Made a big purchase yesterday and didn't get credited my Shopkick points

So, I was in the Roseville, Best Buy location yesterday afternoon, and I made a big purchase.  I told the clerk ahead of time I wanted to get points for both Shop Kick and Reward zone, and that I had some gift certifcates and reward zone certificates to use.
As clerks there have said before - "no problem".
Well guess what - Big problem.
He asked about my shopkick phone number - gave it to him.  Asked about my reward zone phone # - gave it to him.
Gave him the gift cards and reward zone certificates.
Everything is great.  I say thanks, and leave.
I get home, log into my account to make sure the points posted - and nothing there.
I look at the receipt - and he doesn't have my shopkick account on there.
This happens EVERY time I go into Best Buy.  How am I supposed to fix this?  Take my entire purchase back in - have them return it and then re-ring it?  I also bought a cell phone - I dont' even think they can return those and re-ring them (because of the activation hassle).
AND  - to top it off - I'm STILL NOT receving any reward zone promotional emails.  Even though I worked with someone on here as well as over the phone (3 times and still waiting for a call back) to get it corrected.

Shopkick is a great way for customers to earn some points to redeem for gift cards at a variety of stores! I can see why you would be upset that your shopkick wasn’t attached to the purchase, especially if it was a significant one. Unfortunately, the only way to add the points would be to return and re-ring the purchase. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
In regards to your My Best Buy™ promotional emails, I see that Derek addressed this issue with you previously. As he stated in his public post, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a My Best Buy™ related email, although there are ways to increase your odds. These steps include ensuring your email address is up-to-date and that you are opted into receive such emails. Presently, I was able to review your account using the email address registered with the forum. I see that the email address is still the same as the one you provided Derek, and that you are opted in for emails.

    You can cancel an iCloud storage upgrade but only within 15 days of buying:
    Apple seem to have made this as difficult as possible. You may be able to do this using http://expresslane.apple.com -  click 'See all products and services',  then 'More Products and Services, then 'iCloud', 'Account and setup' then 'This topic is not listed'. Explain the situation in the box provided and wait for a response - include a phone number. However you may find you cannot proceed without entering a hardware serial number which is still eligible for AppleCare.
    In that event you will need to phone them directly, using the Apple Online Store number given at the bottom of this page. The first person you speak to may tell you to do it from the iCloud website but this is not possible. Politely insist on escalating the issue to a more senior person and eventually you should be able to get through to someone who can deal with this (you may have to wait for them to call you back) - you will be asked security questions and for part of your credit card number to identify yourself.

    a couple others like/ch1/WEB-INF/classes/Ch1Servlet.class and /ch1/WEB-INF/web.xml. The WEB-INF folder is not public accessible, so forget about that part.

    Please notice that the "Thank you for your order." page that appears after you complete the online purchase contains the necessary key. If you printed the page or still can view it (perhaps by tracking your order), look in the "Order Summary" table near the bottom where it says "iWork '08 Trial - Serial Number" there is a "Key" below the "Part Number". This key is of the form (at least for mine):
    xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx
    This is what can be entered into Numbers to unlock the trial. You do not need to wait for the email.

    i assume you are talking about an iCloud storage upgrade? If the purchase has gone wrong you'll need to take it up with Support.
    iCloud support is tied to your hardware serial number: you might do better to try iTunes Store support. Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; select 'All Products and Services' in the first column, 'iTunes' in the second column and then 'iTunes Store' in the third column.
    If they won't help you, then try iCloud Support.
    To contact  iCloud Support: if you currently happen to have AppleCare, either because you recently bought Apple hardware or have paid to extend the inititial period, you can contact them here:
    http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/
    You will need the serial number of the covered hardware.
    If you are not covered by AppleCare, then - in common with other free services - there is no free support and you may initially be asked to pay a fee, but as this is a purchase issue you should be able to persuade them to deal with it without charge.

    Which operating system are you running on?
    If a windows system, use Windows Explorer to find the following file.
    "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 13\PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe"
    Try double clicking on it to run the editor directly rather than using the Welcome screen.

    I just purchased ExportPDF and I cannot get the website to load on my computer to sign in.  I tried to export a PDF to convert from the program on my computer and get the "An error occurred while signing in" message.  The tab for the website is the only Adobe page I cannot load.

    Thank you so much for the help.  I had to enter my complete email address using me.com added to my sign in name and then after I got to the next page to enter the settings, I changed the address to not include the me.com information.  From there everything went through just fine.  This ended about a week of frustration trying with many folks at the Verizon Store to help me.  I'm so grateful for your help.

    ‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
    Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
    I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
    Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
    1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
    2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
    3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
    4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
    5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
    6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
    7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
    8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just cancelling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
    If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.
