Yes you can block availability control checking from OPJK tcode.
In OPJK you will find 2 business function one is availability check in creation time and second one is for release time..
Select go to detail in material availability tab there are option u can activate and deactivate availability control

You are basically limited to what Apple deigns to offer.
Try LibreOffice [free] which has a huge selection of languages.

Authorization check in LDB PNP

Hi All,
I am using logical database PNP in my report program and GET PERNR to fill the infotype tables. Infotype level authorization checks are performed but not Org data level (organizational assignments). The role assigned to me has access to data of specific personnel areas but I am able to retrieve data of all personnel areas (this was maintained in the authorization object P_ORGIN).
I read the level of simplification should have a value 1 in the authorization object P_ABAP for Org Level authorizations to be performed. I have updated my role but still org level authorizations are not performed.
Can you please let me know if any special setting are to be done like in Tcode OOAC or set some flags/parameters in the report program to perform org data level authorization.
Any information provided will be really helpful.

A separate ID was created in an environment similar to production and proper authorization were assigned to it (I mean roles with authorization objcts P_ABAP - level of simplfication 1 and P_ORGIN - restricting based on personnel area). Still Org level authorizations were not performed while using the LDB PNP. Is there anything I am missing?

Application Express XE Installation: Switch off Swap Check

Hello
I am trying to install XE into a Parallels Container 6.7 (VPS).
I have created the container Oracle Linux template.
Oracle XE requires a SWAP setting. In a Parallels Container installation you cannot set a SWAP ... That on the service hardware.
Look through the forums I can see you can switch off the Swap Check for a full Oracle Linux installation

I just found the solution ... In Parallels Containers 6.7 the Swap parameters is now available
vzctl set xxx ram 4g swap 2g --save

How to switch off solution checks

Hello. I have a problem. When I link support message to solution in Context tab, the system perform checks of linked solution. And there are a lot of error message in Support message appears, like this:
'Business process not available, check your entry'
'Business process step not available for business process &1'
'Software component not available, check your entry'
How to manage this checks or how to switch of this checks?

I have fixed this problem myself. It ocures due to deactivation of PPF actions releted with questionary.

Switch off spell checking during typing permanently

Hello,
I hate it if half of the text is marked red when I am writing a text. Everytime I'm unchecking "Spell check while typing" in the Edit menu (don't know the correct english entry; its "Während der Texteingabe Prüfen" in the german version) the option is turned on again after restarting the program (e.g. TextEdit).
Is there a way to switch this option permanently?

As you probably know there are a lot of words that no dictionary understand. Especially if you mix swedish and english in the same documents, and also mix a lot of programming language.
Eg, some words that are underlined in my Stickies now:
Textwrangler, annoying, default, Omnifocus, Omnifocus-inställningar (which means Omnifocus-preferences), hibernatemode, Flash, and so on...
All my life I've never had any problems with spelling and I don't think I need the computer to tell me when I'm wrong, when I know I'm not (I'm not that good with english grammar though, as you may notice).
Bottom line: If I want to turn off a preference on my computer, I want it to be turned off.
There is a solution from 2008, I was hoping that Apple had fixed this...

Skipping Authorization check in LDB

Hi Experts,
I have developed a report using PNPCE LDB which displays organizational data and data from infotypes 0000,0001,0006,0017,0019,0020,0027,0105,0315 in the form of ALV.
Currently, if the person who runs the report doesnt have authorization for any of the above infotypes, the report completely errors out with message 'No authorization for infotype xxxx' . this happens in GET PERAS in method CHECK_MIN_INFTY_AUTHORIZATION of class CL_HRPAD00AUTH_CHECK_STD.
but my client wants the different functionality. If the person who is running the report doesnt have authorization for any particular infotype (for ex 0002) then data from that infotype should not appear in the output but data from other infotypes for which he has authorizations should be displayed.(error message should not be displayed).
Please suggest me how to meet above requirement.

Answer: Switing off the Av Ck at Schedule line level over writes the settings in the Checking Group.

Answer:
Schedule line will be determined in order based on Item category and MRP. If MRP is no planning, then the schedule line determined will have No Av Ck and the ATP is not checked during order processing and stock gets confirmed itrrepective of the stock available or not.

Turning off spelling check

Is it possible to completely turn off the spelling check feature of Mac OS X, globally for all applications? This is because I often type in various languages, and because I just don't like those red lines appearing all the time. Each time I enter a new application, I have to turn it off!
Since this is a feature of Mac OS X, all those apps are using, is isn't it possible to just turn it off allover?

Me too, (or me three or whatever). In some applications--my current example being OmniOutliner Pro--you seem to have to turn off the spellcheck every time you open a new document. I have solved the problem in OO, I think, by adding it into the global template, but it keeps popping up in other applications that don't have their own separate spellcheck. Surely there's a way to do this???

LDB PNP authorization check at record level - rp_provide_from_last

i am using LDB PNP,
I am using macro 'rp-provide-from-last' .
I neeed to place a authorization check so that the user of the program should only be allowed to view records of the people which comes under the same personnel area as of the user of the program.
Can you please guide me on how to implement this?

Actually, if you're wirting report with PNP LDB, you do NOT need to do this hard-coded auth checking at all. Because the LDB abap code behind PNP has already do this job for you.
So all you need to do is to ask you HR consultant or Basis consultant to modify the authority config of certain ROLE with t-code PFCG, and then assign that ROLE to certain user with t-code SU01.
ABAP code behind PNP will automatically verify the current user according to his ROLE setting.

In some case you do not work with LDB report, then you need to do the authority check by yourself. General function AUTHORITY_CHECK is what you need. AUTHORITY_CHECK do the authority check by means of Authority Object.Belows are authority objects used in HR module(you can also see in PFCG if technial name switched on):
P_ORGIN    HR: Master Data
PLOG       Personnel Planning
P_PCLX     HR: Clusters
P_TCODE    HR: Transaction codes

LDB PNP authorization check authorization object

I have used LDB PNP for HR reports.
We are using the authority check also, but the problem is all the records/data for all the people is being read by the report where some of the people data should not have been read as they belong to some other personal area that the role of the executer (user).
Hence it appears that authorization check is not working properly.
Following is how I am using it, Please suggest corrections or alternate way to correct this issue.

How to turn off the authorization checks for a object in infoproviders?

Hi - how can I turn off the authorization check for an object (ex: 0orgunit) in infoproviders?
I have 0orgunit as an authorization-relevant object and is used in one of the cubes. When reports are run for this cube, this is causing authorization issues. The object is present in other cubes also but I have to remove or turn off the authorization check of this cube alone. How to do this? Please help.

Srinivas, is right , however in BI7 the correct transaction is RSECADMIN and not RSADMIN.
In BW3.5, use RSSM transaction to do thins.
OR
Go to transaction RSECAUTH ---> Choose the authorization object that has been created for org unit(and has been assigned to the user). Go to change mode. Remove the cube from the dimension 0TCAIPROV
If you are using old authorization concept in 3.5 or in 7.0
Go to RSSM. In the checks for infoprovider, enter your infoprovider name. Choose change.Here you will see a checkbox to switch off the authorization.

Material availability u2013 can the material availability check be switched off during dispatching of production order but kept when order is created?
Is there any implications on availibilty check.
How can we do this?

If you want to do Material Availablity Check only at the time of order creation , please choose Availability Check Business Function 1 with your order type /plant combination .Keep No Check in Capacity and do not assing the Overall Capacity Profile Here .
Where as keep the Capacity Overall Profile for Production Order Type with Availablity Check -2 and Mark No Check to material availablity option in the same .
In OPKP -make sure that you have Capacity Profile assinged and do not mark Confirm Partial Available Qty .
How ever , in capacity requirement , material availablity is the intregrated part and while dispathcing production order with in the available capacity of any operation in work centre , system tries to make sure the materials are available for processing just before actual operation starts .
Check in CM21-Setting-Strategy -Dispatch Control -Check if you have option to un-check the Material Availability .

Since other millions of people updated and do not have that problem - it means one of two.
1.Your friends lied to you and do not have that problem and in that case only your installation of ios7 got corrupted and you need to restore your phone.
2.Your friends didn't lie to you and all 4 of you need to restore phones (that way reinstalling ios 7 properly)
here are instructions for restore and you may have to backup before restore.
