Hello, is it possible how to recover akkaunt? Forgot a password and mail. That is needed for that, that to recover him?

Howard, I "feel your pain" as they say! I have a bunch of Mac buddies in this area and every one of them has been complaining (that's not the real word they've used but want to keep it clean here) for weeks about this annoying Comcast password issue! My theory, just a theory, is that Comcast's recent webmail upgrade (have you seen that yet? Pretty nice, actually!) meant some reconfiguring of things "under the hood" there....and that's been causing problems for us Mac users. However, the Windows users I know have been largely unbothered by this password problem.
This is one reason I 've set up a Gmail account for myself as a backup. But I'd like to add my voice to the many others who've posted here, asking Apple to use its influence to get Comcast, the biggest ISP out there, to fix this Mac issue!

You need to switch of Find My iPhone with her Apple ID & password.
If you no longer have your iOS device
If you didn't follow the steps above before selling or giving away your iOS device:
Ask the new owner to erase all content and settings as described above.
If you're using iCloud and Find My iPhone on the device, you can erase the device remotely and remove it from your account by signing in to icloud.com/find, selecting the device, and clicking Erase. When the device has been erased, click Remove from Account. After you erase the device, you'll need to wait 24 hours before you can activate iMessage on your new device.
If you're unable to complete either of the above steps, you should change your Apple ID password. Changing your password won't remove any personal information that is cached on the device, but it will make sure that the new owner can't delete your information from iCloud.

I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are trying to log into with your Apple ID, or what exactly you are seeing (alert message, directions, etc) when you try to do so. I regret that you're having trouble setting up your email, corbad! You're on the right track with your incoming email address. You might also try incoming.verizon.net or incoming.yahoo.verizon.net as possible alternatives, and 995 as the port number. Please let me know how that goes!

We bought two new I Phones 5c...and we went to restore from the cloud but we did not feel comfortable because his phone showed MY Cloud e mail and password and HIS phone showed my e mail and asked for my password.. we were afraid that we would backup each others info on the wrong phone? You would really have to ask the app developer if there is a way to export the data.
As for adding a printer, you would need to purchase an AirPrint compatible printer and connect it to your wireless network.

You might try the following steps:
Restart the device by holding down the on/off button until the power down slider appears.
Try entering your password in another location (i.e. when you are using a different wifi network)
Reset all settings (settings > general > reset), this resets some of your settings to factory default. It’s not a complete removal of settings. It removes all of your preferences for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Do No Disturb, Notifications, General, Sounds, Brightness & Wallpaper and Privacy. It does not remove any of your data.
Try signing out of iCloud and back in (only if find my phone is disabled)
If this doesn’t help your best option may be to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.

"Catch 22": new e-mail and password on iCloud

Hi,
I'm in a "catch 22"-situation.
Background:
I am using iCloud on my mac, iPhone and iPad.
I changed my e-mail address and my password for my iCloud account.
I deleted the iCloud account on my iPhone and reentered the iCloud account with the new e-mail address and password without problems.
Problem:
I want to delete the iCloud account on my iPad as well, but I can't. In order to delete it, I have to type in the password to my previous iCloud account e-mail (which I changed to a new e-mail address). None of the passwords (neither the old one or the new one) works. I only have the option of using the old e-mail address as log on (the e-mail address field is grey and cannot be edited in the log-on pop-up window).
I have tried to change the e-mail address and password back to the previous status before I made the change, but it doesn't matter. Neither passwords work and I am not able to do anything with the e-mail address in the log-on window.
It seems that I am caught between a rock and a hard place. I probably should have deleted the iCloud account on my devices (iPhone and iPad) before I changed the e-mail and password for the iCloud account, but I didn't.... As I mentioned, it worked on the iPhone, but it does not work on the iPad.
Is there anyone capable of helping me out of this "catch 22"? I would be very grateful.

No, there is no solution - search these forums if you like for similar posts. Without knowing the registered owners password there is no way to disable Activation Lock. Apple will not give you that password, nor reset it for you, nor give you any personal information about the registered owner.
If you cannot contact that original owner, or they refuse to help you, then you now own a brick. If you can, go back to the seller and get your money back. It is reasonably likely though, that they did not actually own the device to sell it in the first place.

Thanks so much! It will be kinda weird to contact the person directly, but I guess I will give it a try. Is there anything that I can refer her to in this discussion to let her know I am legit, and not a creeper? Also, I don't know if you can answer this or not. When I plug my phone into itunes, and it says that it is backing up, does that mean that it is going into the other person's cloud, since I cannot access it?

Can't get firefox to remember my e-mail and password for hotmail

I got a new computer, windows 7 now. firefox won't ask to let me save my login and password for it. I checked and it's not on an exception list. Also now it logs out all the way from facebook when I close the browser. Any help out there?

You can't make Firefox remember the name and password in the Password Manager because the login form is created via JavaScript and that doesn't work with Firefox.
Websites remembering you and automatically log you on is stored in a cookie. 
Create an allow cookie exception (Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: Exceptions) to keep such a cookie, especially for secure websites and if cookies expire when Firefox is closed. 
Do not use Clear Recent History to clear the "Cookies" and the "Site Preferences" when you close Firefox.
Make sure that you do not run Firefox in Private Browsing mode.

For the last two updates, Firefox refuses to recognize my e-mail and password on my MacBook Pro. Please fix this.

I would like for Firefox to fix this. After all, Firefox hosed it.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If the password isn't accepted, and your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
