Magic Charger  Mobee for Magic Mouse doesn't work with Mac OS X lion Mountain

The Magic Charger  Mobee for Magic Mouse  Apple
with Mac OS X lion Mountain
makes connections overflows and stops the system work.
What could I do, other that disconnect Magic Charger?

When you say you cannot add the printer, with the Add Printer pane open, is the 6250 visible in the Default Add Printer view? If no then it could be the USB cable at fault and I suggest you try another cable.
If the printer is visible but the Mac fails to locate a driver when you select it then you may have to trash the contents of the BJPrinters folder (HD > Library > Printers > Canon) and then run the iX6250 driver installer again.

iPhone 5 doesn't work with Mac OS 10.5.8 - do I need to ugrade to 10.6 and then upgrade to Mountain Lion or can I just upgrade to Mtn Lion right away?

At least to 10.6.8. You must do this to upgrade to Mountain Lion.
    Upgrading to Snow Leopard
You can purchase Snow Leopard through the Apple Store: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard - Apple Store (U.S.). The price is $19.99 plus tax. You will be sent physical media by mail after placing your order.
After you install Snow Leopard you will have to download and install the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1 to update Snow Leopard to 10.6.8 and give you access to the App Store. Access to the App Store enables you to download Mountain Lion if your computer meets the requirements.
         Snow Leopard General Requirements
           1. Mac computer with an Intel processor
           2. 1GB of memory
           3. 5GB of available disk space
           4. DVD drive for installation
           5. Some features require a compatible Internet service provider;
               fees may apply.
           6. Some features require Apple’s iCloud services; fees and
               terms apply.
    Upgrading to Mountain Lion
To upgrade to Mountain Lion you must have Snow Leopard 10.6.8 or Lion installed. Purchase and download Mountain Lion from the App Store. Sign in using your Apple ID. Mountain Lion is $19.99 plus tax. The file is quite large, over 4 GBs, so allow some time to download. It would be preferable to use Ethernet because it is nearly four times faster than wireless.

  • Apple Keyboard with number pad doesn't work with Mac Pro?

I have a Mac Pro, and have used an Apple Keyboard with a number pad (not bluetooth) with it for quite a while, with no problems. But then my keyboard broke and I ordered a replacement Apple Keyboard with a number pad (not bluetooth). This keyboard doesn't work with my Mac Pro. I have it plugged in, but I can't get the Mac Pro to consistently recognize that there is a USB keyboard connected to it. What magical stuff do I have to do to get the keyboard to be fit for purpose?

It would not hurt to try an SMC Reset. (But if it does not help, it adds credence to lllaass assertion that the keyboard is not working.)

  • Lexmark scanner doesn't work with mac os x

I have a problem with my scanner lexmark p4330. For two weeks now it doesn't work with my imac. I have the imac os x 10.7.5.
When I try to scan, my printer displays "the all in one driver did not respond" and in Image Capture it displays "lexmark language error".
I updated my softwares, there's one for lexmark but I can't install it and I don't know why!
    Can someone help me please?

Mmm. Not sure what's going on. Has scanning ever worked with the OS you are currently running?
A couple of suggestions (my last two I think as I'm running out of ideas ). I realise that your problems are only with scanning, but sometimes resetting the printing system resloves printing problems. I wonder whether it will help with the scanning issue given that Print & Scan are lumped together in System Preferences. To do it go to:
System Preferences>Print & Scan, Control+Click or Right Click on the printer on the left and select 'reset printing system'. All printers will be deleted and need to be added again using the '+' button.
If that doesn't help my last suggestion is to download the paid for app VueScan (which you can run in demo mode for free) to see whether it works or not. VueScan is very good and driving numerous types of scanners:

  • Need a driver for HP DeskJet 812C to work with Mac OS X 10.8.5

Our Mac (desktop) has OS X 10.8.5 - we would like to use a perfectly fine older printer (yes, it IS older - but cannot afford to replace it at this time).  I got so far with a download only to discover that it "no longer works with a Power PC" - isn't there a basic driver to use for the time being so we can print?  This printer is a HP DeskJet 812C.
We also have an older HP OfficeJet G85 - we receive the same message about "not working with a Power PC" - is there  a generic driver to use either of these printers until we purchase a new one?  We are not expecting all the printer features - just print text on paper.
Thanks for advice/help with our problem!

    Hi needs_opinion,
Although I would like to help, there is no way of getting either the Deskjet 812c or the HP Officejet G85 to work with Mac OS X 10.8. Now I know you said you are not in a position to get a newer printer at this time, but please consider calling HP. I believe they may be able to help.
The technical department may be able to offer you a disount on a newer model, like a trade in trade up option, or the sales department could offer you a single function low end printer at a good price that will do the simple task of printing.
Here is an example of what could be available, this is from the US shopping webiste, hpshopping.com
The number to call HP is 1-800-474-6836 for Canada and US, or you can Contact HP Worldwide.
The only other option is to connect one of the printers to an older operating system. Even if you had an older Windows PC.
Good luck with whatever you decide.

  • Magic mouse doesn't work with new batteries

my magic mouse green led light won't turn on after putting in new batteries. I've changed the batteries a few times with no problems, but now it won't work. Can my mouse be defective/broken only after a few months??

I have exactly the same issue.  Whenever I replace the batteries in my magic mouse I have a few days of constant disconnections.  At first it's very annoying and the mouse disconnects every 3 minutes or so.  It reconnects automatically in about 15 seconds but it's a huge pain.  After a couple of days the connection seems to smooth out and become very stable. My guess is that it is something to do with the actual BlueTooth radio and that the signal strength might actually be too high at first.  One note is that I have a magic mouse that I use with an iMac and that never seems to have the trouble, but the mouse that I've used with my laptops has always had this problem even with a couple of different laptops.  It might be the mouse, but it also could be that when I'm using my laptops the mouse is only a few inches from the computer, but on the desktop the mouse is probably 2 feet from the computer.
Seems like it's a radio issue to me.

  • KVM switch w/ usb i/o for keyboard mouse doesn't work [Solved]

    Edit:
This problem appears to have magically disapeared.  I'm still not sure why it happened or why it has ceased.
    Hello Everybody,
I'm not sure why this is happening, but I've got a KVM switch that used to get "automagically" detected as "a no-brand KVM switch" on boot-up that has ceased working.  I don't get this "no brand KVM switch" detected on boot-up anymore, but I can use the VGA part of the switch, at least, however the keyboard and mouse don't work unless plugged directly into the computer.
Below I've attached the result of
    dmesg | grep --context=3 usb
    dmesg | grep kvm
    returns no result.
The most signifcant thing seems to be:
usb 1-2: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 7
    usb 1-2: device descriptor read/64, error -71
    usb 1-2: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 1-2: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 8
    usb 1-2: device descriptor read/64, error -71
    usb 1-2: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 1-2: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 9
usb 1-2: device not accepting address 9, error -71
usb 1-2: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 10
usb 1-2: device not accepting address 10, error -71
hub 1-0:1.0: unable to enumerate USB device on port 2
I've googled this, and somewhere it was suggested this mean the usb device is not drawing power.  The only thing that has happened that I can imagine as being the culprit between function/dysfunction here is that there was a power outage (circuit breaker tripped), and though my computers were on battery-backup, the monitor is not.  I don't suppose that this could have messed up the switch?
Note this problem is uniform across 3 computers, 2 which have recently run a system update, but the 3rd has not recently run an update, this is not an Xorg problem, "K and M" don't work in either console or X.
Any help would be appreciated.  Below as, mentioned previously, is the output of
    dmesg | grep --context=3 usb
included on the off-chance that someone sees something significant there.

i'm sorry, but this is all software related then. if you haven't already, run disk utility a few times to try to correct the error. otherwise, you should back up your info immediately if you can. if you can access another mac you can do that with firewire target disk mode. http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=58583. the other mac has to have built-in firewire. then you can try to repair the directory with a third party utility like diskwarrior or techtool pro. if it cannot solve the problem, or if you do not want to spend the money on the software, you have no choice but to erase and install your operating system. do you already have your info backed up?? it's always a good idea. keep us posted as to how it's going for you or if you have any further questions. • My Apple USB mouse is not working with Mac OS X 10.6.8

    Any ideas?
My USB Mighty Mouse is no more working with my Mac (OS X 10.6.8). I haven't used it for long, but now it doesn't work anymore.
When I plug it into the USB port, Mac does recognize it but it seems like frozen. Red light under the mouse is on, but no signs from the mouse.
I checked in the system profiler and the mouse appears among the USB hardware, as

  • Camera Raw 5.7 doesn't work with MAC Elements 6

    RAW 5.7 doesn't work on Elements 6.
5.6 works fine, placing the plugin in the /PLUG-INS/CS3/FILE FORMATS and starting Elements 6 and trying to open a raw file says
Unable to use camera raw plugin
It is not compatible with this version of Photoshop Elements
I have read the 5.7 raw read-me and it definitely says that it is compatible with MAC Elements 6 could somebody confirm this?

Thank you, another case of big corporations screwing over the little guy. You want the latest update - you have to upgrade your complete software package. Wouldn't it be nice if they made the plugin compatible with the products as stated in their documentation and then posted a note saying that further updates will not be compatible?
After all, windows users got a version 7, us poor MAC users didn't!
    Anyway thanks for the answers.

  • Download doesn't work with MAC 10.4.11 and i just noticed my Firefox is 2.0.0.6

    Hi,
I tried downloading the free Firefox. As soon as I clicked on it a message popped up and said it wasn't compatible with my Mac.
My Mac is 104.11 and I cannot afford to buy another computer right now. The screens say it is compatible with MAC 10.4.11...
    Any suggestions

Sadly, Firefox no longer includes support for MacOS 10.4, however you can still use browsers similar to Firefox. <br>
[http://www.tenfourfox.com/ TenFourFox] is an unofficial build of Firefox for older Macs, and so will work on your computer. However since you are using a really old computer, it doesn't have all the features Firefox has. <br>
[http://caminobrowser.org/ Camino] is a community project to make the best Gecko-based browser for Macs around. Unlike TenFourFox it doesn't try to be Firefox, but instead does its own thing. <br>
[http://www.seamonkey-project.org/ SeaMonkey] is another community effort and is a continuation of the original Mozilla Suite which shares a few similar properties with Firefox. SeaMonkey is great for people who like their browsing experience retro.

  • Problem with Internet Key Onda Mt835Up: It doesn't work with mac os 10.6.6

Hi I have a problem with internet key Onda MT835UP. It doesn't work, because my imac is more new than internet key.
Can you help me? Can you send me the upgrade for this internet key?
    Thanks

I have called Onda, there isn't the driver for Mac OS X 10.6.7 and they don't know if it'll be released.
So if you have a Mac it's better to not buy Onda internet key,
instead it's better to choose other brands that update the drivers of their products.

  • WPA PSK doesn't work with MAC Authentication. AP1231G

Hi, yesterday I've installed an Aironet Access Point 1200 series AP1231G for the first time.
I'd like to use MAC Authentication with an WPA Pre-Shared Key. But it doesn't work. If I choose "Open Authentication with MAC Authentication", I can't type an WPA Pre-Shared Key. The system doesn't keep it.
It only works with "Open Authentication" without MAC-Filter.
    Settings:
    Encryption Manager: TKIP
    SSID Manager
    1. Client Authentication: Open Authentication with MAC Authentication
    2. Key Managemnet: Mandatory WPA + WPA Pre-Shared-Key
If I type in a Pre-Shared-Key and click on "Apply", the Pre-Shared-Key get loss.

    Tina,
In Cisco IOS releases 12.3(4)JA and later, you cannot enable both MAC-address authentication and WPA-PSK.

  • Magic Mouse Bluetooth connection problems with Mac OS X Lion

I've a problem with my Magic Mouse on  bluetooth since I've updated my Mac to Lion, it's disconnecting too often. How to fix it ?

It might be a physical battery connection problem. The solution was already described by this article:http://macs.about.com/od/tipstricks/qt/Fix-Magic-Mouse-Disconnects.htm
Placing a trimmed piece on paper that was cut from a business card between the batteries and the battery-enclosure lid helps hold the batteries down firmly. This eliminates the tiny freeplay that allows a physical battery terminal disconnect when the mouse is jolted.

  • Logitech wireless mouse doesn't work with Linux 3.10

When I rebooted after updating to the 3.10 kernel my mouse stopped working. The cursor is displayed but it doesn't move. I downgraded back to 3.9.9-1 and it works fine again. As far as I could see it was detecting it in the dmesg output, so I'm not sure of the cause (maybe just a regression in the driver). I've never had any problems with this mouse before.
The mouse is a Logitech M515 connected wirelessly with a Logitech Unifying receiver.
This is the dmesg line (on 3.9.9):

Mine works fine with Logitech Anywhere MX, never noticed any problems. Is this still an issue?
According to the bug report, Logitech Anywhere MX should be broken I guess. If you need any info dumped to figure out why it's working for some, tell me what you need.

( I have a keyboard attached to the same unifying receiver. Paired them up using a windows laptop. Maybe that's the difference? I guess pairing hardware to the receiver using logitech software could theoretically mess with... uhm... magical internal mapping stuff that I have no idea how it works? Ok, I'll stop guessing making things up now ,  good luck with the bug :3 )
