Mail 2.1.3 Major Royal Error

Hi,
I've made a huge error in Mail 2.1.3, while working with "Spotlight.  I was searching for all the files, folders, etc., that had to do with Comcast.net. 
I isolated a folder called: "[email protected]" (folder was created: September 12, 2006).  The folder is located at:                                /Users/angelllorente/Library/Mail.  Like a dumb-azz, I made a copy of the above mentioned folder.  So I thought I had two folders of the same contents, and I trashed one copy using "Secure Empty Trash."  I was going to Shut Down, so I decided to Secure Empty the trash before I shut down.  I realized that I made a major mistake so I stopped the Secure Empty Trash process.  I examined the above mentioned folder on my desk top and noticed that I had 3 items instead of the 4 I started with. 
Yes, that folder that I Secure Empty Trashed is gone forever.  On my desk top, I still have a folder called: '[email protected]"  What should I do to save the rest of the folders in the desktop folder called: "[email protected]?"

To backup what e have so far...
On Mail...
First Quit Mail, then I'd backup these two Mail folders, by right clicking on them in the Finder, then choose Archive/Compress.
Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail
Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail Downloads
(Could be a different folder here if you chose such in Mail Prefs)
Right click on that Mail folder, choose archive, you'll get everything in the folder, and the folder itself in a file called Mail.zip, move it to a safe place, same for the Mail Downloads folder... only the plist is separate.
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist
For Address Book, quit AB...
Files...
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.AddressBook.plist
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.AddressBook.abd.plist
Folders...
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Application Support/AddressBook/
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Caches/com.apple.AddressBook/
