Magic canvas photo software will not interface with snapfish

Question

I have a touchsmart pc 520-1047c.  I have windows 7. When in the magic canvas photo program there is a button to link to snapfish.  you must put your snapfish user id and password.  Even though I am entering the correct information, I am receiving a message that the log in failed. I tried to report this error to HP support, but they had me remove the magic canvas software, and then try to restore it.  Long story short, it cannot be reinstalled without doing a system restore.  They also had me remove and restore the magic canvas photo program.  These actions did not fix it.  I am 100 percent sure that I am entering the correct log in info.  Any ideas on this?
I aslo have a problem with the magic canvas music program.  I have all my itunes purchased and converted cd's in my itunes library.  The music program sees all of my albums, both converted and purchased, but won't play the purchased ones.  The message is that itunes can't be found.  This is a new installation of itunes 10.6.3.  This problem may be caused by the newer itunes version not being compatible with the latest music program.
Both of these problems aren't deal breakers since I can post to snapfish directly within snapfish, and I can play my itunes purchased music within itunes, but I think that these softwares should be updated to fix these problems.

Let me start off by saying that I'm not entirely versed in the magic canvas software, but want to see if we can come to some kind of resolution.
With that being said I'm relying on this support documention in regards to using the Touchsmart photo application and uploading to Snapfish.

From my understanding of reading the section where it starts talking about snapfish ( HP TouchSmart Photo ) there are other options available, Facebook and Flicr. Do those accounts work? If you create a new snapfish account (not ideal, but it at least helps us isolate the issue) does it work?
As for your music issue. So all music you have purchased in itunes doesn't get seen by the music application. Do you happen to know if these are DRM protected files? You say it may be a new installation of itunes 10.6.3, do you know if they worked on previous versions of itunes?
