファイルが追加できないのか解消方法を教えて下さい。

    I am having trouble getting photoshop.executeScript() to work on CS3/Mac. photoshop.executeScript is a simple wrapper for BridgeTalk and I want to call it from InDesign.
    I have seen reports of others being unable to get it to work. However, I have also seen reports of people doing InDesign/Photoshop cross DOM scripting.
    Using ESTK2 the following 1-line script works with target apps bridge, illustrator and indesign but not photoshop (unless photoshop is also the host):
    app.executeScript("alert((12345678).toString());");
    I would like to know whether this is a problem specific to my installation.
    I have also looked at how BridgeTalkIterator in the Bridge CS3 WasScriptLibrary.jsx does things and can't figure out how I might get photoshop.executeScript to work for me in InDesign.
    Any clues would be much appreciated...

    There is no app.executeScript function in PS.
    photoshop.executeScript('alert("testing")') works fine for me from ESTK2 and
    from in PSCS3 on XP.

    You had to reinstall CS6 after cancelling the CC as both were from the same Adobe ID. You can always use & keep both CC & CS6 together.

    MAC mini 10.4.11 installed CS3 design stantand
    i followed all step showed on readme.txt
    i have copyed the Kodak Photo CD folder to application:photoshop CS3:plugin:format file.
    But still cannot open *.PCD
    When run photoCD.plugin and choose photoshopCS3.
    it show "Unexpected error,error-10814".

    If you do a Get Info on the selected Photoshop icon in the Finder, you
    should see the
    "Open using Rosetta" box. I have no idea why you don't. Sorry.

    Muchas gracias por contestar. Desafortunadamente es un mac pro que ya no puedo actualizar a 10.7
    He resuelto el problema, después de instalar/desinstalar, pasar el Onyx, corregir permisos..... resulta que uno de los tif que tenía dentro de la carpeta estaba mal (no se copió entero o no se escribió bien, no sé) y aunque suene raro, a mi me lo parece, podía abrir los archivos de esa carpeta y trabajar con ellos, pero en cuanto abría el menú de guardar se cerraba ph .No sé el motivo pero al borrar ese archivo, todo a vuelto a la normalidad. Por cierto sobre 10.6.8 me va fenomenal

    I have been reading several posts throughout the forums and would like to confirm a few things on the best MAC/Photoshop CS3 set up.
    Here are my specs:
    MacPro 2 x 2.8 Ghz Quad-Core Intel Xeon - MAC OS 10.5.4
    PS CS3 10.0.1 (Full CS3 as well)
    18 GB 800 Mhz DDR2 FB-DIMM
    Internal Drive 1 = 320GB from Apple, partitioned in half. 50% OS, System Drive, Applications, etc. 50% Scratch disc.
    Internal Drive 2 = 320GB Hitachi Main Media/working Files
    External Drive 1 = 750GB GTECH SATA II, 7200 RPM/16MB cache - Secondary Freelance Media/working Files
    External Drive 2 = 1TB Maxtor, 1 Touch. I'm not too fond of this drive, but I have it and use for a dedicated B/u, Super-Duper and Time Machine. (FYI - I also have an off-site b/u server)
    I believe I have searched and read most of the recent posts on the subject. But, maybe I missed something. If so, please provide a link. Here are the two that I thought were most relevant to my question.

    What I do primarily with the system:
    Graphic Design for both print and the website design. Occasionally very large files for vehicle wraps and/or large format banners.
    New on the horizon: HD Video Editing/Final Cut. I know that is another forum. But if you have experience with that, please chime in. If necessary, I can take that part of the conversation to another forum. My primary focus is performance with CS3, most of my time being spent in PS.
    So, here is my questions:
    1) Is my current set up the best for PS CS3 performance?
    2) Have I missed anything?
    3) Can/should I reduce the scratch disc size? Is this size overkill?
    19GB Ram, Set PS Memory Usage to 100% "Available-Memory Allowance"
    150GB dedicated scratch disc

    A Quick Update:
    I did not touch either of the external drives. While I was deciding on what to do, another situation arose; Remember part of my original post, "New on the horizon: HD Video Editing/Final Cut."? Well this has come to a head and I needed to move forward on this. After a bit of research, I quickly realized I had a bigger problem... Disc space HD Video Editing. This forced a new purchase of two internal 1 TB Drives.
    Here is the adjusted set up;
    (2) 23" HP2335's
    MacPro 2 x 2.8 Ghz Quad-Core Intel Xeon - MAC OS 10.5.4
    18 GB 800 Mhz DDR2 FB-DIMM
    Internal Drive 1 = 320GB from Apple, Dedicated System Drive, Applications, etc.
    Internal Drive 2 = 320GB Hitachi partitioned in half. 50% Main Media/working Files, etc. 50% Scratch disc.
    Internal Drive 3 = 1TB Seagate Barracuda - (awaiting set recommendation. Slotted as FCE Scratch)
    Internal Drive 4 = 1TB Seagate Barracuda - (awaiting set recommendation. Slotted as FCE BU until an external is available)
    External Drive 1 = 750GB GTECH SATA II, 7200 RPM/16MB cache - Personal Freelance Media/working Files
    External Drive 2 = 1TB Maxtor, 1 Touch. I'm not too fond of this drive, but I have it and use for a dedicated Time Machine B/U. (FYI - I also have an off-site b/u server)

    Photoshop CC 2014.02.25現在のバージョン14.0から最新バージョン（14.2?）にアップデートしようとしています。
    Photoshopの「ヘルプ」メニューの「アップデート..」はグレーアウトしてクリックできません。
    Creative Cloudアプリでは「最新」の表示になっています。
    Photoshopをアンインストールして再インストールしても14.0がインストールされます。

    Bridge CC　2014.02.25現在のバージョン6.0.0.151から最新バージョン（6.0.1?）にアップデートしようとしています。
    Bridge CCの「ヘルプ」メニューの「アップデート..」をクリックすると、
    「Bridgeのアップデートを確認できません。　この失敗の原因で最も可能性が高いのは、インターネットに接続できないことか、非管理者ユーザーとしてログインしていることです。」というエラーになります。
    ログインは管理者でしています。
    念のため「システム環境設定」＞「セキュリティとプライバシー」でファイアウォールを切にしましたが、同じ現象でした。
    どうすれば最新版にアップデートできますでしょうか？

    解決致しました。
    まとめ；
    ・Photoshop CCを一旦アンインストールしインストールし直すと古いバージョンの14.0がインストールされてしまう
    ・Photoshopの「ヘルプ」メニューの「アップデート..」はグレーアウトしてクリックできず、Creative Cloudアプリでは古いバージョンであるにもかかわらず「最新」の表示がされる
    ・OS(10.8.5)を新規インストールした同一Mac上の別ボリュームにPhotoshop CCをインストールしたところ最新バージョンの14.2.1がインストールされた。
    →既存ボリューム上の何らかのAdobe関連ファイルが影響していると推測
    ・チャットサポートより新規ユーザアカウントでのインストールを提案されたので実行
    →現象は変わらず古いバージョン(14.0)がインストールされる
    ・問題のボリュームはCS4（正規版）、CS6（体験版）がインストールされている環境にCC（正規契約）をインストールしたもの
    ・Photoshop CS4, Photoshop CS6,Creative Cloudアプリ,CCをすべてアンインストールしてからCreative Cloudアプリ,Photoshop CCをインストールし直しでも現象変わらず
    解決した方法；
    Adobeのアプリ・関連ファイルを全て削除し、Photoshop CCのインストールをやり直したところ、これまで見たこと無かった「アップデートしています」がCreative Cloudに表示され最新バージョンの14.2.1がインストールできました。
    続けてBridge CCもインストールして最新バージョンになりました。

    おそらくAdobe関連ファイルのいずれかでアップデートが阻害されていたものと思われます。
    そのファイルを特定できませんでしたので、全削除して再インストールという作業になりました。

    I am finding that when using photoshop cs6 on a mac and when saving files as png or web files - the options panel displays as black and you are unable to see any of the options.

    Boilerplate-text:
    Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
    Are Photoshop and OS fully updated?
    As with all unexplainable Photoshop-problems you might try trashing the prefs (after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved and making a note of the Preferences you’ve changed) by keeping command-alt-shift pressed on starting the program or starting from a new user-account.
    System Maintenance (repairing permissions, purging PRAM, running cron-scripts, cleaning caches, etc.) might also be beneficial, Onyx has been recommended for such tasks.

    Weeding out bad fonts never seems to be a bad idea, either. (Validate your fonts in Font Book and remove the bad ones.)

    If 3rd party plug-ins are installed try disabling them to verify if one of those may be responsible for the problem.

  • Communication problem in Mac Photoshop 11.0.1 (CS4)

    I’m using OS10.6.3 Mac, and recently Photoshop can not detect CanoScan 8600F (scanner):  I see 8600F in the import menu in Photoshop vers. 11.0.1, but when I select it, I get an error message saying that ‘Cannot communicate with scanner. Cable may be disconnected or scanner may be turned off.  Check Status.  Scanner driver will be closed.  155.0.0’ - I then click the OK button to close the alert and Photoshop freezes with spinning colored ball and I need to force quit the app.  I reinstalled the entire Adobe CS4 as well as 8600fosx12131ej4.dmg, cstbosx5014ej4.dmg, and cstb50oposx101en.dmg, but problem persists.  Curiously Canon’s Scanner Toolbox and Arcsoft Photostudio work fine with scanner. 
    I should mention that I replaced the OS hard disk and used Migration Manager to import previous apps and the like.  Before reinstalling CS4, I uninstalled CS4 and deleted all CS4 files from preferences and application support per a suggestion on the web.  When I ran Adobe CS4 Clean Script, it reported that there was nothing to delete.
    Please advise since I'm out of ideas.  Thanks.

    Ahh.... now we're getting somewhere.
    When it works under one user and not under another..... it's permissions.
    You need to check out AppleJack.
    You run it in Single User mode and it deep cleans the system cache, and repairs permissions at the Unix Kernel level.
    Find it at sourceforge.net
    There are instructions for installing and using it.
    I'd say there's about an 85% probability that after AppleJack, your scanner will return.
